I am beyond thankful for Karl’s!! My refrigerator/freezer broke this week as everyone is stocking up and preparing to stay healthy and follow social distancing and Yolanda saved our family!! This was the easiest and smoothest experience over the past 3 days, they helped me to try and service my previous fridge, followed up with a solution to replace it, and had it delivered and installed within 24 hrs! I am so grateful for the compassion and genuine care that Karl’s as a team has provided!! They are amazingly thoughtful!!
Ive had nothing but a good experience shopping there. I definitely got the best pricing I could compared to big box stores or even the internet. Customer service was helpful and did not push me into a particular brand or model. I feel like I got what I wanted. My machines have worked well so far....but even if they didnt, the store doesnt control that. Deliveries have been on time no scratches or dents as they were brought into my home. I also got multiple rebates which helped decrease the cost. I would definitely shop there again.
I was too busy at the time of purchasing my appliances in 2016 to write a review. Experience was OK mostly, not great customer service. Salesman argued over the tax rate even though NYS lists them on the website. So we just cut our losses and bought the rest of the appliances I need at Home Depot.Fast forward to 2020 and I need to use that extended warranty I PAID for and come to find out no one ever input any information into the system. But they did put in an Electrolux dryer I do not own!So now I need to find the paperwork, prove I’ve paid for it, etc etc. Susan was supposedly helping me through this process, she’s hung up on me twice now.Save your sanity, and buy somewhere that actually cares about their customers.
I didn’t have a nice shopping experience. Customer service was rude.I suggest you buy from big stores like Lowe’s or home depot.I bought a washing machine and it didn’t work well. They said sorry no returns.
Defect machine. Will not honor repair. Filing complaint with NJ Office of Consumer Affairs.
Awful first interaction. Came through the door, man approached us, I said just looking, thanks and he grumbled: you and everyone else today and huffed off. It was barely noon on Saturday. It wasnt like hed been there all day. We did continue looking, found a fridge we wanted, and bought it at Oberg and Lindquist in Westwood.
