Great experience... My son and I went to Tiffany & Co. to find a Mothers Day Gift. When we arrived we were greeted and introduced to our sales professional Nadia Kappel who was awesome. Nadia helped us find the perfect earings which were heart shaped studs. Literally from start to finish the entire visit was perfect! Thank you Tiffany & Co. in Paramus and thank you Nadia!!

I dreamed about purchasing something from Tiffanys since I was a young girl I used to see magazine advertisement of classy beautiful iconic diamond jewelry from Tiffanys on beautiful woman and one day I fantasized I would walk into Tiffany to fulfill that dream and so I did but not for me but for my oldest daughter who was graduating from college it was going to be the most epic extraordinary gift ! Now a days not many young people know about this magical place :) As I made my way into Tiffanys in the Westfield Garden State Plaza early one morning a couple days before Christmas, I was asked if I needed help at the entrance of the door ? I asked if i was able to come in and shop ? and as I walked in it felt like I was walking into a typical jewelry store and that should have not been the case, I suppose I was expecting Tiffany such an Iconic Legendary kind of jewelry store to have some jazzy music, brightness in the store and a more classic ambience but thats just me . I felt as I didnt belong there I questioned was it the way I was dressed or the color of my skin ? But I continued on walking in while some sales people were just standing there I walked up to the counter and showed a sales woman a picture of a Paloma Picasso pearl necklace she stated they didnt have the gold piece but she could have it shipped to the store she didnt offer anything else she continued on typing on her laptop before I left I asked her if I could have a card with the item information I told her I would come back, went home and debated should I even buy anything from Tiffanys was very disappointed but I did end up going back and making a purchase after all It was a special gift for my daughter .When I made the purchase I was told It would ship to the store and I would receive a call, waited 2 days as they suggested but after two days anxiously I ended up giving the store a call was on hold nervously for at least 20 minutes with thoughts they had lost the order, but shipment had not arrived waited until the end of the day called Tiffany customer service and they were able to give me tracking called back Westfield Garden State Plaza finally I was told it was there, I asked why didnt I received a call saleswoman said I should had received an email oh ok ? Anyway Wish I would have had a better experience. However I still have love for Tiffany and my daughter does own something from TIFFANYS and I will one day splurge on me :)
My husband and I went to the store because I lost the back of my earing and wanted to replace it. There was one customer in the store.After he left, we were asked if they could help us.They directed us to customer service. My husband started walking there and I wanted to browse and look at the Jewelry with intentions of buying something if it caught my eye.. Immediately they stopped me and one of the men in suits was directed to walk with me.I felt completely disrespected and said Id join my husband. They acted like we were there to rob them.When I went to the customer service the young woman was extremely condescending.She was dressed beautifully and had long nails which made it almost impossible for her to handle the jewelry. She was helpful but when I asked her a question about the earing, she just shot a look at me and did not respond.For years my husband has been shopping at Tiffany in Palm Beach, Florida as well as Paramus.As for me Ill never go there again.I shop for quality, not a fancy name.Im sure someday soon Ill be reading they went out of business.

Visited Garden State Plaza location in NJ. Very disappointed as they offered no help in cleaning my wife’s engagement ring that was purchased here in 2014 and also not offered appraisal service. Some insurance companies require current valuation to keep the article insured at current value. There were about 8 stuff working in the store, all in black suit and tie and they just sit there and look pretty. When we purchased the ring, we were promised lifetime cleaning service and that was one of the factors I decided for Tiffany relative to other options, but today I was let down by their unhelpful staff and lack of professionalism. I am sharing this here because I don’t want others to have a negative experience despite paying almost twice for what you get. I knew they but I paid the money because of the service which they failed to deliver today. Do your research and pause before you make a purchase from this jeweler. Don’t just buy the ring because the name says Tiffany and there is a certificate number. It means nothing.
This location is such a delight to shop at even during the crazy holiday commotion especially at Garden State Plaza. I get all my holiday shopping for my loved ones done here because not only is it an honor to give the gift of a Tiffany Blue Box, the in-store experience with the staff is just remarkable.Youre greeted by a member of their friendly security team and either directed to a sales professional or someone from their customer service team or encouraged to enjoy the store. They offered me a beverage or a cookie even when I had no asked which is a service that is hard to come by.Overall, I can shop here at anytime in the year and I know that I will be given excellent service and truly valued whether I am making a purchase or not. I spoke with their management team at my last visit to compliment on the team but I felt that this would also showcase the excellency of this store :)
Very respectful staff, extremely friendly, not pushy, no multiple followup calls like the endless ones you get from car dealers. The staff was all awesome but John C and Daniel were truly amazing. Both went above and beyond and continue to do so every time I or my fiance walk in. Price is high but its Tiffanys and you get what you pay for. Highly recommend this store and those two gentleman!

I had such a fantastic experience here! My fiancée and I came in to look at rings and were greeted so warmly. I had expected to feel out of place but was so happy and comfortable the minute we were welcomed in. One of the managers here, Abi was amazing. She showed us around and was so funny and welcoming. I will definitely be back!
My husbands Tiffany money clip broke after about 2 years of light use. Although their policy only covers the first year for repairs, the manager and customer service rep went out of there way to make the situation right for us. We were treated like valued customers and truly appreciate the great service Tiffany & Co. always provides. Thank you.

I called the store yesterday to ensure that they had the exact model of cuff links I was looking for, they confirmed to me they had plenty. The following day my bf did me the favor of stopping in during lunch time to purchase the cuff links and have them engraved. Turns out they didnt have that model anymore, which tells me they never really confirmed they had them in the first place when I called only 15 hours before. Additionally, they tried to sell a different model which was SCRATCHED. $350 dollars for a scratched item, the audacity to even consider doing such a thing. Tiffany truly has incompetent workers in this location and after reading some of the reviews others posted, I would have to agree tenfold. A shame, I will never stop into a Tiffanys store again.
Customer service is not a priority. They pre judge on how you look and dress.Their whole attitude changed the minute I started making my purchase and completed the transaction. We still love the products,weve purchased many tiffany assets over the years,sadly customer service from managers to sales associates has declined and need retraining. The old days of being able to tell how much someone is worth and what they may be able to afford by their look has past.
Waited 15 minutes for an associate to help me look at a piece of jewelry and finally left when nobody did. Maybe because its Tiffanys, they feel customer service isnt part of their job and we should be glad to spend our hard earned money there. What a joke!!!

Abigail LaVelle is a poor excuse for a manager. She emailed me for an interview appointment with her. I went to the interview and, according to her, it went well and she said she would schedule an upcoming interview with another manager - she said she would reach out to me by the next week. She never did. Luckily for me I landed another position in another company during that time. It just absolutely floors me that someone can be so unprofessional. I have been working ever since I was a teenager, and I have never encountered such unprofessionalism before.And another thing. When I walked into the store for the interview, only one person greeted me and smiled at me while the other 3 salespeople were too engrossed in their phones or specks of lint on their suits to care. They didnt even bother to make eye contact. I didnt look any different from them - we were all dressed nicely (I wore one of my brand new suits), so I could only assume their customer service is generally very poor.Absolutely tackey and horrid experience.
