Great doing business here. Purchased a softer mattress than my wife who has back issues liked. Returning the softer for a firmer. No issues, very helpful. But did cost an additional $275 for return and moving. So make sure you like and try your purchase.

Last week my wife and I had the please of working with Caitlin Bird at the Palm Desert Mattress Firm. She informed us on great mattresses and helped us to find the Purple 4 set up. Then she helped us to had the adjustable bed which she gave us with a promotion that brought the frame out to be FREE, a base that is usually a few hundred dollars. I walked into this location after visiting a few other mattress stores. I was greeted right away when I entered and noticed how clean the store was compared to other locations. The manager assisted me with buying a mattress, I have never purchased one myself so I was not sure what I wanted. I gave the manager my budget number, told him type of comfort level and support I was looking for, and right away he knew the perfect mattress for me.I assume buying mattresses was like visiting a car dealership along with negotiations, but the manager pretty much had me in and out within 10 minutes! Was amazing. He beat the all other prices I received without even knowing my past offers. Plus he even included delivery. I also received an adjustable foundation remote controlled without even intending on purchasing one due to my budget. I cant say how extremely happy I am about this deal.I did not feel like I was being over sold or taken advantage of I walked out of the store with a good feeling even a few days later with no regrets.
