The quality/design of the products deserve 5 stars, but the customer service deserves 0 so Ill be generous and say 2.I ordered a large sectional in March. I was told delivery is delayed until July, but I wont be charged until it arrives at my house. I was also told they can provide a loaner in the meantime.The loaner came it was bright blue (fine), but the size of a futon. I obviously declined it. No one reached out to me to resolve the issue.My wife called numerous times the first 2 weeks of July and left numerous messages for an update on delivery, but never received an answer.I reached out the 3rd week of July because not only was my couch NOT delivered BUT they started charging me AND they DOUBLE CHARGED me.I was told the couch wont be delivered for another 8 weeks and to send them an e-mail with my account statement and Ill receive a call back the following day.No one called the next day, so I sent a follow up e-mail to call me. Still nothing.The following day after that I received an e-mail that it takes 24/48 hours to hear back. It has now been 98 hours and still have no resolution (A double charge on my account and no sectional) and no one has attempted to contact me. Will update as the situation continues...

Zero stars, 1 is a compliment. Worst customer service I have ever encountered in my life! No one calls back or follows up. Getting someone to help you is impossible. I have no idea how they’re still in business. Don’t waste your time here.

If there is an option I will give no star at all!!! Just like other reviewers described they are very dishonest! Promised deliver time is about 4-6 weeks which I understand because of the COVID situation, but when I called after 6 weeks(7/19) for an updated about my order, the guy told me that he will contact the warehouse and get back to me before 3pm which he never did! Called again today (7/20 ) to the store for more than 20 times and no one picks up the phone!! I’m sure there is more than one person and more than one phone in the store but seems to me that they are just trying to avoid me! Of course, this is just my experience with them but I will recommend you to shop some other places first before you come in here!

I echo what everyone else’s complaints are with this store! They never call you back, inconsistent with delivery dates and times. My dining room table set was suppose to be delivered mid-early July I just got the table about a month ago, the four chairs have been sitting in their store and they’ve yet to deliver them! Today I sat all day waiting for a delivery and NO ONE showed up no one called, and still have not gave me a date and time! There are so many more examples in between of how horribly they treat my husband and I who has spent THOUSANDS of dollars at their store but I’ll just leave you with this, Horrible customer service!!!!

Do not shop here or give these guys your money!! They never delivered my couch and keep claiming they’ll give me a refund but never follow through or return calls. When you can actually get Charlie on the phone he’ll say a check is in the mail but never simply verifies on his end to be honest with his customer. Their excuse was changing credit holders routinely (red flag) yet they still don’t follow through with a fair refund. I have to take them to court to get my money back. Take your business to an honest group of people.

Don’t even bother wasting your time. Waited 3 months for a couch. Each month, I was given a new random delivery date that always fell through. After calling and fighting with these people, myself and one of the sales people agreed I would be able to come down to the store and psychically leave with a couch in hand that day. After traveling an hour and half down there, I was told I “misunderstood” the conversation and I would have to go through the whole process of ordering a new couch and waiting on the delivery again. I decided it was best to get a refund because I was not wasting my time. While I was in store, the salesmen issued the refund and said it would take 5-7 business days. Now, 2 weeks later, they are saying they cannot refund the card because of their “new system” and I would have to wait on a check to be sent to me. We’ll see if that check ever comes. Long story short, do not waste your time with these people. I understand with the pandemic things might be delayed, but the customer service and lack of communication is horrific. Not sure why this place is still in business.

Absolutely thrilled with my furniture from Furniture City! I came in with a tight budget and strict timeline as I wanted this furniture in before I moved into my new apartment and my partners birthday. They promised to have it delivered and assured me not to worry about anything. Not only did they keep their promise but they beat the other retailers prices as I previously went around to the other stores in the area. I will certainly be returning to the store and seeing Kyle to order my night tables and lights.Hey Kyle, when shall I come in for my night table and lights?

Honestly I wasnt planning on stopping in but Im glad I did! Great selection and great prices. Gary the sales associate is a natural. Hes very attentive and just plain nice! Didnt pressure, hover and wasnt annoying. He took the time to answer all my questions and show me plenty options. Got an amazing deal and was happy with the whole process. Ask for Gary!

While we came just for window shopping, I was impressed by the good customer service at the location! Compared to 3 other nearby furniture stores where we were ignored, we were immediately assisted by a representative upon entering this store. The store itself is nicely laid out and well organized.

