I have used Fanelli Boys for several years & always been satisfied with their service. Prices was very reasonable also.

Had them look at a external hard drive for me to see if it was salvageable or not. Sadly there was nothing they could do but they tried everything to fix it for me. Very fast and promt service the gentleman was very nice and answered all of my questions and even told me a better hard drive to get. Well definitely be back !

Phone repair is high priced but they do the best job and staff is awesome. They build computers and sell them...very cheap computers that are better than name brands.

They were very quick, professional and diagnosed the problem that was resolved without additional cost.

I had to pay for a service around 50 to figure out the problem . And they did not figure out the problem ..........I walked in and said, I need my comp back, the girl quickly and without a blink in her eye, Started taking parts on my computer that I wanted serviced . Seems shady . but ........I Own a business in Vienna WV. I would have paid, but .......no call backs and zero customer support. I hope they do well. but rethink who you hire. .

I didnt have an operating system repair. I just needed a hinge repaired on my laptop. The service was as good as I could expect, the laptop was repaired, and I even received a follow-up call recently to ask if everything was working properly. I grade that as 5-star service. Well done.

Had a screen put it and it cracked across the front while in a case less than a week of them fixing it and they would not fix it said that it was dropped when I know very well it was not they would not warranty the screen said I would have to pay again knowing it was not dropped I will not take anything to them again

Actually if I could this would be a ZERO STAR. I just found out that when I had my daughter’s back camera fixed on her Iphone, the tech at Fanelli (Boys) Brothers aka CPR at the Grand Central Mall, Vienna WV, allegedly replaced her screen with an after market screen and did not inform us. Her screen was NOT broken when the phone was left for camera repair. From what I understand, the IPhone screen brings big money on the secondary market. I am not happy

Ive been working at Fanelli Boys for roughly 8 months now. It is great, the mangers are extremely nice and understanding. Also, we never go through any customer information for privacy sake. We use top of the line parts backed by a lifetime warranty. Id highly recommend taking your business to Fanelli boys and if youre in the market Id recommend them for employment.

Had my iPhone 6s battery replaced. Great and speedy service. It only toke 30 minutes. Phone lasts all day again.

I had several laptops that over time had just quit working. I brought them here and they were very though. Took the time to access each one right then and there for me. I ended up just tossing the laptops.. because they were just shot. .but the guy was up front and told me he would definitely work on them, if thats what I wanted but that the repairs would probably end up costing close to the same amount it would be to just replace them. I will definitely use this places services in the future should a need arise.

I took my laptop to the 7th Street location on Saturday morning (8/11). Tech Brian and John are very nice people who wanted to do the right thing. However, the manager Mark hung up on me twice as he interrupted me repeatedly when I tried to discuss my situation with him. Evidently the right hand doesnt know what the left hand is doing! As I had discussed on several occasions I was only in town a few days, and, if Brian wasnt working, no matter what had been promised, I was out of luck! The good news, my computer, although not fixed was returned to me at no charge! UNPROFESSIONAL!! I will let anyone and everyone know about this place. I doubt if the owners know how disorganized and unprofessional their operations are. A phone call to me explaining that they were not able to fix it wouldve gone a long way. Why not document the status of the repair, so that any tech could pick up the ball when others were out of the office. I would have paid as agreed, and not have has to deal with the nastiness of the manager. Keep this man away from people!

The only place Ill go for high end PC work. They built my gaming PC the same day I dropped it off. The cable management was top-notch and was very minimalistic which helps improve airflow. RGB software was installed to control all the fans. Firmware was updated and they managed to overclock my system at a safe/stable speed. 5/5 Nothing but good things to say about this company and its professional staff.

I went to Fanelli Boys at the Grand Central Mall in Parkersburg to get my screen repaired not too long back. As I went to pay, I was a few dollars short and the man helping me told me it was no big deal and he he covered it. Ive been there several times to have work done and each visit they take care of me so well and are always super attentive. Im very pleased with their service and Id recommend them to anybody.

