Theres an older man working who is so incredibly kind, we had a small chat about oil and I learned quite a bit about him. Also, my item was bogo, so all around great experience.

I got there at 7:35 and they were supposed to be open at 7:30. The employee who has the key didnt show up until 7:47. Two other employees were there who dont have keys. They didnt have any of the things I needed in stock. After digging around I finally found enough parts to get my project mostly done. I dont drive an obscure vehicle either, they should have filters and parts in stock for a 2016 F150. They have several different prices marked on the same oil around the store. The shelf said 21 and it rang up at 23, kind of a disorganized mess here. 2 stars because the guy was nice and did discount it back to price it said it was on the shelf where I got it. I will probably come back for my next maintenance project, but still I wish they would get their act together.

Went to buy lights from this advance and had the pleasure of dealing with two employees Don and his manager Brian that have no idea what their talking about and refused to take back a return when they sold me the wrong product. Avoid this store these guys have no idea what they are talking about when it comes to cars. Store is mismanaged and I will never be returning. Also brought a battery here and the staff lost my battery. What a joke of a place. Go to autozone or the advance on the other side of town this place is 0 star.

Couple months ago got my battery checked here because my car kept needing jumped and was told everything was fine.For months, I was concerned that a wiring or an alternator issue. Nope, turns out the battery was just bad and needed replacing.

Cody at Advance is the man. Had a problem with my battery and coolant hose that he quickly helped me address. Definitely recommend this shop.

I just have to say that your employee name Cody that went the extra mile working with brakes plus mechanic Ryan to make sure that I received a good alternator and making the price affordable for me, really touched my heart. Went in to ask a couple of questions. Clerk was a aloof and seemed annoyed to be there and was very unhelpful. I recommend elsewhere. Offer your business to a place that values it.

Don was unhelpful. Didnt care about taking care of me. I had to buy 3 of the same high quality wipers in one week. Terrible service

My car died I called advance auto parts and Brian came right out and gave me a jump, followed me to the store and made sure I got there safely, then referred me to Ryan at brakes plus next door, they were amazing people and I will always take my car to be fixed and buy my parts from them. Thank God for Brian and staff and Ryan and staff.

I asked for an odb 2 splitter he said hold on let me check and hung up on me then I called back and just left me on hold!

I would have rated no stars if I could! I was told to Get Out when I was asking for a socket to replace my own battery out front of the store. Get Out!?! Ive worked part-time in retail for more than 15 years and to hear someone to tell a customer to get out is not only bazaar but completely unacceptable.

Waited for 30 minutes why everybody sat in the back at the managers desk BSing People were not helpful nor or they were spectful.I asked one of the in employees About why everybody was so rude and obnoxious and he said the manager is constantly threatening certain individuals why a bunch of his buddies sit back there at his desk BSEing.

This location is close, Eric is always very helpful as is the rest of his team. Have many items in stock that most competitors do not.

This place is hit and miss... Sometimes such as this one, youll get a greeted right when you walk in and other times you might stand there for what feels like 20 minutes before youre even acknowledged.

These guys are great. Had a check engine light come on and my engine was missing. They identified the code and recommended a gas treatment. Added the treatment and after driving about 10 miles the engine ran smooth and light went away. They saved me a few hundred on potential repairs.

Was quickly greeted and I asked for some valve stems. He asked for year and model I said they are for some generic steel wheels. He wandered into the isles and turned back to the counter. He then disappears to the back and returned with two steel brake hoses and said we only have the ones with tubes. I walked out.

Avoid this store and go anywhere else!!! I walked in straight to the counter only looking for a small piece of fuel line. I watched FIVE employees just walk around in front of me and not acknowledge me waiting for help. 2 felt it was more important to continue their conversation in an isle while stocking product, 1 pushing around his cart and filling online order or something, 1 trying to figure out how to log on to a computer. and 1 just standing watching and waiting for the order filler guy. FIVE PEOPLE NOT HELPING ANYBODY. I left and went down the street to Orielly and got what I needed. Hmmm, I cant leave my review without entering at least one star? For that reason only you get one star.

