I cannot recommend this place for iPhone back glass repair. I was charged $90 (which is pretty low price) to repair the back glass of my iPhone 8 in order to trade my phone in. The manager assured me this was possible. I had the phone repaired only to come out worse than it was! It seems the laser machine was unaligned and removed the paint PERFECTLY IN A STRAIGHT LINE from the top of my red iPhone. In addition, the glass was not perfectly removed from the phone, resulting in a very noticeable edge on the top left corner of my device. The job looked messy and was not clean or professionally done whatsoever. The not-flush edge is sharp enough to cut your finger.After the repair, which the manager did take a video of to show his good job, I came back to discuss the issue with them. Turns out T-Mobile in the same mall wont take my phone back whatsoever. One of the guys working freaked out and said this is normal while the manager supposedly called the manager of a T-Mobile store and said they only care about the glass, which I am very skeptical of. He told me to leave and try other T-Mobile stores. I will update this review with pictures of my device and my receipt, but I honestly cannot recommend this place.

My phone recently had been having issues with charging so I came to this store to possibly get my phone repaired. I told the employee that my phone was not turning on due to the charging issue and that I wasn’t sure what the issue was. The employee told me that he will be able to fix my phone and so it took him about 30 minutes to work on it. When I received it back, it was turned on with only 1% battery, and I noticed that my previously cracked screen was fixed to a brand new screen. I was sure that it would work as they told me that everything was fine and was even more ecstatic to see that my screen was fixed as well. The phone was working fine until the battery died. When the battery died, I tried charging it, but it was not charging so I could not turn it back on. After no use, I returned to the store about 2 hours later to ask why my phone was still not charging even after I got it fixed. After he looked at my phone, he told me that there was an issue with the charging port and said that I would have to pay another $65 to fix it. When I asked for a refund, he said that he would refund my money and put back the old broken screen but would charge me a $20 service fee for working on the phone. I was extremely upset by this. After speaking to the other employees, the employee I was originally speaking to finally said that he would fix the charging port for me but would just return my old broken screen. For anyone coming to fix their phone here, beware of their scams. I spent $90 to fix my phone and had to take the time to drive back here just for them to argue with me and return my broken screen with absolutely no compensation for the time I wasted and for probably spending more than I should have just to fix the charging port.

I needed my nieces iPhone 6s repaired and wanted to buy a new case and screen protector. I walked in and liked the organization that made everything easy to find. One of the worker was helping another customer but still took the time to greet me and told me someone will be with me shortly. (this goes a long way for me) Sam greeted me and helped me through everything and worked a deal with me. Very professional and will come here again!

DO NOT GO HERE TO FIX IPHONE CRACKED SCREENS!!!! I had cracked iPhone 7 Plus, they repaired it, at first it seemed perfect but quickly the touch sensor started going haywire then with a light drop the home button cracked, all because they use a very cheap screen replacement. So they charged me again second time. After that after awhile the entire front started to warp, due to weather or what I’m not sure. It just started to peel off!! Still they refused to give me a free service when the cover was bending by itself!! Total waste of money. Goto a proper place recommended by Apple to fix this problem. I got it fixed at Geeksquad store with proper Apple parts... they do a much better job even though it cost more.... but in a long run you’ll spend more getting it fixed multiple times here with their cheap parts... also don’t buy their $25-35 iPhone covers ... they do jack

I’ve had an iPhone 8 Plus for a little over 2 years. I shattered the screen for first time. I called many places in the area and this place beat everyone’s price. However for the quality, I should have spent a little more and went elsewhere. Immediately after fixing, my screen seemed very non-responsive. It was hard to type because of lag time between presses. Takes so much longer to type a sentence when every other word is a typo. The phone lasted 2 days (less than 48 hrs) before the screen shattered while being in a protective case. The iPhone 8 Plus screen is supposed to be very durable. I find it hard to believe that the original screen lasted 2 years but the replacement lasted 2 days.

I have now repaired 3 phones and my surface screen here. Would never go anywhere else. Prices are great, staff is very helpful and if they say they will be done in 30 minutes, they are usually done well before. Highly recommended!

I woke up this morning to find my Samsung Galaxy S7 with a purple screen which I knew meant the LCD needed to be replaced. I called a place in my town and they said it would take 3-5 days to get the part. I called Samsungs official store and they did not have the part either. I called iFixandRepair and they not only had the part, they said they could fix it immediately and for a very reasonable price. Theyre in the Garden State Plaza so it really wasnt like I had nothing to do for the 45 minutes it took to repair the phone. They did an amazing job. My Galaxy looks brand new and is working perfectly.

