The service Technician Dan was incredibly pleasant to work with. He was efficient and worked hard to get me a loaner car and submit all documentation to the warranty company. He was very polite and professional.
Excellent service!! They worked with me on the price after purchasing a 2021 car that had only 1 key. My sales person Matt came over to the service department to ensure I got the right pricing promised and the service person I think his name was Charles was very polite and helpful.
I was told that my warranty was bumper to bumper it was the same as there NEW car warranty, I paid my hard earned money for the star shield group Platinum plan from the Dan Cummings’s Chevy dealership right up the road. This Plan would not cover my rear tail light that’s going to cost me $300 my truck sensor dings Constantly saying that the light is out when it is not. I was told from the dealer that it needs a new tail light housing unit that’s not covered not only did it not cover that they didn’t have Any rental that I could take that I’m also cover for. I had a friend that call and gave them hell about a rental and he got one and my brother had a Diamond ceramic done and they give him one the same week I drop my truck off and they had a week in advance knowing I was going to get this work done. I wouldn’t be complaining if I didn’t PAID for this Service but to their credit the Chrysler dodge service center people were very helpful and professional the mechanic team did a great job on the other work that they provided.

Regular routine oil change... they tell me it’s $260! I have a 2020 ram 1500 that I bought there. Seems pretty steep to me... after i questioned it the price went down to $200.60. Still too dang high. I had my Chevy 3500 service at the main store last week for $93. What gives?

The service was great. However, when the tires are rotated on a Ram 2500, the tire pressure should be checked before giving back to customer. Second visit and both times I had to return to have tire pressure fixed. I even asked if they checked it before I left. I returned and they made it right, it’s just a hassle that should have been completed initially.
Have had appointments for two oil changes. Bout took too long for having an appointment. Service was good. Friendly. Apologetic for the wait.

Purchased a 2021 Jeep Gladiator out of state, decided to you Dan Cummins CJDR for my local dealer/service. First issue was scheduling my first service interval on the new car. I made my appointment with my odometer reading 2600 miles. Thru delays and waiting on a warranty part order to come in, my maiden oil change wasnt performed until my odometer read 6700 miles. I was there for an excess of 4 hours, for an oil change, tire rotation, and to have two warranty concerns addreesed. I left with only tire rotation and oil change being completed, and excuses for the other concerns not being addressed. After getting ahold of Jeep HQ, which contacted the dealer on my behalf, they were told that my warranty concerns had been corrected and fixed. NOT TRUE!. This, Ive decided to drive out of state to the dealer of origin for my purchase to have my service done from now on, in spite of the inconvenience.

Always had great service there but when you call to get a price on service work such as oil changes the price quoted is never the correct price it has always been higher. So if you go check the price again before dropping off your vehicle for instance I was quoted 40 dollars and paid $63 and though not that much difference it all adds up my truck was $200 + difference on oil and fuel filters when on a budget it’s can mess you up
Dan Cummins provided us with a complimentary vehicle while our transmission was repaired. The repair was covered under the lifetime power train warranty. Great service!

They did a valve body replacement but after picking up my truck and on they way home the truck completely stop pulling I got out check the dip stick and found out there was vary little showing way below add noticed the valve pan was leaking the transmission is completely shot now and on top of that they had lock the keys in the truck and used something to pry my drive side door beening it out I call them back and told them what was going on they told me there nothing they can sorry for your luck .so with that being said Im not taking anything back to them and nor do I recommend any one going here there not professional I wasted 672 dollars dont make same mistakes I did

Paid, left the service Dept. It was raining and I turned on defrost. My car filled with smoke. Stopped at Walmart opened my hood and smoke was rolling from the engine. So I rolled windows down and drove back to dealership. After an hour they had cleaned the oil off the engine. Very disappointed.Been using Dan Cummins down the street for over 2 years.

I had an appointment for an oil change at 9:30 am dropped it off atleast 39 mins early and still didnt get my car back until about 12:45pm

Bought a 2016 Jeep patriot, from the Chevorlet store up the road, the check engine light was on when i bought it. The associate i worked with while purchasing the vehicle told me the issue was either old gas or a sensor that needed replaced and told me to refill the gas and drive the vehicle and see if the light went off, and if not the i could bring up and the issue would be repaired at no charge. The light never went off, after refilling the vehicle 5 times. Bought an OBD-II scanner to scan the error codes. Found out the issue was supposedly an engine knock sensor, P0325. Did some research, car has rough idling, horrible gas milage, poor acceleration, misfires, ect. Was told to take it to CDJR service, so i took the vehicle up to the CDJR service center to have the sensor replaced. Picked it up the next day, check engine light is off. We are business, Right? WRONG. The literal next day the check engine light comes back on, checked the codes, 2 codes come up this time. One for the knock sensor and another for the intake manifold. I dont live near paris, and i work a full time job so its hard to find time to get the vehicle back up there. I received a post service call, the customer service representative asked about my experience, told them everyone was nice, but the issue was not resolved. I then had to take time to setup another appointment to bring my vehicle in. That was on last thursday, didnt hear anything all day about the vehicle, or on the next day, finally had to reach out to them. Id call the number, get transferred, it would ring 3 times and then disconnect. Finally after much frustration, asked the customer service rep to have someone reach out to me, when someone finally did, after 2 FULL days with the vehicle, all they had done was run the codes and clear them and then drive the vehicle. Since also have an OBD-II scanner and can clear codes, i KNOW for a fact that this will not work, as the codes will just come back. I explained to the person who reached out to me. I have done a lot of research, Knock Sensor Codes can go off because of Coolant System Malfunctions, a clogged EGR Valve, or a frayed wiring harness to the knock sensor itself. I explained what happens to the person i talked to on the phone, they said they would look into and that i could come in either on that day, which was a friday, or saturday to get a Loaner vehicle. I went in saturday to get the loaner, all the loaner vehicles had been taken, i told the manager i could just take my car and bring it back the following weekend, because i work Sunday- wednesday. They loaned me a vehicle that was on the lot, the interior full of trash, the dash sticky and the windshields so dirty you couldnt see out of them. I was told i couldnt take my vehicle with me because it was taken apart, and the part that needed to be replaced was ordered and it would be installed monday, and i would receive call tuesday to bring the loaner back and get my vehicle. It is now thursday, i call them to figure out whats going on, same issue as before, transferred, 3 rings, silence, disconnected. I repeated the same steps as before, asked the operator to have someone give me a call. Received a call from the SAME person i talked to LAST WEEK. He gave me the SAME EXACT ANSWER AS LAST WEEK. They ran the codes, cleared them, was driving it around. First off, if you cleared the codes last week like you said, and the Check engine light came back on, that is a CLEAR sign that what you are doing to remedy the issue is NOT working. I mentioned to the person, that i was told by someone in the office before i left with this filthy loaner car, that a part ad been ordered and the reason i couldnt take my vehicle home was because it was taken apart. The person on the phone replied and said No? We havent ordered any parts for the vehicle. Can you imagine the frustration im dealing with? After a sold WEEK, after being LIED to, and people running me around, i am FED UP. I am VERY disappointed and VERY dissatisfied.
