We purchased the king size tempur-pedic ergo 2.0 mattress from this location and have been sleeping like babies since we got it. My girlfriend had back issues with our old bed which prompted us to shop for a replacement and tempur-pedic hasnt disappoint, 2 weeks into it and she said her back pains are gone! The staff at this location was exceptional in their customer service and we did not feel any pressure into purchasing, the manager Nick was very attentive to our needs and helped us pick the best option within our budget. When I called, the sales rep Jamel looked up if it was in stock, and then also let me know that it happened to be 40% off that day! We went and picked it up without any difficulties. Great experience at this location twice in the last six months. We worked with Vik the first time and Nick the second time. Their customer service and product knowledge is excellent and they create an easy experience for the customer. The first time, I bought the Queen size firm mattress. Loved it so much that we went back to buy it again for our second place and ended up adding a base that saved us from having to buy a new bed. All of the salespeople are clearly very professional, personable and knowledgeable. Do not hesitate to go. I felt comfortable the entire time.

What a great experience! Me and my wife actually first went to Mattress Firm to look at Tempur-Pedics and the customer service is night and day. I think at Mattress Firm they’re looking to make a quick sale and here they actually care about you getting the right product! Nick was a huge help every step of the way from checking out all the dimensions of our bed frame…(even walked with us over to our furniture store!), to letting us try different pillows to make sure it’s the right fit. My experience with Tempur-Pedic was extremely pleasant and fulfilling. We had the most AMAZING experience! Vik our sales rep was truly great, patient, and took his time to help us find the mattress that was the right fit for us. Isnt it just a mattress store?Let me explain.When you first walk in, its spacious, its clean and they have a nice decor where its not overwhelming, and it is organized.You are welcomed by friendly faces who are both knowledgeable on all sleep related concerns, and confident in the products they sell. Most importantly you do not feel as though you are just a sale to the associates.My fiance and I had a long list of questions, Jamel was patient, easy to converse with and was able to have all of our questions answered. No doubt left unturned.This store follows safety precautions due to COVID, with temporary disposable sheets and all associates wore gloves during customer interaction. There were several bottles of hand sanitizer accessible for customers.After I placed my order, my mattress and base came within only a few days. Perfect and undamaged. A rarity during the pandemic. Hands down the best mattress I have ever owned, and my sleep had gotten drastically better.The store manager Nick values his customers and his branch. He remember his customers by name and for the most part what you ordered. I have never seen a store manager that attentive as a consumer.If you are within a reasonable distance, do yourself a favor and go to this branch. I promise you wont regret it. It was perfect.Also I noticed there were one or two not so great reviews. I believe they were regarding pillows. Associates do tell you upfront that you can not return pillows once you take them out of the plastic bag. That is standard practice. I ask you to disregard those couple of negative reviews.

As soon as I walked in Nick greeted me warmly. As I tested out some beds He informed me with the differences of the mattress. They have covers they put on top of the mattress and pillow so it is an extra layer of protection during these crazy times. He never rushed me and I kept going back and forth between several mattress. The store is super clean and Nick was super friendly. I am super happy with the choice that I made today. I know you can buy tempur pedic mattress anywhere but I am glad I purposely decided to stop by. If your in the Bergen county area do yourself a favor and make a point to stop by this location. I purposely did not order any tempur pedic mattress from furniture stores because I wanted to experience buying it from them directly and the experience I had was amazing. If your thinking about getting a tempur pedic and your in Bergen county area you need to stop by this location in Paramus. Its a must. !

Bill and Jamal are great. I’ve never had this type of exceptional experience at a mattress store. I came in looking for 2 pillows for me and my fiancé during the buy one get one pillow sale. I was welcomed right away by Bill and Jamal. I worked with Bill to choose the pillows. Let me just say Bill was so knowledgeable and so informative about the different pillows that Tempur-Pedic has! He worked with me, grabbing all different pillows, letting me try them out (with a sanitary cover, of course!), explaining their differences, until I found the perfect ones! The two of them were both just so nice too. I only need two pillows but now I just want to go buy more because of their awesome hospitality.

The store is clean, emphasizes safety (consistent usage of disposable pads over mattresses etc), and generally has an overall soothing relaxed vibe, especially for Paramus. More importantly, the products from tempurpedic have consistently been outstanding - and the store is no exception.The customer service is next level exceptional. Jamel worked with my family and I - and patiently explained the differences between the products, while we were trying the mattresses, in a clear and understandable way - to find an absolute perfect fit for the competing needs of my family. He also clearly listens to his clients. We actually returned a week later and he remembered - in lucid detail - all of our preferences. I mean - this is serious white glove service. Jamel Taylor is the best! So knowledgeable and patient. We made our purchase through the Tempurpedic parent company because we had a credit and for some reason if you use a credit they do not allow you to but through the stores. This is a problem. People need to go into physical stores and be able to try out beds before purchasing them. If the parent company is limiting in-store purchases more of the stores will close and it will be harder to find places to actually try the beds. I think this is a problem with the Tempurpedic system.

Accommodating, timely, and friendly are the words that come to mind when I look back at my experience in this store with our rep, Jamel. The store was very clean and the safety precautions in place (temporary bed and pillow covers, etc) made me feel safe. Most notably, Jamel helped me overcome my trust issues with purchasing a new mattress because I already had a nightmare experience from a third party retailer who promised to deliver in 2 weeks, but had nothing to show for by week 4. I loved how I didn’t have to chase after anyone for updates- emails, texts, and phone calls were all sent/made to me in a very timely manner and within the timeframe that was promised! Jamel also helped me find the perfect pillow to help with my neck pain, along with helping me find the right bed base. I’ve been sleeping for more than a week on my bed and it is amazing! I highly recommend this store if you’re considering a Tempur Pedic!

After a very nasty shopping experience at Raymour and Flanagan and an even worse warranty issue with Mattress Firm, I decided to go to a Tempur Pedic after extremely comfortable memories of trying there mattresses at the Brookstone in the garden state plaza.OMG this store is perfect. Comparing it to the other stores mentioned already is like comparing buying a computer at a Best Buy to buying one at an Apple Store. You can’t compare the service you receive at all. The store is clean and have taken EVERY possible precaution they can in the current pandemic.Jamel was beyond courteous and super knowledgeable. He was really helpful and super chill and didn’t act like a salesman at all. He really made sure my satisfaction was his number one priority.