1. Beated everybody for the price. Even the store in paramus park qoated me $80 to replace battery on my Note 5. But this place charged me $75 for battery and back cover.2. Responsible service was served to me. While reassembling the phone back he made a mistake but he admitted he made the mistake and had everything( screen. Protector) replaced on the house. They replaced my battery when I asked for the screen to be replaced (nice little scam you got there), their screen was discolored and glitchy, and when I politely asked the store manager (I stupidly didnt ask his name, but hes a mid-30s-looking guy, about 55, with what sounded to me like a Russian accent) to fix it or give me a refund he refused and called security. I wouldnt take my device here if the apocalypse came, my life depended on my phone working, and they were the last “repair” place on earth. This was on a Saturday evening, so I thought they might reserve the terrible employees for the weekend, but I was promised I’d hear from them on Monday, but it’s Tuesday morning and surprise surprise - I haven’t heard from them.

Worst experience ever! Got ripped off.They probably do a okay job at fixing minor issues, but very bad customer service and experience handling!I arrived to get my Iphone 6 touch id fixed.The guy opens it and says its no problem, come back in 20m. And that they will need to replace the plate as well as put new screen.They charge $100 which I agree to.When I come back the phone seems to be working at first, but after further inspection the touch id is not working. They say I might need to restore the phone to get it to work.Since I didnt have any guarantee I refused to pay the full price.I decided to put back my old parts but he said now the old plate will not be working because he ripped it apart while replacing, and I still got charged for almost $40! for a two dollars plate that they claim is original Apple but which is not, and left the store with the phone with the same issues as when i came in.Verdict: wasted 2hours and $40 for no results.

My Samsung Galaxy 6 wasnt charging so I brought it in to be fixed. The clerk said my phone had water damage and that the usb port needed to be replaced. The clerk said that they could order the part and it would be here in three days, but he needed a deposit. I reluctantly gave a deposit and came back a few days later (the day that the clerk said the part would be in.) I asked if the part was in yet and the guy that was there (a different guy, the clerk who had helped me originally also said he would be working the day my part came in, a blatant lie) basically shouted at me that they would call me when the part was in. I had given them my home phone number but I work at the mall so after work I came in to check if the part was in yet and every day they said no, again angrily telling me that they would call me. Eventually, about four days after the original clerk had assured me the part would be in, I was able to get my phone fixed. The clerk, who had opened my phone up at least twice beforehand, somehow damaged the bottom of the front of my phone (under the tab button on the bottom left of phone next to Home button) when he opened it up to finally put the part in. To their credit they did offer me a new glass screen protector at a discounted price, even though in my opinion they should have given it to me for free for making me wait twice as long as promised AND damaging my phone. Even though I was annoyed at the process I was happy that the whole ordeal was over.. or so I thought. I really cant say whether its the cheap, knockoff part that they put into my phone, or maybe the clerk installed it incorrectly, but my phone now takes between 6 and 9 HOURS to charge completely. My phone now also cannot connect to my computer, which I used to do regularly with no problems before my phone was fixed. I would go back and try and have them fix this problem but at this point I wholeheartedly believe my phone would somehow end up worse off than it already is, so instead I am posting this review to implore anybody who needs their phone fixed to go to any of the other dozens of phone places/kiosks around the mall.

I recently had my iPhone 6+ repaired here. Went to apple first, they told me I had to buy a new one, not helpful at all. I needed important contacts and info from the phone and couldn’t offer any solution. The guys here at ifixandrepair were very helpful, especially johan who assisted me. He knew the problem immediately and was able to order a special piece that would help restore my phones functionality, for a reasonable price as well.They were polite, prumpt and very knowledgeable. Went to fix my iPad screen, worked for less than 7 days and it acts up super badly. Its like someone’s controlling the iPad. The touch is so badly done. Literally got worse after fixing it by these guys..Cheap fix, bad quality.. wouldn’t recommend people to fix anything by this guy. Super disappointed.

Hi I went to get my cracked smasung s5 and it took more than 45 minutes to get done and it was said to be done in 30 minutes. Once my phone was fixed it came back with a yellow bubble on the screen and they said that they were sorry and they gave me it for only 75 dollars instead of a hundred. They said they were sorry but sorry doesnt fix a messed up screen. So about 3 months later Im at burgerking and my phone is in my pocket and it cracks I didnt even drop it I would give it 0 stars but you are not able to so now Ive wasted 75 plus Im now buying a new phone because Im not wasting more money at your store.

