I had an exceptional service experience with Christian Brothers at the Parker location. I contacted them when they opened about a check engine light, and I dropped my vehicle off that morning. They were able to reach out to the dealership for the part and repair the vehicle in the same day. Great service and very reasonable pricing. The dealership quoted me more than double the price of Christian Brothers. They also have a very friendly shuttle service driver that dropped me off at home and picked me up when the vehicle was ready.

Very detailed in their work recommendations. I had been taking my vehicles to another location for the last 7 years. I would ask for the oil change and a check over of the vehicle. They would call back and say the oil change was complete and the car was ready for pickup. Over the course of time, I noticed the (2005) Honda running worse and worse. I finally took it to Christian Brothers and had them check it out. Received a long list of everything that was needed to be done. Most of the items were things that occurred over a long period of time. The other car shop failed to recognize these issues which essentially could have led to my car breaking down with Major repairs. Thanks to Christian Brothers for finding all the issues and taking care of them in a timely and efficient manner! They have now won my business!

Did an alignment on our family van. Straight forward and honest about additional parts needed to get it done right. Reasonably priced. Followed up with me a couple days after completion of work to make sure I was happy & the vehicle was performing as expected.Its great they have a courtesy shuttle service making it easy to drop and retrieve your vehicle.Highly recommended!

The texted me after we hung up to confirm my appt time, while my car was being worked on and after it was complete (in which they said let us know if you need a ride to come pick up my car). Nice people, and have felt fair til now. They quoted me $2,200 on a steering repair. Anytime I get quoted like that I get a 2nd opinion. My 2nd opinion fixed a loose power steering hose and clamp and flushed the system for just over $200 out the door. Sorry guys, but I feel like youre not living up to your name.

Insider info: PLEASE READ BEFORE HAVING YOUR MIND BLOWN BY THE SERVICE THIS OPERATION PROVIDES!!!I worked for this place for about 9 months as a Service Advisor, I have over 15 years in the business and would like to share my experience with others so nobody gets taken for a ride just trying to get their vehicle fixed or serviced. Coming in, my expectations were relatively low working for a franchise operation due to past experiences with them, I think that speaks for itself, there are literal crooks in my field. Day to day operations appeared basic, check in/ perform service/ make suggestions based on mileage and visual inspections/ check out. The atmosphere of the shop front to back seemed positive, customers seemed to be happy doing business there.....but there had to be a catch and I soon found out what that was. One day, my Service manager Chris comes up and says our tech is gonna pay for a customers oil change, super strange and not common at all! Turns out he noticed a memorial to a child that had passed on the vehicle and felt compelled to act. This was one of many situations that I personally witnessed happen with no thought at all. The owner and his wife had multiple charities they are apart of and included shop participation on some, again not common at all. I personally had a nerve issue during my employment that made it hard to walk (big part of my job) and was continually offered help financially and operationally from the owner and my coworkers, not alot of help was flying around at this time so it felt awkward to be honest. When I shared with the owner (who I thought of as a friend and good man at the time) I was moving back home, instead of blacklisting me, his wife called a location where I was moving and secured me a position so Id have work immediately. That was the catch, these individuals do care about the customers and each other, they do want to exceed expectations and making a living does fall 2nd to that fact. So, take it or leave it, but that is my truth on Adam and his team in my experience.

They were great! They are extremely honest! I brought my car in for some repair work and they stopped counting when the total exceeded $6000. I was not charged even one cent and was instead encouraged to spend my money on a new car. I recommend them wholeheartedly!

Short Story: Outstanding!Long Story: Late Friday morning I brought my vehicle in. I needed my vehicle worked on in order to take a trip out of town. They were very open and up front with me. They let me know that it was definitely possible that they would not be able to finish before the end of the day which would mean it wouldnt be finished until Monday. They did a great job of communicating, setting expectations, and adding the right amount of humor. In the end, they finished the job before the end of the day Friday. Of course I was super grateful, but even if it hadnt worked out I wouldve still been please with them because of their professionalism in how they treated me.

I have taken my car to this location several times now. They are always upfront and honest about everything the vehicle needs. They are not the cheapest around, but that being said they are reasonable and you definitely get what you pay for in service, warranties, and customer care! I will always be taking all of my vehicles to Christian Brothers for anything I need done!

Asked them to find the source of a weird noise my truck was making when I brought it in for an oil change. When I went to pick it up, they forgot to check where the sound was coming from. I have been bringing my car to this location since they opened in 2015. I now live 30+ minutes from the shop, but still make the drive to have my car serviced by this specific team. The office staff is friendly, understanding and respectful and the staff in the shop does great work, explains every step and really cares about making sure the work is quality and high value. Not all CBA locations are created equal! Ive been to other locations and the people havent lived up to the standards that this location has set for me.

I can’t stop raving about our experience with this establishment! Not only are the staff members friendly, considerate and kind but they actually care about SAVING you money! The repairs on our Explorer ended up costing HALF of what we were initially quoted. That has literally NEVER happened to me when it comes to car issues! Usually it ends up costing more than expected. I will never take my family’s cars anywhere else. They scored themselves a customer for life and I will be singing their praises to anyone who will listen!