Gary helped us with a sectional back on 12/29/2020 during the COVID shutdowns and delays. We knew the piece would take quite a while to arrive. He let us know as well before we even sat down to complete the order. It was a custom order so we were charged for the couch right away and wound up waiting until late May 2021 for it to arrive. Charlie and others at the store were helpful and understanding when we called for updates. I did have to remove the door frame completely to fit the couch where it was intended to go but that is nothing that they could control. Two throw pillows were missing but we didnt care. Im sure we would receive them if we even bothered to ask about them but they were a throw in from Gary when purchasing anyway. Given the climate of current retail stores and their having to deal with shortages and delays, I think Furniture City did a fine job.

Buy your furniture somewhere else! The service and communication here is awful. I had to call many times to get status on my furniture. The issue I had with them was when they delivered my kitchen table. The movers had to cut open the protective plastic and cut the table bench as well. I called Furniture City and they were good by sending a new table bench. However, on the second delivery the movers opened the protective plastic with a pen and now I had a pen mark on the table bench. I didnt noticed until after they left and when I called they told me they will send another one which never happened. I called several times and each time they told me it was on order. I still have not received any communication and dont think they are going to replace my table bench. Luckily I was able to purchase an ink mark remover which worked, but when I buy something new I expect it in pristine condition. I was planning to buy more from them until I experienced their lack of communication and business practices. Beware of their logistics manager Charles as he will never call you and he will tell you what you want to hear i.e. replacing my table bench.

I have been looking for bedroom furniture for over a year. I drive pass Furniture City everyday and final I stopped in.Glad I did! They had a big variety and selection, although I went in with the idea of getting a bed and misc pieces that do not match I ended up with a complete bedroom, rug, lamps and more. They had to keep for few weeks in storage until I was ready. The service was excellent from Gary in sales, Monty, Charlie and Danny. I highly recommend this store for their great variety, great service and great prices!

I explained what I was looking for, the room I was looking to furnish and the feel I wanted for the area. She has great product knowledge, knows the material the furniture is made of and how they’re made. Helped me narrow my choices, which made my decision making easy. She also made the checkout process seamless, which I did via phone a couple of days later after taking some final measurements. The staff at the store that processed my order were also pleasant and knowledgeable. I walked away happy and had an overall great experience.

This place was horrible and so unbelievably sketchy. I ordered a bedroom set with them and a mattress. The arrival date kept changing and they kept ignoring my calls. I went in person to find out what the deal was and noticed the display mattress I had picked out was no longer there. When I got my furniture it was in great condition however I knew right away the mattress I received was the display mattress. I called after and asked if I could exchange it for something else which they agreed to. I drove the mattress back to the store myself and asked for a printed out store credit receipt. They told me they’d email me one and never did. I started to get worried as I had no proof of store credit so kept calling trying to talk to the manager to get one. When they finally answered they told me the manager wasn’t in and to try again tomorrow. I decided to just show up and when I walked in the manager was indeed there. I decided to order another piece of furniture rather than hold on to the store credit as I just wanted to be done with this place. I ordered a vanity right before COVID closed non essential stores down. When I placed the order the manager informed me that they would stay open virtually even if they had to close. He informed me he would call with the vanity delivery date yet a week went by and I heard nothing. I tried calling numerous times and no one got back to me. I finally decided to call my credit card company and report the issue. My credit card company opened a dispute and refunded me the $1000. Till this day, I never received my furniture or a refund from them personally. Horrible, horrible, horrible place.

This is by far the best furniture experience or shopping experience I ever witnessed. I purchased a bedroom at Ashley and what a nightmare it was. I canceled from Ashley and purchased the same set at a better price at furniture city and got it delivered at a timely manner. Monty the manager is very professional and made everything very smooth. Most incompetent and unhelpful staff ever.I am blown away with the lack of follow up, communication and general customer service skills by Furniture City In Paramus. I am not someone who ever leaves reviews but this experience has been a nightmare.My order was placed in October with the promise that I would receive my couch for Christmas and I had to constantly call my salesperson just to get the run around from other employees in the store. I left several messages, requested a manger (they were never in), or just a simple email with order confirmation and an estimated delivery. What business in 2020 does not provide a confirmation of payment via email?Fast forward to having to physically stop into the store for a delivery date/order status since they did not get back to me by phone or email. They then promised me a date and you guessed it! THEY DID NOT DELIVER MY COUCH. After constantly calling the store with no answer, I finally reached someone who said they were running a little late. The delivery driver called me and said he will see what he can do and can try to get it to me in the next couple days. I am baffled.

