They sell outstanding products. I bought a Aranchi winch rope from them 4 yrs ago and I broke it twice this weekend. That rope has been heavily used on recovering myself but others over the years and rated at 17,000lbs. 4 years is great run to me.. All I have to say is great job selling top notch products. I keep winch under a cover to protect it from the sun. I am going to order 2 more ropes for our rigs.

Wide selection and great customer support. I had made a purchase for a set (4) of synthetic D-Rings that were beyond affordable along with a rigging rope rated for more than what I need for expeditions. Got a winch rope off them about 2.5 years ago before it broke rope was only used a few times an taken care of. After a massage on messenger an an email to Daniel an prof that it was bought from them they replaced it. Not to many off road shops will do this that I know of in my opinion this is great costumer relations I will continue to shop with them an will recommend them to other off roaders
The products they sell are good in quality and at a reasonable price. I have bought several led headlight bulbs for different vehicles and I have only had a problem with one bulb. If you have any problems they will work with you to figure it out. With the led headlight bulb acting up on my car they help me determine it was a bulb malfunction and shipped out a replacement bulb right away.

Olympus has had consistent shipping and quality issues with their products. When customers try to get into contact with them it takes multiple days to return any type of contact. When any type of neutral or negative statements are made about the company owners find it necessary to attack customer character and defend all actions right or wrong rather than accepting that sometimes we all mess up. If ya can find a deal on the Facebook and don’t mind about extreme shipping times then it’s not all bad. If you have any type of questions or complaints you will be met with disrespectful and unhelpful personnel at all angles.
Excellent customer support, fast shipping and great product. Best pricing I found for the parts I ordered and they were out of the soft shackle I ordered so they upgraded me to the next size up for free to get me my stuff fast. Definitely will be using them again and referring to customers of ours.

Light bar came damaged. Actually both items I got were damaged from shipping. As any customer with a care in the world, I would definitely think they would contact customer service in a nice friendly way to get a refund of some short or a discount. Any unsatisfied customer would request that and that is Exactly what I did and asked for a 20% discount. I think they agreed to a discount after emailing them again to confirm because they don’t exactly answer your questions firmly. I also requested some kind of receipt for this said discount? I tried to politely word my emails and ask if I would receive a receipt or when pay pal will email me because according to the company they should have emailed you. And I let them know I received no emails. I was told I was bashing your company in an email when I thought in no way I was just stating the facts of what I did not receive… Anyway this is the hassle I went through and still nothing! Surprise. Maybe other costumers will have a better experience but this was mine. Might I mention I understand that these products are already discounted but I did not pay for a damaged light bar. I also think I was being nice by not saying something about the other bar until now that I received with two small dents. Would you be dissatisfied? I think yes and frustrated. That smaller light bar didnt bother me as much as the 50 inch bar. F.Y.I if I get a decent response to my post since I have been ghosted I will change it after all is resolved because it has been almost 3 months... never have I had a problem with any place like this before with refunds. Do not come at me with something petty like the other low reviews. I definitely tried to give time to process my request and tried not to be a pain I worked in customer service before and know how it is. This is just ridiculous to put it nice.... I would have just returned everything but I had a feeling I would never get my money back. Sorry. And do not say it was taken care of because it is not taken care of. The end result would have been a refund. Duh! You can say you answered my email about the refund but no action has been taken for the result because obviously I am still trying to contact someone……. Update: Since reviewing on BBB (Better Business Bureau) I have gotten a response but nothing once again to solve said complaint with this refund. STILL WAITING

Previously posted a better review but with recent actions have changed it. Had a set of bad bulbs, returned them for a warranty replacement. They’ve had them for 3 months. I had another bulb go out as well with no response from them for a warranty replacement. They’re good as long as you have no issues. As of now I would avoid them.
I have a few sets of their lights and a few recovery items. Everything works as it should everytime. Customer service is steller and I get excited for everything I buy from them!

Impressed! They fixed the wobbling problem and steering issue i was having. The Bronco suspension parts replaced were, tie rods inner/outer, bushings, and a new TTB bar. Oh and passed my Bronco for smog :D. Very pleased with the service. Also, they were nice enough to call and follow up when they were not able to get a part in time. They were awesome and glad i found them.Did i mention he did this in one day... awesome considering they specialize in Jeeps.Overall i feel like they listened to what i was trying to accomplish and gained knowledge about my vehicle along the way. Highly recommended.

