James F on Southside cricket sold me service on a straight talk phone after I said 3 times it was from straight talk. Then the phone wasn’t working he said reset it. Still doesn’t work so I took it back. He then told me “oh I service doesn’t work on this phone. But you can still that SIM card in any other phone and use it for a month” I asked to just have my money back or put it towards my next months service he said all he could do was cancel it. I came to the Vienna cricket and they got me all taken care of they are amazing there!!

Malik and Regina they was at the southside location and was so awesome. We all talked and joked as if weve been friends for years. Theyre so friendly and helpful. I truly enjoyed my visit there today. Best employees ever.

Jasmine on south side in parkersburg, wv has been absolutely amazing.... she has helped us multiple times with switching accounts and changing plans and adding lines and we have never had anything short of excellent service ... very impressed and thankful for great customer service

The staff was upbeat, informative, and fast with the whole process! James got us up and going with a great plan.

James said he couldnt upgrade my phone, was rude, and spitt the whole time. I went home went to the Vienna store the next day and they were very nice and helpful. They upgraded my phone and sent me back over to James to get my phone where it was in stock. We got there instantly he told me they done it wrong, then decided that it was done right, he then was irritated about putting the screen protector on for me. Again spitting the entire time. He took the sims from my old phone and never put the sim tray back in my phone. Called the next day and the nice lady from Vienna was there and luckily found it on the floor by the trash. Caused me 3 days of driving in town for a simple transaction.

James at this store is amazing!!!! Literally goes above and beyond to help with anything. I have had so much trouble at the Vienna store I left crying because they were so rude. He helped me and made things so easy!!!! Thank you James for a great sales experience I will continue to go to this store when you’re there!!!

Prices great but dont buy the insurance the dealer dont tell you theres a deductible and its just as much as a new phone..if phone didnt shatter in a month and was replaced free with INSURANCE then would be 5 stars.. But no communication about the insurance gives it a 2 rating.