Came in looking for a hard to find part. I had checked all over town and no one could have anything for me until either the next day or a few days later. The lady at the counter told me they were out too and she could have it there tomorrow but before I left she made some phone calls, took off in her own vehicle and picked up exactly what I needed. She really went above and beyond for me and the company while she was away was great. This is definitely where I will be going for all my car part needs, hopefully there wont be many.

Terrible. Walked up to the counter with no line to pay for some normal items and waited for over 15 minutes while the guy tried to ring me up. There was only the one guy working the registers and he just kept having problems. He walked away for the third time without saying anything before I left the store. Three people behind me in line walked out before I did. Never going to this location again.

Very helpful. Phil and Nels went above and beyond when I had a problem with my land cruiser. They let me use their tools to replace my starter and they helped push me to try to get it started. Very well done

Another poor experience at Advance Auto Parts. I stopped in since I was nearby to pickup some oil and an oil filter. Mobile 1 0-20 5 quart is 10.00 more expensive and a Mobile 1 filter is 5.00 more expensive than Walmart down the street. I asked if they could price match - nope...so I made it over to Walmart and saved some money. I still don’t know why I went back to this ripoff auto parts store, nor should anyone else! Save yourself some cash!

Tried multiple times to give this place a chance due to the location and how close it was to our house. Multiple times with my son going in there being treated bad and me going in there to be treated bad. Every time I go in there it seemed like an inconvience for them to help. Bill in particular does not know the meaning of customer service and helping someone out without giving them attitude. So this place is done and I will drive the extra bit to go to another place. FYI....night crew is so much better then your morning and day crew. In the morning if your store is open for business then it should be open for business, not giving your CUSTOMER attitude for showing up when you open. My money will be spent somewhere else.

This is exactly why commercial businesses shouldn’t be incorporated with residential homes. Thursday morning 4am parts delivery and the driver apparently isn’t able to pull in without backing up which sets off the backup warning horns.

The guys arent helpful. I brought a part in and spent over 30-minutes trying to track it down online. That wasnt an issue as I understand parts can be tough to track down.However, I paid for the part, was told it would be in within 3-4 days. Despite leaving my name and number, was never contacted. I went in after 7-days, and they had no interest in helping me.They couldnt find the part I paid for, denied having recieved it (Despite their screen showing it delivered that week), then said someone else with the same name must have come in and taken it. Pretty magical scenario. They also said they couldnt find another part to order in.Essentially, they made it beyond obvious they werent interested in helping me and didnt care about resolving my issue. At no point did I become angry, I recognized that they didnt care and will take my business elsewhere.

Eric Nevling the stores General Manager is a liar and is also very disrespectful.On Saturday I picked up a new power steering pump and pulley to replace (under warranty) a defective pump I installed on my daughters Jeep about 6 months ago. On Sunday I went to install the new pulley on the new pump so I could install it into the car, but the pulley would not go all the way onto the pump shaft far enough to align properly with the serpentine belt on the other components. I stopped in today, Monday to discuss the issue with Eric. After my asking if I had the right pump and pulley, he said that the pulley could be pressed on, as long as I spanned the entire back housing of the pump. I specifically said I was concerned about breaking the pump. He said “It should be fine.” Of course, the back of the pump housing broke due to the fact that the pulley and/or pump shaft are out of tolerance. I went back to the store an hour and a half later to get a replacement. Eric said I had to buy a new pump because I broke the pump because “I didn’t know what I was doing”. He also said that he never told me to press the pulley on the pump (I said bull****). He said that my only option to purchasing a new pump was to call Corporate, which I will do. I’m hoping they will resolve the issue.

Dont go here, drive that extra bit and get someone that actually cares. Only retired people I guess work here and they are checked out of the customer service aspect. You will be offered NO help or assistance when what you ordered online isnt what they have for you when you pick it up. Its happened more than 3 times now. Never again will I go back.

The employees are not very knowledgeable. Clean place. Easy to find what youre looking for but extremely over priced. I went to Walmart and got what I needed for 50% cheaper.