I went to this place seeking a glass screen protector for my galaxy s8+. I was greeted by a very nice young man. He was nice until he put the screen protector on my phone. It wasnt covering the entire screen so i asked him about it because to repair my phone screen is a decent amount of money. So i wanted it protected. He said its a case friendly screen protector which i found odd because ive had a regular glass screen protector on before and had no issues with it but whatever. So i ask him if its not going to cover the whole glass screen then whats the point? He says so you can have a case on it. So im upset at this point. So i ask, can you take it off . Simply because i wasnt going to pay for a glass screen protector that wasnt covering my entire screen. So then this other guy comes over who was very rude and says theres a $5 restocking fee because we already put it on the phone now we have to throw it out. I said okay give me my $25 and have a nice night.

I had them replace a battery on my iPhone 5s, at their branch store upstate NY in Queensbury. Was hesitant to have my iPhone repaired there being a small shop in a Supercenter Walmart, but a Mr. Sebo did an excellent replacement all for $45. Much better than ATT. My phone is off warranty so I took the gamble and it paid off. Of course Im concerned about the latest warning about parts being installed with spyware chips now in them from unscrupulous repair shops, but Im gonna have faith in this repair shop that they are not into that. Besides just read where a guy left his iPhone for repair at a APPLE store and the employee stole his info and management poo hooed him, so who can you trust?

Horrible customer service. I will never step into their store again and DO YOURSELF A FAVOR and go anywhere except there.... I was looking for a screen protective for Iphone6s. They talked me to buy their more expensive product claiming that it protects from edge to edge and not just the flat part of the screen. Glass edges were not touching curved glass edge of the phone. Obviously it didnt last even one day and edges chipped right away and even cut my wifes hand. Once I went back asking for refund, they said that they dont have refund policy and asking me to pay another$10 to put the same garbage product on my phone.....they sell you products more expensive than anywhere and fraudulent claims about products. no refund policy. Theirwarranty does not mean anything.

Had gotten a battery and screen replaced here. They (Ayhan and some other kid at the counter) told me that since I was getting the battery and screen replaced that I had a one year warranty as long as there was no damage on my end. Long story short, went in after 5 weeks because the screen component came out of place and the home button was wobbly ever since I picked it up from them (busy schedule with school and all). It was not dropped or anything, so I went back to drop it off so they can fix it. Once I got there, they tried everything in their power to not fix it, even though I was not even asking for a new screen, just needed them to place the screen back into position with the glue that they used. Well, the self-proclaimed manager Mustafa Atas did not want to fix it claiming that the phone was dropped and thats why the screen was coming off, pointing to a scratch on the side of the phone. I explained that was from the fall last time which is why I got the screen replaced in the first place, but he just did not seem to care or want to help and accused me of dropping the phone. At one point he even told me Stop acting like you know everything, you dont. To the contrary, THEY think they know it all. He literally called my girlfriend and I rude and tossed the phone in front of us and three of our friends saying that hes not fixing it. Mind you, we did not get loud or say anything disrespectful; we literally went in to drop the phone off and leave, yet all we saw was disrespect and rudeness from him. Anyway, they are not customer-focused at all, they will lie to you until they get the sale. Even when you go pick up your phone they do not seem to care. Do yourself a favor and get your screen replaced at Apple, trust me its worth the extra money. If I could rate them 0 stars, I WOULD!!

Its Saturday morning. Trying to check my messages, e-mail...only to look at a greyish screen w some lines on my iPhone 6s. Im turning it on and off a few times with no results. My old Samsung is still working. Running to to the Verizon store on Rte 17 to figure out whats wrong and to activate my old phone if they cant fix it. They check it for a minute in the back and tell me that its water damaged and suggesting to send it to Assurion (insurance co. - they have a $199 deductible but they will exchanged with a working restored phone. Im going to the Apple Store in Garden State Plaza. After an hour or so, a rep takes my phone in the back, comes back in a few minutes with the same verdict. Water Damage and the suggestion to repalce it for $299.00. Cant check my iCloud to see if i have the updated contacts, of course my password is in the iPhone.Desperate and down Im finding the iFix store in the mall.Greeted by a young guy, Im explaining my problem and is directing me to Mr. Ayhan. 15-20 minutes later, after he is sh owning me that the water damage sensor is intact, my screen is being replaced and my phone is working for only $ 135 and a very professional technician.Shame on you Verizon!
