The staff is excellent and very helpful. The store is well-stocked. They also assisted me with my bonus selections. More available than online.

AWESOME CUSTOMER SERVICE!!Took my husband in to show him the energizing eye cream (which he didnt believe it could actually work) but Brentt explained the science behind the product and we were able to try on product (safely). He was a believer once he saw the difference between my right eye and left eye the puffiness was GONE :) the Energizing cream was a winner and with the help of Brentt and his customer service skills I was able to buy my expensive well worth eye cream with husbands approval :) No more puffiness ! I LOVE AVEDA

Stopped in today for my first visit to this store. Brent made my visit! He welcomed me with a warm enthusuastic smile and helped me select products that I had been considering ordering online. He was attentive and helpful. I enjoyed my visit and will be going back. I have enjoyed Aveda products for years but this level of service is something you cant get when purchasing online. This was my first visit to Aveda and Michael made our visit very pleasant. He answered all our questions, gave us a complimentary hand massage along with samples of the shampoo & conditioner I was interested in. It was an educational experience and I look forward to returning.
