My fiancé and I absolutely love the customer service and the individual attention we get here at Helzberg. I want to specifically highlight the attention to the manager Nash and Associate Elaine. That have been nothing short of spectacular in taking care of us and making sure every little detail was taken care of.I remember when we first came in the store to get a wedding ring and Elaine was so patient and kind with us having us try on different rings and giving us so many different options and telling us so many interesting stories. Nash was so good as well confirming your us how good Elaine was. Nonetheless, we found the e perfect ring eventually. My fiancé loved it.There were times we came back in the store for other reasons and we were treated like royalty. With Elaine always being helpful and Nash today going above and beyond his duties to even help me with my watch that didn’t fit, I know they are the perfect jewelers, and I know when you come in, you will find them extremely helpful. I highly recommend them to any of my followers who follow my posts. Go to them for your jeweler needs. They will take care of you.
Customer Service was excellent. No frills in jewelry boxes or shopping bag. Prices are in line with other similar retailers. Minimal discounts available at the discretion of the manager at individual stores.

Elaine was great in assisting me. Helped me find out my ring size, which you might think is normal service but when I went to the Kay Jewelers across from the store before, they just tried to shove their credit card down my throat before I even expressed interest in a ring and the saleswoman didn’t even offer to size me when I told her I didn’t know my size. Elaine spent a lot of time with me, educated me, and wasn’t pushy. She clearly has a lot of experience and knowledge. Very professional and sweet lady. :) Even though I found something better suited for me at another place, I had to leave a review due to Elaine’s wonderful service! Highly recommend her.

I buy all my jewelry from helzberg but this store is terrible. They seem to operate on whatever schedule works for them that day rather it be what time they open or when they decide they want to put effort into getting you your jewelry back from repair. Please use a different location. I love the company but this location is not worth the aggravation.

Great selection of items . However, the sales experience vs my other experience there was completely different. People are always extra nice when they make a sale . Ordered a wedding band from there at a size 6, which matches my engagement ring size . However the ring that came in felt extra snug and they didn’t seem to think it was out of the ordinary. They actually had to spray my finger to remove the ring. I went to another Helzberg location and they told me the ring was a 5 1/4. What the hell?? No wonder it was so tight. How did I end up with that size when I’m a size 6 and ordered the same for my band. I ordered my true size at the willow brook location who was extremely helpful. Good thing I’m not getting married this month .

Worst service ever at Garden State Plaza. I had a simple return for something I ordered online and the woman did not know how to do a web return. I had to wait 45 mins for the manager to get done with his client to be helped. Totally unacceptable. All employees should be trained to handle all business transactions.

I went there to have a battery replaced on my daughter Michells watch and they charge me $50 to replace a battery I felt I was rip off I own plenty of watches and the average cost to replace a battery is around $20 to $25 at most, I pay the $50 because I dint have much of a choice my daughter was leaving from the mall back to college. Is a shame because they have nice watches there but I will never buy anything from that store for the simple reason I felt they they took advantage of me
The entire crew was very nice. From the Saleswoman (2) that assisted me to the jeweler who made modification to existing ring and assist with purchase of additional peices. Also salesman offered me something to drink as I waited . Helpful, attentive and never did I feel pressured. Highly recommended .
This place is odd. They try and give you credit cards the moment you walk in the door. You also need to have them hold your ID to look at some items. I dont recommend shopping here. Too many other availability to waste your time here.
Poor customer service. I will never ask my fiancé to shop here. I ordered an item in December and today 1/15/18 is the day I finally received it. The sales associate who I will not name never followed up, he never forward my request to speak to the manager. I had to call and ask for the manager myself. I understand problems may occur that are out of our hands but the customer service was horrible, just horrible.
I came in with many questions and uncertainty and left with the dream ring. Everybody here was very helpful and super patient with me and all my questions. I did not feel pressured at all to buy. At the end of the day me and my soon to be fiancee decided to get a ring from the forever one collection of moissanite. Expecting to be told to go with the more expensive alternative, I was pleasantly surprised when they helped me choose the perfect moissanite ring too. Only positive reviews for this place and everyone here.
Had to return some diamond earrings my boyfriend got me for Christmas because my ears were getting irritated... not the point. It is now February, and we have yet to get back the money from our return. We call customer service and they just keep cycling us to different representatives. Someone just send us our money back so we can move on with our lives. Thank you.
Go somewhere else for your jewelry. Customer service is unreliable and I’ve had diamonds pop out of my ring three times—twice in the past month. It breaks my heart. Took them a month to fix it last time.