I feel like we purchased exactly what we wanted and needed. There was no high pressure sales which is always a concern for us as we shop. The best customer service until you pay for your furniture - once the payment is made, that’s it! You better pray to God that nothing, absolutely nothing goes wrong with your order because you are literally on your own. Your phone will be ignored or you will be made false promises and given the run around until forever! This place is nothing short of fraudulent - the store should be shutdown for their shady, fraudulent behavior!

I think furniture City Store is amazing! To be honest I was a little worried about reviews of some furniture taking longer than usual but Monty assured me I will have it in a month and I did. The service is outstanding. I’m sure the rest of the Interior designers are good, however my experience with Monty, is far more superior than any others store I’ve shopped in. He really cares and follows up with you no matter how large or small of a purchase you make . I also will praise the delivery people . This was our second sectional purchased from Furniture City and they’re just great there! The staff is very knowledgeable and friendly. We worked with Fanny today and did a great job, keeping patient and helping us pick out various fabrics to customize our couch. They have great financing options which makes buying a quality couch and easy decision. Highly recommend making the ride out to visit them if you’re in the market for a couch. They’ve got a ton of different options and configurations to choose from.

Sketchy doesn’t even begin to describe the folks running this place. We received quite the performance from Monty and Kyle, assuring us everything was all good until they took my credit card.After promising a 6-week delivery date, we waited a whopping 6 MONTHS for our mediocre sofa. We called and called to check in and were completely ignored. Once they finally confirmed a date, I took off work to receive the sofa because they apparently needed a 12 hour window for delivery? Sure enough half way through the window I got a bad feeling and I once again called and called, only to not receive a response - or my sofa which I had just wasted an entire day of PTO on.Once these slimeballs were able to get me my overpriced sofa, they would go radio silent once more when I let them know the BRAND NEW SOFA was pilling and beginning to fall apart after a few weeks... I was able to get a response via email from Kyle, who committed to providing a partial refund in writing. Though after many more follow ups, you guessed it! No response or partial refund. I try to shop local, but save yourself the headache with this complete JOKE of a company.

I paid for a couch in early September, and they said I could expect it by early November. Early November rolls around and they said I probably wouldn’t get the couch until January, so I said to cancel the order and refund me. They agreed. It’s now been over a month and no refund. I keep calling them and get no response from them. I never have dealt with customer service in my life. DO NOT BUY FROM THEM.

We visited this store last week looking for reasonable furniture for our new office. Our budget wasn’t so great as we are at the primary stages of our business. We walked in seeing high end furniture and was reluctant to spend alot on furniture. Fortunately, they had a clearance section upstairs with quality pieces for bargain prices! Just purchased a new dining room set and couches from Furniture City. Gary was awesome to work with. He has been in the industry for a long time and really knew his stuff. Throughout the years we have visited the usual furniture stores but I was surprised walking in her with their Good quality furniture and great customer service! Check them out.

Nice showroom of good quality. They also carry Canadel furniture which I own for many years and find to be very high quality in dining sets, but at very reasonable prices. The sales people were very good because they dont hawk you if you say youre just looking. Also when I wanted some private time to discuss things with my husband it wasnt a problem. All of their salespeople are designers so they will help you as much or as little of your design project as you want. Not just about what they sell but the complete design. I worked with Monty sales manager and he offered to come to my home at point in the future if I needed help or advice. The prices arent cheap but they have fantastic sales, especially around holidays. I bought mine at 50% off and I know for a fact it wasnt marked up before the sale. I already knew what I wanted and how much it cost. They carry varying styles. Its up to you if one of them is for you.

The staff were very friendly and helpful while allowing us to move through the store at our own pace. Whenever we had questions, Ms. Fanny was able to produce useful answers and give us recommendations. We ended up finding a custom dining set that we had not seen online that fit our homes aesthetic needs and budget. This store and the personnel within are highly recommended.

