The delivery time outstanding.The part were perfect as described and easy to install and solved the side bulging issue.

Very disappointed and I feel very taken advantage of. I placed an order for plastic hinges for my position bed by contacting Jeff Alley and he told me that the plastic hinges are discontinued and that the ones he has in stock are the metal ones, place the order of 4 hinges at $ 10 each and when I received the package what I received were metal hinges for doors. I decided to visit home depot and I found the same hinge at $ 4 each, I contacted the company to explain that the product I received was not the one that was agreed upon and that I was requesting a refund since I felt cheated and scammed, their response was that in its return policy I have to pay the shipping again, which would be $ 16. I did not agree and the communication could not be completed since this person hooked me on the phone and did not answer my calls. I recommend that you verify that the product you buy is the one that you offer so that you do not waste your money. From my experience they do not offer good customer service

Jeff is an expert when it comes to adjustable beds. He helped me pick the right mattress for my grandmother. He has many years of experience and has great customer service skills. Great high quality products at a great price. I will be coming back to do business with him again!

My adjustable bed by Tempurpedic/Leggitt & Platt had 4 of six plastic hinges completely broken. Needless to say my bed was a wreck.A Google search found me a picture of the plastic hinges & that led me to Adjustable Bed Mart. I called and spoke with Jeff who was immediately aware of my issue and recommended that I purchase metal hinges instead of plastic replacements. After a quick and easy PayPal transaction, my new hinges arrived three business days later.After some hard work wrestling with the heavy base, I installed the hinges and the bed was solid. Better than new. Jeff even helped me over the phone with a power cord mishap I had. Thanks Jeff! I could not be happier with your service. Five well deserved stars.