Wanted to post a review of the great customer service I received from olympus offroad. I follow them on FB and have won a few of their auctions. The products are great quality and they go above and beyond to help resolve any issues to the best of their ability. I recently won a set of their led headlights. At the time I won, I ordered them for my 4runner. Sadly, that vehicle is no long with me and I was left with a pair of new headlights that I was unable to use. I contacted olympus offroad not expecting them to be able to do much and was amazed when he told me there would be no problem exchanging them for me for the correct lights to fit my new rig. 2 big thumbs up for them all around.Thanks guys and good luck with your new build. Lets start with if you aren’t following Olympus off-road on Facebook you should start doing so, they are always practically giving things away in the form of comment based auction on their Facebook page. I recently won 2 of the zues 9 inch dual color led lights for less than half of msrp listed on their website. And then a week later I won two with a wiring harness for just a few dollars more than the first set I won 😂 I’m about to have massive light casting off the front bumper of my off-road Subaru project!

Absolutely abysmal customer service. Totally unprofessional and down right rude. Didnt answer any of my questions fully, and were a real pain to get a hold of. Probably one of the worst experiences Ive ever had with a company. My bumper looks nice and all, but the complete lack of communication, and profesionalisim is ridiculous.
Absolutely best company in Murica. They do bids on Facebook (easily the best thing to come from a company in a long time) and I wont a 20 HD curved light bar for a screaming deal. They threw in a wiring harness and stickers for free. They have great products and even better pricing. Moments after making an order for an LED lightbar and a Tshirt, I was contacted by the company. not just an auto-reply, an actual member of the staff. after exchanging a couple emails, im sold on Olympus Offroad for good. The customer service is exaclty what ive been missing, not to mention a LIFETIME WARRANTY on my LED light bar, who does that???? after comparing it to another LED light, this light is far brighter than the knock off brand.Anyways, Thanks Olympus Offroad and Zeus Offroad Lighting. Updated:I had my my Jeep brought into Olympus Offroad in the beginning of March after someone responded to . Someone killing another car I had on the highway caused me to be in a rush to find a tech who could work on my TJ and get it rolling while I hunted for a new daily car. We had a miscommunication from the start. Im unsure of why the business owner was so against talking on the phone, but getting him to do anything but text was impossible. I talked to him once in person I believe, maybe once on the phone, but every other conversation has been through text even after I requested a call(s). I should have walked away from this shop right then.When they got it in the shop, they found a legitimate and new problem with the torque converter in the Jeep. After some miles it had just failed. Since it had been cleaned recently, rust spots were starting to show underneath and Olympus went to address some of it. I question now how much was necessary, and how much was them just doing things they way they do things. That said, I paid for the converter and the frame repair. I repeatedly offered and made sure that I was not shorting this business even though I was told I was getting deals. I went from a $500 fix to $1000 when it left his shop a week later.I took it to work one day to commute and shake it down, but I had no reason and didnt drop it in 4 Low or High, having been told it was thoroughly tested on their test track. Less than 100 miles from the time I left his shop in Parker with it, till the time it broke down. As it turns out the transfer case linkage was not reattached after the work done, or it was reattached poorly at best.The moment I shifted into 4 low, I was never able to get it out again. This resulted in a trail repair to limp the Jeep home, even a manual switch of it into 4H. It was later determined to just not be properly lined up and attached. No additional parts were added, a mechanic simply had to reconnect the linkage properly so that it worked. Weeks later and Ive had no problem with what the owner was saying was broken equipment.Theres also the invasion of privacy by his employees trolling my Facebook page and then yelling at me through messages (still wouldnt talk on the phone), the trash talk by his employee Brandon about his other employee Travis who had been responsible for putting my Jeep back together. His words, I wouldnt let him touch my transmission.... All of my experiences lead me to be believe that the owner engages in trying to tamp down criticism on websites like Google and Yelp. These bullying techniques are sad and makes me wonder how many people hes taken advantage of. Since he likes doing business in cash, without a receipt mind you (even after asking for one), I wonder how much hes reporting and how much I paid in taxes. I wonder how many customers have been off the books where hes been able to intimidate people into taking postings and complaints down. I kept copies of all messages just to cover my bases once I realized I was dealing with a less than honest person.This business put me and my family in danger by not putting my vehicle back together again. Its thanks to luck and some friends that I was able to get home safely that day.Original 3/1: The guys did a great job on my 2001 TJ whos torque converter decided now was the time to blow. They found some other things that could have really caused me bad day on the trail and were able to repair it all at a fair cost. Im impressed and Ill be back when my Jeep demands another pound of flesh. :)
