From arriving early for my showroom appointment and told to leave and come back- to having to check on my order only to be told some pieces were BO up to 12 weeks!(would be acceptable if I was informed of that when I placed my order). Will see now that they have shipped the in stock items —— further review pending

I love Lovesac! I first sat on one about 17 yrs ago and haven’t forgotten since how comfortable it was. Then like now, I want to be able to afford buying but unfortunately cannot! Maybe someday!

One guy really knowledgeable.. had a Junior associate which we had to work with who didn’t know the answers to a lot of our questions and another sales associate that had just finished helping another client who mostly ignored us. Hope the product is better than the customer service interface. Updated to add that after we finally set up our sectional, we learned we needed to order two extra deep back cushions that the associate never mentioned so we had to pay another extra for that after the fact. The online customer service hours were good and we were able to reach someone on Sunday who worked with us to get an order processed and honored the same discount that was available for the holidays.

After doing my research, my husband and I went to the Paramus store where we were politely asked to wait until outside shortly while cleaning was done. Wee were then greeted by Caslyn and her colleague. She was very warm, thorough in her explanation, helpful with configuration (those wooden blocks are ingenious), and beyond helpful when it came to financing and delivery information. Caslyn and her colleagues at the Paramus store is a wonderful representation of a wonderful product! When we look to buy additional sacs, we will definitely go where Caslyn and her staff are!

I came here on Labor Day (bad idea!) to catch their sale event and was one of the first families there. The manager Caslyn did a fantastic job at helping us social distance and demonstrating the Lovesac couch! She explained the different firmness of the cushions, the fabric, what the pieces come with, accessories, etc. she answered any questions we all had and was able to be attentive to each set of family! She made she she acknowledge everyone in the store and was extremely calm and patient with everyone and didn’t rush anyone to leave or show frustration! She was enthusiastic and fun which made the experience that much better, even after spending over an hour and a half there between deciding which pieces to buy, waiting for other transaction to be done, and completing our own transaction.Thank you Caslyn for all your assistance on such a busy day!

Caslyn from Lovesac at Garden State Plaza NJ was great! She took her time to go over all of our options for the sactional prior to our purchase. She kept the showroom clean and sanitized. She made the whole process very smooth and easy.

Fantastic product this will be my 1st lovesac purchase!! The customer service at the garden state mall location was excellent!! I was shown all my different options and how everything works!! I am beyond excited to get my couches!! Ive told many people I truly believe that there product is worth every penny without even owing one yet!! its a long term investment that will last many years in providing comfort and a elegant look in my house!! I ordered a couch on 6/13/20. I still have not received the couch, over two months later. My credit card was charged immediately, and nothing has arrived. Also, Lovesac never notified me on any items being on back order. I should have been notified and I should not have been charged for an item I still do not have 2 months later.

Crazy expensive

Went to Paramus location and Caslyn was the best customer representative I have ever dealt with. She knew what she was talking about and you can tell she is experienced. Not only was she so professional she took her time to teach my husband and I the different lay outs, different colors, and why to choose these sofas. Sofas are just perfect for my family. If you are in doubt or have any questions, I recommend you to go to this location and Caslyn would help you out and you will leave satisfied..

Small store but service is good .

My fiancé and I have been looking to purchase a Lovesac sactional for months. When we purchased our new home, we were excited to order it. We went to the store where the Sales Associate was nice and simply just took our order. I did not know about additional services, such as them coming to assemble and take away the boxes. When we purchased, we paid upfront for the whole thing and received a range of 1-4 weeks of shipment and the Sales Associate said I would receive an email with the details. She provided me a printed and email receipt. A few days went by and I hadn’t received an additional confirmation with shipping details. I called customer service because I could not track my order online, and they told me my order was still processing and I’d receive an email soon. I was confused how it was “processing” when the funds were cleared of my account But continued to wait. A week went by (10 days total) and I chatted with a customer service rep bc I still could not track my order online. She said my order has processed but everything is on back order so my shipment would be 3-6 weeks from my purchase. But I would not receive an email until three weeks after my purchase! I was in disbelief that we spent what we did and had no idea when to expect to be comfortable in our home. My fiancé tweeted them and finally got a response. The next day, our “back ordered” items shipped in 19 boxes and came 2 days later (4 arrived in the days following).We built our sactional ourselves and it took us three hours to build a 7 seat set. If I’d known about an option to request someone to do that, I would have taken it.The sactional is amazingly comfortable and we love it. The experience of ordering was easy, but the service that followed needs some improvements.

