The wife was always sweet and personable but the husband is unprofessional, rude and disrespectful. Black owned or not, you won’t be getting my money anymore.

When it comes to hair care products, I absolutely know nothing, but they always take time to help and explain to me whats right for my hair!!! My only complaint is that I didnt find them sooner!!!

This store denied access to me and my mother-in-law and we had a federally licensed serviced animal with us and called her a pet shes documented she is fully displayed with her vest and they triggered me a PTSD attack threatened to call the police and locked the door she said she was allergic to dogs and thats why we couldnt be in there the dog that we have is a Yorkie which is hypoallergenic I am going to pursue prosecution due to discrimination against person with disabilities according to the Disability Act I am within my rights I was denied service triggered of my disability which is PTSD and my service animal was disrespected and called a pet do not shop at this store they are prejudiced against people with service animals

Great service. Knew nothing about wigs but they helped me try on wigs and taught me how to pick them out and try them on. I absolutely hate the wig look and didnt buy one but the staff spent so much time with me and were so understanding.In fact every time I go it takes me over an hour to pick just the right thing but the staff is so patient that you dont feel rushed and pushed but right at home with people that care that you leave happy!