Called and asked if my cracked glass screen could be repaired if I bought the part they said yes bring it in.i took it in and got told to buy an lcd and bring it back.not sure if the tech was giving sound advice or just didnt want to do the work for the issue.

Went to the Grand central Mall location with a charger broke off in the port of my IPad and JOSH assisted me very quickly and Successfully removes the piece from my port. This sincerely made my day as my iPad does not have wireless charging capabilities so the only option was to get that piece out of there thank you very much Josh

I inquired about having my artwork scanned.The girl whom answered the phone, prior to hanging up on me, laughed loudly and said No, we dont do that.The only reason Im giving this two stars instead of one is because I understand that one person doesnt represent the entire company. But damn.

I have to say there warranty is great and they are really nice. If you have a warranty, you can bring it back to them so they can fix it. I have not had anyone in there be rude, and I love my desktop.

Terrible, do not go here unless you want to pay heavy with your dollar for below par products.I came in for Thermal paste as my cpu was overheating and was desperate. I bought one stick for $7 and come to find out I that what I bought was sold in a 4 pack for .75c. Where as good artic silver was the same price.Just to show how bad this paste was, it- actually - raised my temperature over the 3 year old Thermal paste that I originally put on there.Total scam.I will never again go to this store again for anything.

This place is an absolute joke 0 stars is more appropriate. Prices are roughly 2x-3x more then the product itself actually costs. If you are looking to purchase office supplies from them DONT. My company purchased a remanufactured 61xl for 27.99 for 1! It came from some off brand company with their company sticker covering the product name. When I looked up the prices on Amazon I found the remanufactured was 23.99 for 2. They then proceeded to try and sell me a 12 pack of TUL pens for $30. I was curious so I looked up the cost and they were at $20.95. If I had to take a guess this company buys and sells most of their products off of amazon. Next, The Owner Diana Fanelli is a complete trip you can tell this woman NO 26 times and she won’t leave you alone, at one point she opened a cabinet where my office supplies were located and begun telling me what I needed. She also doesn’t understand how to take a hint that I DO NOT WANT todo business with her, as she continues to stop by once a week. I did a little more research and reached out to her former employees on Facebook, and discovered that her cell phones repair business is complete aftermarket parts in which they pay next to nothing for, but yet they charge a outrageous price for. Take my post as a warning from my discoveries. Do not do business with Fanelli Boys.

I have worked for Fanelli Boys for almost 18 months now and i couldnt be happier with my career choice. If i ever had any issues or ran into a problem that i couldnt solve i can easily call anyone in our stores to help with a resolution. Everyone in the company has a different background in technology and dont mind showing or teaching each other a thing or two so we can all reach the end goal which is doing something we love to do and be able to make our services the best we have to offer our local communities.

There service was not good at all. I brought my computer into them to fix, and they did fix it but then the another problem arised and i brought it to them for fixing again. They held it for 6days and when they gave it back to me they charged me for re-installing windows when i had that done before. They didnt call to tell me that they were going to do that, and they charged me for it anyways. In general this place may seem like they are friendly but they are more into making money than making there customers happy.

Well at 1st I was very pleased they got the hard drive in my video working, but once again it has stopped working and I still cant bring it up on my phone. I could at the start of this mess.

I took my old iPhone 5c to Fanelli boys to have unlocked after my New one was severely damaged and beyond repair this visit I spoke with Mark and he quickly worked while I was in Parkersburg shopping and it was done by the time I returned. All staff professional and were helpful, prices were great and yes I would recommend them to anyone exp issues with iPhones.