Caslyn was excellent in her customer service. She took the time to explain the fabrics, filling etc. Even when there was an issue with the delivery timeline, she immediately rectified and I was able to receive as expected. Customer service these days is lacking therefore it is always a pleasure to work with someone that has the personality and patients to work with customers until the customer is satisfied with the order. And I must mention that she did not just take the time with me alone but was able to multitask between customers without it being felt as if you were forgotten about or ignored. My shopping experience could not have been any more memorable!! I had already done a bit of research online, so I already had a bit of an understanding of how the sactionals functioned, but I had no idea that the sales associates would be so knowledgeable, helpful and accommodating. Aside from being genuinely friendly, both ladies (I wish I could remember their names!) went above and beyond to help me during my time there. While I tested the different cushions and made my selection with my husband, they were friendly and engaging with us as well as my baby. And once my husband left (as he had to leave for work,) and I was alone with my 11-month old, they were willing to play with my child while I filled out the credit application and signed the other paperwork. Honestly I’ve never experienced such wonderful customer service in my life, and if my budget would have allowed it I would’ve bought so much more! But for now I’ll just have to rave about them here on my review as well as share my amazing experience with family and friends. Can’t wait to go back and purchase more accessories!!

This product sells itself. Its odd to buy furniture in s mall, but we are happy we did. We found the staff accommodating but nervous. I think they were understaffed the few times we went. Customer service on 800 number finally clearned up problems and put in our order correctly- but i had to call them.

I came into the store last week. Christine; who was the sales associate at the time... gave me insight about how the sactionals work. She was very knowledgeable in the sactionals, she gave me a demo and broke everything down for me. She gave me some swatches so i can go home and speak over with my 2 older boys. Hopefully soon, I will become a Lovesac sactional owner!

We love our Lovesacs for their flexibility, durability and comfort! We’ve had a large configuration in our family room for ten years and like it so much that late last year we decided to replace our living room seating with a second oversized lovesac configuration.By far, the best part of our buying experience was the ongoing help and expertise we received from Caslyn in the store. First, she was knowledgeable and helpful in figuring out the configuration and fabric that were best for us. Then, when we were having a really miserable delivery experience with XPO (there were repeated delays, missed delivery dates, and a delivery team that could not assemble the couch even though we had paid for and ordered home assembly), Caslyn intervened on our behalf and made sure the delivery (finally!) arrived. If it were not for her assistance at this point we would have definitely canceled our order.Then, a couple of months into living with the new couch, we realized that we wanted to reconfigure it for deep seating. Caslyn helped with this process by figuring out what we needed to return and order; and, when there was a delay again this time with part of our order, she made sure the missing pieces were sent out immediately.Kudos to Caslyn for going above and beyond on several occasions and to Lovesac for its great product!

Anthony was a great help in explaining everything about the furniture. We can’t wait to receive it and set it up. Give him a raise!

Our experience was great! I’m leaving only 4 stars because I was a little surprised that the back cushions were a little more complicated than expected. (You get a large one to match the seat with the purchase price but when your sactional turns the corner, you need a skinnier one)... I’m so glad they took the time to explain it so we weren’t surprised at delivery time! I also wish we could’ve gotten a little better discount but regardless, we are very excited to join the Lovesac family. Can’t wait for family pj/movie day!!!