I have never been informed about when I can expect delivery I have called many times and was told they would keep me informed which never happened.I would never recommend anyone to this store. I Purchased two bedroom sets from here for my kids and I saw the same sectional we bought from a different furniture store for my moms living room and we wanted to ottoman as a surprise for her and wanted to add to it to the order and Monty threw it in as a gift for my mother. Went in yesterday to look at couches. Gary greeted us and helped us find the perfect couch! Super patient and gave us all the information about shipping! Don’t really write reviews but this store deserves one. Purchased a large custom lazboy sectional for our living room. Took about 6 weeks to come in, which was in line with the expectation set by our sales person Gary. Delivery was handled very professionally, with the delivery men taking care to not scratch the wood floors which had just been finished about a month ago. Good quality. Looks great.Gary was very knowledgeable and helpful. Only disappointment was that the couch is too big to only come with 4 throw pillows so I called up and spoke to Gary and he spoke to his manager and was able to offer my an additional 4 pillows at no cost. The best furniture store ever!!

I came looking to get a sectional we had seen online. First let me begin with stating how LARGE this showroom is. I guarantee you will find the piece you are looking for here...As we walked in i asked the first sales associate (Charlie) about the exact price I came there for, he immediately knew which one I was referencing and where it was. Due to concerns with pets we went with a different sectional. As we were waiting to get the final price the supervisor joined us. He was very friendly and professional. In the end we purchased the sectional as well as a 7pc dining room set, all for a great price. Charlie was professional, friendly and laid back from beginning to end. He WAS NOT one of those overbearing sales associates, he gave us time and space to look around and discuss options. We will be returning to this location for future purchases as well as using Charlie to do so, you should too.

I purchased the Fillmore sofa. It is gorgeous. It is very comfortable. The workmanship is incredible. I love that is locally made. The folks in the showroom were fantastic. But importantly, the delivery guys were very professional; they kept me updated regarding their departure from the factory and arrival to my home.

I got new couches for my house and it was great. The salesperson went over all the details and spent the time to ensure I was getting the best deal for my dollar. Delivery was here when they said and my couches assembled (legs/cushions/throw pillows) and placed where I wanted them in a timely and professional manner.

Purchased a Natuzzi leather couch. To be honest it took longer than usual but I understand how that works because I used to work for freight company. After visiting all the stores, furniture city felt like the only place that I could actually get comfortable and work with placing an order for my complete house. We bought a beautiful new dining room set. Solid wood furniture has such lovely detail and super fine finishes. We have bought several lovely pieces here and never been disappointed. They will do special modifications, but they charge handsomely for them Best if you can work with their standard offerings, and there are many many choices of style, wood, and finishes. We are very impressed with their selection and purchased full house of brand name furniture brands. Gary our sales person was very helpful and patient. Best furniture experience I have ever had. I ordered a full house of furniture from Furniture City. Customized sectional. Bedroom and dining. Took about 10 weeks. I needed my delivery on a Sunday which they do not offer. Customer service manager Charlie and Manager Monty themselves on their day off loaded the merchandise on Sunday and delivered it to me. They were great in the store and out. Best customer service ever! Will definitely be back for future needs!

I felt such a warm welcome from the time I walked in the front door to the time I left. Fanny stood to her feet thanked me for coming asked me what exactly I was looking for when I said just looking she allowed me to take my time and look around! Half way through my tour of the Fabulous Great quality furniture she came back to check on me to see how I was doing. Upon completion of my walk through I fell in love with a sectional and a fireplace. Fanny explained everything from the functions of the couch and fire place to the financing with all the many different financing companies they have available! Fanny stayed with me through all my questions and when I left I felt like I made the best purchase of my furniture seeking life and she walked me to the door and all the employee’s thank me for coming. I stopped by Furniture City just to window shop after hearing about the company from my best friend. I stopped in and was greeted by most friendly staff. Gary specifically went out his way to help me and any questions I had. My window shopping plans turned into a purchase of a beautiful Natuzzi leather sectional sofa. Im super excited about my new gift to myself. Thanks and I will be back.

Furniture City is an excellent local source for furniture. High end furniture for very fair pricing. They deliver to your home, set everything up and move existing furniture if needed. They provide excellent service and quality.

I have been passing by the store for a while now and after going to different furniture stores I finally decided to go in and let me say. My husband and I are very impressed with Furniture City and the quality and service. We ordered a full house of furniture and just got it delivered and we are very happy! Definitely Recommend!!

Fanny provided the most wonderful experience for us! She was extremely knowledgeable about every piece in the store and helped us to create the perfect layout of furniture and accent pieces just from looking at a sketch of our floor plan. She spent hours with us, took time to understand what was important to us, and lead us to find the pieces to create our perfect space. I left the store feeling so confident with every piece that we purchased. The Delivery guys were fantastic!! I highly recommend Furniture City.

