TomPaone was extremely helpful and knowledgeable about the various appliances. He helped us in selecting a stove, dishwasher and refrigerator. And Finding the right refrigerator was no small feat based on the space we had. He spent extra time to help us find one that fits perfectly. Buying appliances can be overwhelming and he made it easy.

I came into this store on 8/21/21 to purchase a black refrigerator with freezer on top and an ice maker. I thought this would be easy. It wasnt. Fortunately I had an wonderful sales person, Yolanda. Ravi really went the extra mile - I often feel uncomfortable around sales people, and Ravi really did a great job sensing and adjusting to our style. All he did was try to sell me things I didnt want nor need. I wasted fifteen minutes while he checked me out. Only to be told I had to go to the cashier to pay. I could have screamed. I was so annoyed. Makes me wonder if I will ever go back there again.

After being satisfied with Nicks customer service, I went back to him a month later to purhcase TVs, soundbars, and mounting brackets. Given the large order size, Nick did a tremendous job matching competitor prices and giving me multiple options/bundles to choose from.
