Very limited show room but everything nice

Always love CB2, we just moved recently, so we decided to get a new couch from there. And we went to Soho NY one, there were no one want to talk to you,even say hello to customers. But this location we came here twice, both time the sales ppl were super friendly and helpful, so we finally got our dream couch here, and the couch got delivered 2 days ago,the delivery company were on time and super professional and quick, 10 mins 2 guys were done for everything and left. Love CB2.

Finally made it to cb2 on Monday. I spent about 30 minutes in the store taking pictures of items I was interested in. Several customers in the store mostly around register. A couple of employees on the floor, to my chagrin not one person asked if I needed help. Very disappointed! I decided in the future I will shop this store “online only”.

The energy in the place is a bit off, not sure if it’s the staff. I love CB2, I think I’ll just order online and skip the store unless it’s utterly necessary.

What a wonderful showroom! Had the most helpful employee who sold me a beautiful desk without being pushy in the slightest. I will definitely be back in the future!

Nice selection with friendly staff. Some things are high priced where others are fair but we bought 5 covers for chairs, lightweight, they wanted to charge me $90!!

Great products, however, customer service could always be better. We work with one gentleman in particular who always gives 5-star service.

Bought a bed frame. Didnt get it on time, was on the phone repeatedly with them, when the frame came it was 10PM and the nuts and bolts were missing and the package looked like it was kicked across a football field. Had to wait for the missing pieces to arrive

Wish I purchased something because the individual that helped us was super helpful and attentive!!! Felt valued for sure!!

Leslie Lang worked with me to give me the best deal on the planet. She is the best and i bought the most comfortable sofa ive ever had in my life. I have The Velvet sectional two piece its to die for I think its called the Seville. What a great experience there and this is a hell of a couch it can sleep 2 comfortably and its definitely the couch that you want just totally to relax on at the end of the day. I cant thank Leslie enough and also some of her very accommodating and and personable staff. She obviously leads by example friendly professional willing to bend over backwards and that was just a great experience and thats why even after I was dissatisfied with my first couch I went right back and got another.

Excellent service! I ordered over the phone, they took the order quickly, followed up on my order as they said they would and were super friendly when we came by to grab our items. Very pretty store, items dont feel overpriced unlike some other stores in the area.

Great displays and selection. Theyre a sister company to Crate & Barrel so expect a similar feel. They didnt have what I wanted in stock unfortunately.

Beautiful merchandise. Chloe was amazing in helping us choose our bedroom furniture. However, we were told that assembly is included for all furniture and it wasn’t the case. I have two beautiful assembled beds for the boys and am stuck with this huge floor mirror that requires assembly and I have to now call over a friend or someone to get this done with me. Poor management of expectations and an inconvenience. Called the store and it was no help at all even though the delivery guys were just here, no one can seem to answer to this.Crate and barrel, the parent store, definitely a step up in service in comparison.

Worst customer service ever. When they sell it to you they say something and after you buy they say something else. I ordered with their guidance wrong size chairs. I asked if it doesnt work can i return into the store even though i get them from their warehouse. They said, YES!. Just now today they said 25% restocking fee will be charged to me if i return them to the store instead of their warehouse. I always bought from WEST ELM and should have bought from them this time too, big mistake!!

Beautiful store with great furniture. Staff is a little aggressive (as with all cb2 stores) but friendly and helpful.

After an online order never showed up for an event with a tight deadline, the staff at Paramus went out of their way to help me find everything I needed and more. They were patient, super friendly, and helpful. Thank you so much to Jessanne, Seth, Sarah, Hamadi, and all the people in the back checking quantities on a million things for me, plus pitching in to wrap and pack so many delicate items! You guys saved the day!