Really well-made furniture. More than half of our furniture is from here.Also, if in the rare case something does go wrong, they replace or repair it for free without question. We bought the Streeter floor lamp. The bulb went out. We called them and they replaced the entire lamp. We bought one of their sectionals. Told them feathers were coming out and they sent replacement cushion covers. There service is amazing and beyond. They would come to your house personally if they have to. This will definitely be the only place I shop for furniture.

Purchased a $12,000 Natuzzi Sectional here at Furniture City. I was very hesitant to pay all of it upfront which is what they require knowing that it takes 12-16 weeks for delivery. Today marks 12 weeks and Just got my delivery and my wife and I are very satisfied. Gary and Monty were very helpful and made our house look beautiful! This is a store to trust. Will definitely be back and recommend friends!

Went into Furniture City to just look around. Figured they were too high priced but was surprised to see I was wrong. Found several sofas that interested us and decided on leather couch and chair. Prices were excellent with the sale price offered. Our salesman Mike helped us in our search and did an excellent job in guiding us through the maze of furniture to look at. Great experience all-around. Prices were amazing. Staff at the showroom was friendly, honest, and helpful. Delivery guys were great and handled all setup for only $60. Everything happened on-time and communication was great throughout.

We had such a great experience. If you go here please ask for Gary. He was so helpful and kind. He made sure everything ran smoothy with our delivery. Decent furniture store but not worth going out of your way for. You can negotiate for better pricing. I was disappointed with the quality of the bedroom furniture. The couches here are great and the dining room tables are nice. They had big signs for a Veterans Day sale and when I asked what that meant, they said it just means we can work with you on price. When we got to that part of the process, we were offered 10% off. Not that great. Better places on route 17 for furniture for sure.

Received excellent service and attention. Gary was very patient and did not attempt to rush me into buying something I did not want. Very happy with the sectional I purchased and the accent tables. Would also like to commend the young men who delivered my furniture. The young men who delivered my furniture parked a half block away and carried the items to my apartment. They were courteous and went above and beyond. Did not get their names but they deserve an attaboy. Very pleased with service I received from all persons involved. Definitely recommend

The worst customer service. My husband and I bought a sofa and loveseat, it came damaged and 2 weeks later one of the legs broke. I called multiple times and they told me someone would be in contact with me. No one ever reached out or tried to fix the situation. I should have listened to the other negative reviews. Do not buy from them.

Very friendly (attentive, but not pushy) staff; great selection of quality items at a sensible price; and convenient location. Delivery staff were timely, courteous, and friendly. We needed to install furniture sliders, and they accommodated our request. We will be shopping with Fanny in the future! Thank you!!

Going to be honest. We were not planning on stopping in here but we did. We thought it was another Ashley or bobs. I guess we were very wrong. Furniture City carries well known furniture brands and has the best furniture service we have received. My wife and I purchased a Natuzzi leather sectional and we couldn’t be any more happy with the purchase. Gary the salesperson was excellent. He is very knowledgeable and answered every single questions we had on the product. He was very patient and professional. Our family had a GREAT experience at Furniture City! Drove up from Albany to find a great selection. We needed a house full of furniture, From the very start, Gary was there to help us out, offering advice and options without being too intrusive. All of our furniture was delivered within two weeks. They use their own delivery drivers and to say Ive never seen any drivers more professional then they are. Highly recommend!

We had been shopping for furniture for quite some time and we found wonderful and unique pieces at Furniture City. The salesperson Fanny, was extremely helpful. She provided us with plenty of information, options, design advice and layouts without applying pressure to make a quick purchase. We went back to the store several times with questions and she was always patient and encouraging. Even after the sale she continuously updates us with delivery information, etc. Delivery came in a timely manner and was done very smooth. I highly recommend Furniture City.

I came here because I was searching for furniture stores in Paramus and I saw that they have good reviews and here I am another happy customer. I love my new furniture from here. They have A very good selection of brand name products and delivered in a timely manner. Fanny the sales women was very nice and polite and took her time with me and the managers are very nice as well. Most importantly they have a very careful and nice delivery team and cleaned up after themselves. You will not regret shopping here.