Update to their response: I HAVE dealt with their business and have no relation to any past or present employee. I cracked my iPhone screen at a Christmas party and went to them for a repair. Later after the repair I found that my front view camera was no longer working so I went back and they fixed it again... I was still fine with the service but then shortly after them having my phone for a second time the new screen started glitching and would randomly have bold lines across it. After mentioning my experience on a public forum the owner belittled me and told me I should have gone back to the store rather than posting about my experience. I’m sorry that I don’t think going back to a store THREE times to get a phone working properly is a great time. So my review stands.Was not impressed or happy with service I received. I now know to just pay my deductible and deal with the insurance to have my phone replaced if I ever crack the screen again.

Went to the fanelli boys in Huntington WV on 4th Ave. to get the charging port on my iPhone 6 replaced. They only charge $69 for this repair which I thought was totally reasonable, but what I really appreciated was when I handed Chris Hughes my phone told him what was going on, he took it back looked at it cleaned it out and totally fixed it in like 2 minutes and didn’t charge me. These guys are very skilled but they are also very honest and don’t want to charge you for something just to charge you for something. They have totally earned my trust and will get my business from now on, totally recommend them.

Yes he only worked for you 2 days, and it sucks he got the flu, hes finishing up the tamiflu today and his fever has finally broke(hes finally not contagious). Its been a series of unfortunate events. For whoever was texting him this morning was rude, and extremely unprofessional ( I read them), and he wouldnt have threatened calling the police if they werent so. Once again I have never personally had equipment repaired at your establishment, for I have Ryan to do that for me, but its about treating people with respect. What you give is what people will take and give right back to you.

I wish there was a “no star” selection because that is what I would give them! If you want my advise do NOT ever take electronics to this lousy excuse for a repair shop I sent my cousin to them to repair his ps4 that needed an hdmi port replaced and they said they couldn’t fix it I myself don’t have the tools to do it I’m only amateur electrician but I diddnt believe them saying it couldn’t be repaired although that’s their choice the thing that pissed me off the most was when he went to pick it up they charged him a $21.00 storage fee and the thing was in two dozen or more pieces! They NEVER EVEN PUT IT BACK TOGETHER! I mean REALLY! ok so they can’t repair it fine I’ll take it elsewhere but for heavens sakes put the dang thing back the way it was especially if your gonna screw someone over with a bogus storage fee not to mention I know for a fact most of what’s in peices DIDDNT HAVE TO BE REMOVED I examined the part myself before sending it down there and only the top needed taken off so that tells me the idiots have no clue what they are doing in the first place not to mention it was weeks on end before they even decided they couldn’t repair it! So my advise is if anyone has an electronic repair that they are considering taking to finely boys you may as well take a sledge hammer and bash the thing into a million pieces you’ll save $21 and have the satisfaction of destroying it yourself!

Shopping at this store too get my screen replaced the grease-ball who replaced my screen told me I should get a screen protector when I asked if I could bring it back he said definitely man so I figured why not I made sure too keep a receipt etc. here I am today having to send it back for a replacement that I dont want basically what Im telling you is screw this store buy a replacement kit for 30$ & forget these guys existed way more hassle than needed & another business in Parkersburg showing me why I shop online 95% of the time

First of all the place is great. The company that I work for has gotten their office supplies and toners from them for the last 15 years. Yes there have been some problems at times but its a business and a good one at that. The boys always have fixed the problems Ive had in the past and always come through with their work. I resently took my phone in sense thats the place everyone says to take it and they fixed it in 30 min and it looked like new. I was so impressed that I took my laptop in monday and picked it up yesterday and they not only fixed it but cleaned it for me afterwords. What else can I say.

I dropped my phone off very upset that it was broken. They fixed it and I am super happy to have it back.

Basically my experience at Fanelli Boys was anything but positive. Their turn around time was slow and I found them to be a bit pricy. Morevover, the machine they fixed for me was not working properly when returned to me. I inquired about them trying to correct the problem free of charge and was told that I would have to pay full price. That being said I took my cpu to their competitors, Really Cheap Geeks, who fixed my problem while I waited in the store in less than ten minutes and charged me a whopping $10. In short if you have computer problems avoid Fanelli Boys altogether and head straight to Really Cheap Geeks!
