It was great in no small part to Janie. So we went to the location in cathedral city and got assistance from Janie. Answered our questions and was well informed of all the mattresses benefits in the store. She would occasionally walk to the back to do who knows what, but this gave us time to talk, try out the different mattresses, and give honest decisions about what did and didn’t work for us. I fell in love with a mattress/base combo but We left to think about it and not make any rushed decisions. (And she didn’t try to keep us in the store like other places do!)The next day We called and asked for her by name but was told she was working at the palm desert location off Fred waring. We called Fred waring location and she told us she would be leaving in an hour. We dropped everything and rushed right over. She showed us a few more models as well as the different adjustable bases. We ended up upgrading our base because of the benefits, and she stayed past her shift without any complaint. So glad to have found her as a sales representative. We will be requesting her when we need another bed, and you should too if you are looking for an honest, professional, kind, friendly, thoughtful staff person who won’t force a costly tempurpedic ($5k mattress) at your face just for their gain. (Yeah I’m looking at you Ashley furniture.)

Janey in the store was AMAZING… the best ever!!The delivery side was not so good as we needed a crew that was either vaccinated or had a negative test available to enter the assisted living facility where Mom lives. Wish the delivery management would get with it and get their staff vaccinated. We had to move the items in for Mom and set then up ourselves.

Val is the man! Val is the sleep expert. He helped me figure out exactly what I needed by a series of intense questions. At the end of the process, he was able to show me exactly what I needed. Not only did he help me out, my mom was able to find a mattress also with his Vals help. It was a great experience and I highly recommend taking a drive down and picking up a new mattress with the sleep expert, Val!

We worked with Jamie. She asked us what we were looking for and showed us the most popular product. It was very close to what we were looking for and no where near the most expensive mattress on the floor. We asked for an alternative which we liked better for quite a bit more money. But it was clearly a nicer mattress and we bought it. There was a sale and a few perks that she offered, which pleased us. Jamie answered a lot of questions about the height of our bed and solved the problem of being too low by offering us a spacer for no charge. Jamie was competent and friendly and we are getting our mattress complete with setup and removal next day delivery (weekend). We would recommend this showroom and sales person without reservation.

Very unhappy with our experience at this store. After being shown around the showroom floor, we inquired about financing and if she could CHECK our limit. After being told she was checking, she went a head and opened an account with the store at our max limit. This prevented us from financing at any other store and made the entire mattress shopping experience poor. Really slimey business practices and their prices are about 30% over what other stores are pricing. We will be filing a complaint at the highest level and to any agency involved

I needed a mattress for my new apartment asap so I went to Bobs Discount Furniture and found one I liked. But, the sales person told me, itll be 3 weeks to get it due to supply chain issues, blah blah. She actually used the words blah blah. I said I would have to look around and she said itll be like that everywhere due to Covid 19. Well its not like that at Mattress Firm! Janie Zullo showed me several mattresses that fit my needs and price range and set me up for delivery in 4 days! Plus you can get a standard box spring or an adjustable frame for the same price. Moving into a new house and having a new baby at the same time can be very stressful. Finding out you also need a new mattress at the same time can set anyone over the edge. Well that is exactly what happened to my wife and me. We found this new Mattress Firm in Palm Desert and were helped by a salesman named Christian. After 30 minutes we had found a new mattress and box spring that Christian guaranteed delivery within 2 days. Needless to say the items arrived exactly as ordered the day before our baby was born. Being so ecstatic we decided to stop by Mattress Firm on our way home from the hospital, where Christian jumped up to greet my wife and our new baby remembering her by name. Feeling so welcomed into the Mattress Firm family we decided to buy another mattress that day. I can not stress enough the customer service demonstrated by Christian and Janelle the Manager, went way above and beyond willing to accommodate our new family. Mattress Firm was my third and final stop. While I had to wait a bit, it was well worth it. Janie was very knowledgeable about her inventory and was a great communicator. I highly recommend them.

9 days following lumbar discectomy surgery, it became apparent that a new mattress was in order. Upon walking into the store the sales representative Janie was very easy to approach, provided the minimum essential questions to figure out what the needs were in this case. She quickly focused on about a half dozen mattresses and provided friendly feedback regarding the different pros and cons.To my surprise there was a mattress called the Sealy posturepedic plushtop beautyrest that decompressed the spine and offloaded all of the common painful trigger points from head to toe.Combining this mattress with the posturepedic mechanical technologically sophisticated frame was the best investment made on this day.Janie went above and beyond to make sure the payment was in order and delivery was punctual within 48 hours.
