Burak helped us pick out a beautiful leather chair for our living room. Received as promised and in great condition.

I recently went to MGBW in Paramus for probably the 20th time. Ive used them for many years for all my decor needs. This time I was designing an apartment in Miami and I met with Burak, a sales associate who I did not know previously. He was INCREDIBLE!!! Together we designed the whole apartment in 2 hours.....he has amazing style and flair and perfect spatial abilities!! He was so easy and quick to work with. Very decisive and always dead-on with his ideas!! I cant wait to receive all of my items and I have no doubt they will all be fabulous! Customer Care is NUMBER #1 with MGBW in Paramus!!!!

Absolutely horrible experience. I have bought a few things and they were very good to work with. However, I had a recent large order that finally arrive after 6-7 weeks and came without a chair. The delivery company confirmed they have not received the chair upon with I called Dawn the manager at Paramus. She called me back and assured that the chair was in the delivery and to just wait for the delivery. The pieces were delivered and the chair was missing. I have tried to contact Dawn several times with no response. I feel this is an integrity issue above anything else. I am looking to lodge a corporate complaint on this matter.

Great service and very happy with the furniture we bought from there. We were treated very well from the moment we walked in. Developed a great relationship with Burack who is the associate there and he helped us find the right size for our couch and the right colors. Highly recommended

The employee his name was Burak Boru did a fantastic job with helping me out with purchasing my couch from the time I entered the store he was very attentive and accommodating with helping me find exactly what I was looking for. I didnt purchase the piece of furniture that day but with many follow up emails we were able to come to a mutual agreement on the piece of furniture that I was happy with. Amazing customer service, product selection and quality. Custom upholstery items are made domestically in the USA and are delivered within a very reasonable time frame. Burak at the Paramus store is extremely knowledgeable about the product and has a great taste.

Love this store. Great style for reasonable price. My client had s situation with his sectional. His nephew didnt like the fabric. They exchanged it, no questions asked. Dawn, the design associate was a pleasure to work with! Susan, the manager, met with my client and ensured that his service needs were met!

Let me start by saying I have not purchase Furniture here I have been to the store plenty of times attempting to. I cannot find anything that meets my criteria the problem I have is a Furniture tends to be eclectic and theres nothing wrong with that but I cant find a set of anything. And their prices very very high for what you get if it had a reputation to fall back on to justify those prices I could understand but its not a room and board or even a Crate & Barrel so I dont understand why they feel they can charge that much for theyre furniture just my opinion

Our bedroom set purchased at bob mitchell gold is amazing we feel our bedroom is like a 5 star hotel. luxury resort room. !!!!!we ordered the manning set in caviar. 8 dresser bureau 2 3 drawer end tables. ordered plush mattress super comfortable sweet dreams. with custom upholstered butler head board. in dark gray sunbrella. our sales associate Burak offered exceptional customer service.he was very professional polite precisely measured the furniture for the bedroom he made recommendations in a mellow amiable manner Burak added a very personalized touch to the whole process from start to finish there is an amazing attention to details in the design of the furniture i would describe the set as luxe transitional/ modern. i like to climb up into bed not drop low to the floor like other modern designers . i love the tempered glass on the tops on the furniturei also own the lasalle bar which i have for several years beautifully designed piece.

I wish there was a way to give this store lesser than 0 for a star rating. We recently bought our first house and because I liked the sleek designs of what MGBW offered I sadly decided to visit their Paramus store. I took a complete floor plan with pics and specific measurements of our formal living room which was the first room we wanted to decorate.The designer there recommended a side table and we loved the tribeca coffee table. We ordered these pieces 3 months back.When the side tables were delivered it was clear that they were too huge for our space and because of the poor recommendation from the designer we requested it be returned and to give us full credit. The store has yet to honor that.The coffee table came with a huge crack the first time. The second time the top was completely broken. The third time despite completely assuring me that a Quality control check was done we saw once again that the top was cracked after the delivery truck came.Note that all these times I have been given a 4 hour time period where I Have to be home. Which is so tough when you have 2 kids and an aging parent to take care of.Now for the fourth delivery. I was left a message to call to schedule the delivery. When I call that number they say they cant find anything in the system under my name!!!In the mean time my credit card has been charged the full amount of both the coffee and the side tables which have been returned.Do yourselves a favor and never buy from this store. The sales and customer service both suck!