This place is very honest, reliable, and accurate! I went in today because my car had an oil leakage. They gave me an overview of what needs to be replaced. The staff happens to find out that the parts that needs to be replaced were on recall. So I called my dealerships corporate office and they said it was on recall and asked me to bring my car to a local dealership. Thanks to Christian Brothers, I was able to save money. Which company would turn away a customer when they know they can make money out of it? I felt really bad about leaving the place without getting my car fixed. Christian Brothers was great and so easy to work with. I made an appointment online which was very simple. When setting up the appointment, I explained what I needed, and when I got there in person, I talked them through it in more detail. They checked out my car and found a leak that Ive been trying to find and get repaired for the past two years. They showed me detailed pictures of the problem, so I could see exactly what was going on. Because they needed to keep the car a little longer than Id anticipated, they gave me a ride home. They finished the repairs in a timely manner, exactly when they told me they would. Overall Im extremely pleased. This was my first visit since I am new to the area, and I will definitely be going back. I would highly recommend their service.

Customer service was fantastic. Great shuttle service. Office was the cleanest automotive shop I have ever been in (Im very picky about cleanliness). They addressed my issues and my concerns and valued my opinions. They give you a print out of issues along with what needs to be done. I thought they were very honest, fair and very respectful. They were continually giving me text updates about my car and what was being done. They are a wonderful company to do business with.

Very friendly and quick service. They were very honest when I asked about my 60K service, and actually said I did not need anything other than break service and an alignment, contrary to what a previous service provider said I needed to get done, this probably save me at least $200-300. Christian Brothers will be my primary service provider from now on.

Best auto shop Ive been to in a decade. These guys are very honest, candid, and even do the research to make sure they are providing the right fix. Adam was very friendly and took a lot of time to explain things to me. Many other shops are dishonest and cut corners, but you dont have to worry about that with Christian Brothers Automotive. Wish I had tried this place years ago, would have saved me a lot of headache and money because they provide the right fix on the first try.

This is a decent automotive place. I have gone a couple of times and havent been terribly impressed. The people are fantastic to talk with but the quality of repairs is not what I would consider good. I have talked with another person who had similar results to me. I went in and wanted them to check a couple of things to see what was wrong with my 2002 Volvo s60. One was my check engine light was on and they wanted to charge over 100 for a diagnostics on it. I went to a friend who had a scanner and he plugged it in, noticed that the fumes for the gasoline were leaking. The first thing he checked was my gas cap and sure enough it was a washer. I paid 10 for a new gas cap and saved myself a chunk of change. After talking with other automotive Volvo mechanics it doesnt seem that much of the information I was told was accurate. Again, very nice guys, great customer service, just not too satisfied with the actual vehicle repairs.I have changed the review from a 2 star to 3 star because I have received a call from the owner of Christian Brothers and I am very impressed with his willingness to address each and every issue I have listed.

As a woman, I always expect to be treated like I dont know what Im talking about when I go to a mechanic. The guys at Christian Brothers have never treat d me like that. Theyre kind, friendly, and genuinely listen to me. Ive always been treated with respect. If you are wondering how the repairs are progressing or if they are done, text messages keep you informed letting you know when the car goes into the bay and when the repairs have been completed. If you are unsure about the work they suggest, they take the time to tell you what it is they are going to do, even provide videos and pictures of the work that needs to be done so you understand the steps needed to complete the work. If you would rather wait for the repairs to be done, the office is cool and inviting, there are books, magazines, cold drinks and even snacks to keep your engine running while they work on your cars engine.. I had a noise, sometimes, when braking. I was nervous about it and took it in to be checked. In two hours I got a call from Chris that a brake pad simply needed adjustment, all was well now, and my car was ready for pickup! My first experience with Christian Brothers Automotive and I am very pleased with the results. They did a great job diagnosing the issues and provided results, not just band-aids to the problems I was experiencing. Just driving the truck home I could tell that things were improved.I was especially impressed with the extra effort to work with a third party warranty company for payment on a portion of the work done. The fact that they took it on and completed that part of the transaction without my having to be involved in the middle. I really felt that they cared about customer service and demonstrated it in both their words and actions.

Great first impression, facility, and staff. My only concern from my initial visit was their experience with the job. Apparently not completely familiar with vehicle and identifying needed parts. So as to insure there was no return, the customer pays for parts that may not be required. Their price for replacement parts is very high.

I wrote a bad review because they charged me more than the coupon said. The owner contacted me and gave me a refund which I thought showed class.Its too bad I had to write a review to get a response, however, since I am a small business owner, it shows class they will take responsibility and I will use them again!

Did what was necessary to fix my car and not overcharge. Were upfront and honest. Very nice environment, and the people seem to really care. Also the little details: Dealing with the same person throughout so you dont have to explain a hundred times and driving your car up front door (not giving you your keys and making you walk out to the lot to get it) with a fresh water bottle in the car when I got in. Those little details go a long way.

Theres a reason this place is rated so highly. I started taking my vehicle here last year and have never been dissapointed. They are always super helpful, kind and let you know what things need to be prioritized or what might be able to wait. Today my experience with Adam was fantastic. He sent me the report from him and the mechanic, Jourdan within 2 hours of dropping off the car. It has a great, easy to understand explanation and pictures. It was great that I could see what they were seeing. There were a lot of things needed on my car, but Adam talked me through the whole thing and helped me prioritize what needed to be done and worked within my budget. They are some of the best, honest folks. Not to mention the comfortable lobby, snacks, water and the complimentary shuttle service.