This review is solely based on my experience in the store.This place is absolutely wonderful. Not only was our sales consultant beyond helpful, she was patient and very accommodating considering we spent two plus hours in the store.We were able to find furniture for our dining room, living room and bedroom as well as accent pieces and just had it delivered and everything was smooth. Great choice of fabrics and colors for the chair we chose. Delivery was easy and on time on a Saturday. All of the staff from the sales team to the delivery scheduler to the delivery men were courteous and helpful. Will certainly go back

I purchased in a few Furniture stores but nothing comes close to Furniture City. The sales person Gary was awesome. The manager Monty is phenomenal. Customer service was very good. I love my new custom sectional and the price. I really recommend Furniture City for anyone looking to purchase any kind of Furniture. I will definitely be back for more in the future.

We think this is the best furniture store in this area. They have a huge showroom with pieces we have not seen elsewhere. We furnished a new house with items from Furniture City and then went back three more times to buy more. Each time, Fanny helped us find just what we wanted. She knew the stock well. In the end we got a good deal, and delivery went flawlessly. Cant say enough about them.

I purchased a custom lazyboy sectional at Furniture City. Gary my sales men helped me with the configuration, color and design. He was patient and fantastic. I was told 6-9 weeks for delivery. It came in 4 weeks and just got it delivered and I love it. Delivery crew were fantastic and I love my custom sectional. Highly recommend Furniture City. Thanks Gary!!!

Very happy with the furniture and customer service. I purchased a Natuzzi sectional. Took longer than usual but I definitely understand because it comes on a container and has to through customs and stuff. However, overall experience with furniture city I am very happy and definitely recommend!

STAY AWAY!Edit Jan 2020- wow I just saw this response from Furniture City 7 months after I posted the original review.Furniture City- You have audacity to lie on public platform 5 month later instead of any intention to provide solution. I have sent you another email today if you have any intention to resolve my issue reply to that email with resolution & I will gladly change this review.In the past- I have sent furniture city not one but 12 emails in this regard last year. I called to speak to manager multiple times but was told that manager is on vacation and won’t take any message for him. If you guys were serious about service level, you would have checked your emails & reached out to me instead of replying with lies on google. As you can read on my original review, I requested & was promised for fabric replacement not couch replacement and for 6 months Charlie kept lying that he ordered fabric and it will be replaced shortly. After 6 month he bluntly said that fabric was discontinued and nothing can be done. Looking at this reply from owner I have lost all hope for resolution. I can’t help but requesting fellow shoppers to stay away from this shop and spend your money somewhere else as it seems the furniture city management doesn’t care about customers or service.Original Review June 2019-They sold me a Living Room Set from England Furniture stating that its the highest quality & also sold me separate warranty on top of that. The fabric starting coming apart after one year of purchase. I escalated to them & its been 6 months since I have been following up with them. Every time I called, the representative lied that they have ordered the fabric & covers & it will be replaced soon. 3 months back their technicians called me that instead of sending the cushion covers the manufacturer sent them raw fabric & they are ordering it again. I have sent multiple reminders & called multiple time but no one ever bothers to respond on their GMAIL account.Today their customer service rep Charlie called me stating that manufacturer stated that the Fabric is discontinued & they cant do anything about this. He bluntly gave me an email ID of an employee of New England Furniture to follow up. When I asked to talk to a manager, He asked me to try next week. He also declined to send any email record of this conversation.I have bought furniture from other big stores & I am sure they would have gladly replaced it. I hope this review is read by their management & they do something about it.

Absolutely love this place! This is our second time we buy furniture here. We had to get rid of our furniture the first time around due to downsizing but now that we got a bigger house we decided to stop by. Monty the manager was the best! Right off the bat he offered to help us out with anything particular we were searching for or to answer any questions. Really friendly guy and knowledgeable about their inventory. Didn’t feel like a fish in a shark tank like other furniture stores the moment you walk in. I really appreciated that. Ordered a custom Lazboy sectional, dining table, and a Bedroom set. Delivery and setup went smooth and on time as promised. Will definitely refer people here! I have pretty crappy credit and they are willing to work with you, they even got me a 3 year interest free something I wasn’t expecting. Thank you so much! We love our new furniture, seems very well built thank you once again!

Absolutely very satisfied with my purchase from Furniture City in Paramus. Monty our sales person sold us furniture for our entire house down the shore 2 years ago. We came back 4 months ago to furnish our house down in Florida. I got Monty the floor plan and he made our house look fabulous. My wife and I are very happy with their service. Purchased All of the furniture for my house from Furniture City in Paramus. My wife and I could not be more satisfied. We love our living room, dining room, bedroom and kids room. Monty the manager is a great young man. He gave us a fantastic price and delivered some missing items himself with his own car. Customer service couldn’t be any better.
