Always a pleasure to do business at this location. I had an appointment for my first oil change since purchasing a new vehicle a few months ago and the process was easy. They have drinks and food available while you wait and the waiting area is really nice. I had the pleasure of working with Paul while I was there. Paul was seriously the best. I had a million questions and he answered them all patiently. He was kind the entire time and very down to earth as well. As a customer I actually felt valued, not rushed. I would recommend this place hands down.

The personnel in the office are so kind and keep you informed on everything going on with your car. My tire had a nail in it. This was no ones fault but the crazy nail who decided to go for a ride in my tire. They were understanding, placed my spare tire back in my car and was done within a couple hours.Only downside, when I got home, my tire light came back on... probably need more air in my tires. Maybe this could have been checked before I left?Otherwise, GREAT staff and great atmosphere!

I’ve always gotten my service done at Dan Cummins on the Yukon I purchased from them. Regular maintenance and multiple high cost repairs on a 2016 vehicle. After scheduling my oil change, began noticing a suspension noise that got worse each day. I was only a few days away from the oil change so parked the vehicle until it could be looked at while I had it at service. Was told at the oil change they were too busy to check it and I’d have to schedule a diagnostic appointment and the next available appointment was weeks out. Had to take the vehicle to another GM dealer for service, which got me in the same day. Ball joints and struts needed replacing. I can’t wait weeks for a service that is a safety issue. What happened to service after the sale? Or customer loyalty?

When I arrived to my appointment the crew work quickly to get me inside and get my oil change done. Everyone was nice and helpful.

Dan Cummins did an excellent job at diagnosing my transmission troubles, and fixing them in a timely manner. My service advisor David was very professional, and kept me up to date with the status of my truck. I couldn’t recommend Dan Cummins more!

Once I was able to get an appointment 2 and a half weeks out from when i called. My car was overheating so I could not drive it and I was not offered a courtesy car.As for service itself at the shop everyone was professional and helpful repaired the problem and seems to be running great.

When I arrived at the Service Counter, I signed an authorization for the Oil Change. I remember seeing a cost estimate of $43.00. When the oil change was completed, the total bill was approximately $57.00. I asked about this and was told that a reduction of approximately $4.00 for a quart of oil that was not used. the final bill, after the deduction was $53.82 This is some discrepancy in the estimate and the final bill.

We just purchased a used vehicle from Dan Cummins. The svc dept cut a 2nd key & programmed the fob for it.

I had a airbag recall about a month ago. While doing the work they were in the passenger seat, I suppose with their knees and damaged the passenger presence module causing the air bag light to come on. They charged me $148 to diagnose this. Then gave a quote of $1062.51 to fix the damage they did. I will be calling management about this

The staff was very nice and knowledgable. The bill on the other hand is another story. 1 hour to snip 2 wires, 1 hour to splice on 2 new wires, 1.5 hours to take a bolt out swap a sensor and replace the bolt.... I felt a little violated...

Upon arriving I was treated with respect and it was a fast and pleasant experience .

I sent my vehicle in to get a diagnosis on where a water leak on the inside was coming from. I was told up front it would be $125 for the diagnosis. I accept, and then a few days later i was told the diagnosis would be $600 due to complications, to which i promptly asked them to stop. I understand you may run into some issues and it may cost a little extra, but almost 5x more than what was agreed on is ridiculous. I ended up paying $200 for them to tell me things I already knew.

Check engine light came on. Had an appt. In Lexington I could not miss. Then car wouldnt go in gear. First service advisor asked if I had an appointment!! Said he couldnt give me a car to drive. Returned to Cummins and was able to speak to a helpful lady who supplied me with a car to drive. Turns out they had to put in a new transmission. This was on a new car.

When I was heading to my vehicle after being serviced, a young man asked if I would like him to run it through their car wash. It obviously needed it! I was asked to comment on my recent customer experience at Dan Cummins. The service was fine. Mine was a routine visit for a 5000-mile service (oil change and tire rotation). It took about 30 minutes, which seems to me to be pretty quick to both change the oil and rotate the tires. The waiting lounge was clean, comfortable, and uncrowded, and well-stocked with hand sanitizer. The counter person who took care of me was courteous, efficient, and able. Dan Cummins is a very pleasant company to do business with. See you all in another 5000 miles.

Oil light was NoT reset. Air was to be added to tires and was NOT done. Car was also not washed which was supposed to be done. Overall not satisfied.... I am not a fussy person and have always been pleased until this.

I would recommend that the sales department have much better communication with the service department. Vice versaI bought my vehicle and had to schedule a visit to come back and have a non GM vehicle key fob programed and some interior lights fixed. These items were in the due bill to be fixed.The service side tried to charge me for the inter lights to be repaired. Not too big of a deal.. they got that corrected.The big issue was getting the key fob programed.. I originally went to the front sales desk when I got there to ask about getting it programed... they sent me to the service desk... then the service department said I had to go to sales.Just poor communication between the departments.The issue was resolved, but not sure how much longer I would have been there if I didn’t speak up and ask what was going on... they fixed my lights and my car just parked like it was ready to go... the service side seemed to be making no effort to ask sales to get the key programmed. I basically had to resolve this issue my self.I will always recommend Dan Cummins to anyone. This was just some feedback for improvement.
