Wow, we were super impressed with the staff and service here! Shannon was very helpful and made the process smooth. Dan went above and beyond when he worked on our car. He got us back on the road after a battery issue. We are very grateful and appreciate this staff!

Found myself with a flat on a Sunday. They were able to diagnose the tire was not repairable and took the time to change it out with a spare until I could get it looked at the following day. Andrew was super helpful, pointing out where the damage was and ensuring I could get on my way safely.

Every time I go in here to get tires changed I Have to wait an eternity to even get someone to come to the desk or have anyone in the general area to even acknowledge me. And then when I finally someone (because u can’t page or buzz anyone and there’s never anyone in the automotive section) . When I finally find someone a few of the people treat you like you are only hindering their job.. and I’m never ever one to complain or spend time writing a review about a bad service no matter how bad it is but this one is beyond me. Absolutely ridiculous.

It is very difficult to find an automotive service center where you feel treated right and taken care of in the right way.I ordered 2 tires and had them delivered to this location and installed on my C5 Corvette. Sam fixed me right up. I am very pleased with the service I received, which doesn’t happen often.As a result, I will be ordering 2 more tires to get installed next week at this location.Thank you Sam for providing excellent service! Honestly, if you want fast, easy, and an analysis on your car, go to Walmart! I needed an oil change last minute. I called the whole town of Parker, and no one was available. So, my last resort was Walmart. I went in, the customer representative took my car, then just like that, my car was ready. Car is good and they provided and analysis without feeling pressured to buy or get an extra replacement done. The job was done.

We came in desperate with a flat tire on end of day Saturday: everything else was closed. The Manager really worked différent ways to find a solution for us and we came out the same day with the tire fixed...thank you to the whole team!

I took my car to this shop for a headlight restoration on a friends recommendation. When I dropped it off I was told it would be an hour from that time. I returned an hour and fifteen minutes later and I was told that it was still being worked on. At the 2 hour mark I asked how much longer it was going to be, in case I needed to reschedule my next appointment. I was taken to the tech, Steven, who was working on my car. Steven said he could rush through to get it done, or he could take the time to do it right. I asked him to take his time and I would reschedule my appointment. As I left the service bay, Steven said a smart comment about doing it myself. 10 minutes later Steven was done. I looked at the lights, 1 was clear the other, that Steven had been working on, looked worse than when I dropped it off. I asked them to finish the light. Steven came in and said sarcastically oh, is it still foggy? Sorry about that. Can I finish it now? The job was finally done after 4 hours. An hour job took 4 hours. Absolutely ridiculous!! Thank you Steven for your excellent work and your above and beyond professionalism.

Save yourself the headache and go to the Castle Rock Walmart Auto center!

This is literally the 2nd time this year I tried taking my 2016 Mazda 3 in for a Full Synthetic Oil Change, and once again, AFTER waiting 75 minutes, I was told they couldnt remove my drain plug. This is unacceptable!!! Get the necessary tools so your staff can do their job!! Back to Firestone I go and I wont be back here. Im literally disgusted right. You cant be compensated for time wasted!!And most importantly, learn to communicate with your customers because WE are the ones keeping you employed!

Youd probably be better off taking your car to a high school shop class than this particular Walmart Auto shop. They maintain a consistently high level of ineptitude.We only come here for lube service and somehow they always mess it up. They told my wife they didnt have the proper tools to remove the OIL CAP on her Toyota so we went to another Walmart farther north where they had no problems and advised us to steer clear of this particular shop.6 months later I forgot and took my truck here. After they were done I noticed a pool of fresh oil under my truck at work. When I called to complain the guy who answered said hed done the work and I was 3rd or 4th re-check hed had that afternoon (seriously?!?) so I just took it somewhere else. Turns out theyd managed to spill copious amounts of oil from the drain into my undercarriage so now its decorating my driveway.Save yourself the frustration.

To bad it’s not possible to rate them 0 stars. Not coming back here. Waited 15 min for the guy to look up my work order to balance my tires, walked around the store for 20 min only to come back to my truck still being outside and the techs just standing there like lost puppies.

This is the worst place to take your vehicle. I was told 45 minutes to put 2 tires on. It took them over 2 hours. They didnt tell me until after they started the work they couldnt balance them.While I sat outside, I saw all the team take numerous breaks and mess around.I will not be taking my vehicle back.

I got tires put on a couple months ago at another walmart. The tread was wearing fast and I also had had an alignment issue when I got them. I went in expecting to pay for new tires. The manager covered my tires under warranty, upgraded to even better tires and had me out of there in record time. The staff was very nice to me and I was so happy. Tires plus had tried to sell me tires for 400+ the day before and I almost bought them! And yet they told me my back tires were fine, when Tires Plus told me they were so bad I risked Peeling off while driving!I recommend this place!

DO NOT get additional services unless you are prepared to check that they were actually completed.Rough handling of my hood left a few minor dents. I go as a last resort and generally expect bottom tier service.At least the front desk people are nice.

Worst place I have been to to get my oil changed. After 15 mins of waiting in line (i was the only on in line) they didnt even acknowledge that i was there, saw the employees just walking around in the shop. Tried to go to the service desk but usually they have to check my car and the milage so I waited for 15-20 mins in line and no one helped me so i took off. I usually go to the southlands one. People there are great and efficient! Worst customer service i have ever seen! I do not recommend this place.

Not the reliable place alwaysI went to buy the battery here for my VW Jetta since the battery was much cheaper than at my VW dealership. They installed the battery but did not apply any grease at the terminals and forgot to put the cover for the battery. They did the air check and kept the valve stem caps loose.. and by the time i got home.. i already lost 1 valve cap and others were loose. Careless and poor service.

Auto and tire. Had them install tires that i bought online. Well, it is my fault that i did not check my wheel after they done with my car. Wheel caps where scratched. Lesson learned. I will think twice before i take my car there if i have expensive rims.

We took our auto in to replace the battery !!Went to pick up the vehicle, they didn’t feel they needed to tell us they declined the job !! Thinking they did the job ! we went to the store and the old battery they left because of them not mentioning this important issue we were stuck again . In other words DONT TRUST YOUR CAR FOR SOMETHING AS IMPORTANT AS A BATTERY

This place is ridiculous. Drop off and told that it would be 2 hours. Came back 1/2 hour before and they did not start on the service. The manager is not at all helpful. Comes in and says they are starting right now and they are still in the 2 hour window! Really poor service and customer service.

Tested my 6-month-old battery that died this morning, said it was fine, referred me to a mechanic instead of replacing it. Boo-hiss!
