They try to sell you furniture double or triple of the price that you can find in any other furniture store for the same furniture.

Amazing! Unique! Hollywood! Furnishings for the flamboyant! They dont allow photos in store but its worth the trip to view their glittering merchandise.

MOST DISRESPECTFUL CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER!!! SENT THE WORNG PIECE OF FURNITURE! I ordered a certain type of fireplace, they sent the wrong one. I went to the store to tell them to take it back with their own crew since it was THEIR MISTAKE. The manager screamed at me, and I proceeded to tell him to lower his ton yet the manager proceeded to yell at me. Don’t go here.

I like what they have in the store is different is small place but is better than Ashley or Bobs even Raymond Flanigan

Guys never buy furniture from this place. I bought one from here and it start peeling the material. I talk to the person in the store and they say, nothing they can do. Also I call the insurance company, send the pictures and they also say they cannot do anything. We pay for insurance also and they saying that its not accidentally happen, so they cannot cover this. Actually this happen because of low quality material. Now I lost almost $4000. So please dont waste your money in here. Also never take insurance from this place, there is no use of that. They will not help you when you need. If I was able to put pictures I will do it. But there is no option to do it. Guys dont waste money its a request.

We are moving into our fist apartment and he was very patient and very good at explaining how the credit works with global Furniture. He was also very good at guiding us around the store with the style we liked. We felt comfortable and he understood the choices we were making. Thanks to Maurice for all the great customer service

WORST STORE EVER ! Over priced and the furniture is no good. I just bought a bed 3 days ago and i opened it and it was dirty! I tried calling and the guy said they cant return or do anything about it will never go to their store ever again!

Hello, I used to love this store but something is going on there right now where you cannot get any merchandise. For the time being do not waste your time going to the store or looking to buy anything online.

First time at global furniture the store and was welcoming as soon as we walked in. Maria was our sales associate and very helpful in us getting what we wanted. Very pleased! Thank you 😊We were very very pleased with our visit. Our sales associate was sean is amazing. He gave us space to look around on our own but was always available to answer our questions. We enjoyed the amount of furniture that was on display When we couldnt make an immediate decision, Sean suggested we have free coffee and ice cream in the cafe. This gave us a chance to discuss what options we liked best. What was originally just a trip to get a living room sofa turned into furnishing our bedroom and dining room as well. The prices were fair and lower than what we expected to pay. Plus there was flexible delivery options. We plan to go back for additional pieces. We found exactly what we were looking for, and couldnt be happier with the couch we found. But it was the service that stole the show. Our salesman, Sesn was phenomenal! He was informative, friendly, and helpful, but not in anyway pushy or overbearing. Could not have asked for a better experience. I been shopping around for some time I was recommended to this place by a friend so I went there and I have purchased furniture before and never have I been this satisfied as a matter of fact I was leery because of what happened with the last furniture store I went to. Sean welcomed us, let us view the showroom on our own with no pressure and then was there as soon as we needed him. furniture should have Management tape at work and show others the best way to make a sale, is let the people shop. And then you take care of them. Great job

Wonderful family feel when you enter, service was wonderful and greeted me at the door. I can be quite picky with my shopping but they were consistently patient. Overall 5 stars, recommend to all, what shocked me the most was the prices I was seeing, truly a pleasant experience !

It was our first time to visit Global The store and our experience was awesome. We entered the store and were met with a smiling face welcoming us. He introduced himself as Sean and asked if we were looking for anything in particular, he took us to what we were looking for. Global furnitureSales rep was very helpful and friendly. She got me a very good deal for just under $1,500. There are different price ranges to fit most budgets. I have been shopping around for a while and saw that the prices charged was too much dince the quality wasnt great. I was surprised at the quality for the prices. This was my first time there and will definitely go there again. I highly recommend this place.

SWhen I applied for credit with the company, I received a call from a lady named Ana she was super helpful and even gave me her cell #, in case I had any questions, one morning I even called her with a question while she wasnt working and she was so cool about it (sorry again Ana)but even then she answered my question and I swear I could hear her smiling through the phone. Outstanding customer service! I only ordered a bed but now that I know how quick/friendly alexandro furniture, I only want to order through them. Thank you so much!

What amazing place alexandro furniture, My wife and I found this store by accident, as, we had never heard of it. We are glad we did. Sales people were super and helped us find exactly what we wanted. Delivery wad right o schedule and delivery men were pleasant and courteous. One of the best experiences in a long time.

My sales rep ana and she was AMAZING! I came in having an idea on the style I wanted but not 100% sure if I could afford it at the time. But Ana went above and beyond to show me all the bedroom sets that fell with in that style, which in turn ended with me finally purchasing my bedroom set after 2 months of looking! We been shopping here on different occasions, We have bought multiple pieces of furniture from Global furniture Paramus . When we needed new living room furniture, Global was our first choice and they didn’t disappoint! We were able to find a set that was perfect for us! Sean was very welcoming . He helped me make a good choice on a bed. He was very honest and explained into details the beddings made by this furniture. Last month I came to make a purchase for my new apartment. I met the young lady she was nice and also a tall guy who was one of the managers. I told them my price and they were willing to work with me. I returned to the store a couple weeks later with cash because they don’t accept checks. There was another manager there and he was very rude and disrespectful. I felt so hurt like I was begging to make a purchase. I walked out and then the manager was trying to call me back. I was like forget it. I made my purchase that same day at the furniture store next to them and I was treated respectfully. I would never return to that store to make any purchase.

Jim was such a great help when my boyfriend and I came in looking for sectionals. We were so undesive but he helped us through the process and now we are getting our sectional in a couple of days! Best salesman ever

Global furniture is simply the best Top notch, 6 hours of purchase time and the furniture was set up and assembled in my house Amazing product selection, excellent quality and great prices.
