The gal I spoke with was very nice and answered all my questions.

Very Knowledgeable and Friendly. It felt like I was around family when I was at this store. Preston made sure any questions I had was answered, and made sure I understood what he was explaining to me.

Bought a 64$ charger and it gets burning hot within minutes and will probably catch on fire if left on for to long, recommend anywhere else

The store is clean overall except the checkout counter, well behind the counter I mean. The employees are nice and had no trouble with me being there even 25 minutes after closing even though I was not buying anything, just asking questions. They are knowledgeable about the devices for the most part.

Wow! The people, the prices, the service, all of it was fantastic. I cant remember the name but the manager there was amazing and all the staff was amazing and I just cannot say enough great things about this place. I drove here from about 2 hours away because I heard they were the best and they sure did live up to that reputation. I highly recommend this store over ANY other cell phone store I have ever been to. Very happy customer.

This the best store in the area by far. I drive almost 1 1/2 hours to get there but totally worth it. Sammi helped my family out tremendously we were running both Verizon and AT&T now we just have sprint and our bill is less than the Verizon bill alone. Thank you so much for all your hard work. P.S. I had broken my screen and needed to replace my phone, but was very reluctant to do so because it typically takes forever and they usually are trying to get you to buy all sorts of things that are not needed and takes forever to get it all done. Well I made myself go yesterday to Sprint in Parkersburg WV and I had the pleasure of getting Sammi. She was super helpful. She made my experience very easy and was very quick as well. She went above and beyond. Within 20 minutes she helped me pick my new phone and had everything done. She was very professional and made my experience very easy and was very patient with me as I am electronically challenged. She explained everything I did not understand and was a delight to work with. I was in and out in 20 minutes and left my phone so that she could transfer all of my info. In less than 2 hrs my new phone was ready to be picked up and mind you that my phone has over 29,000 pictures and over 350 contacts. When I arrived to pick up my new phone she had also transferred all of my apps and for me that was a HUGE help in its self. That would have taken me the rest of the day to do myself. In all of my 25 years with cell phones, I have never had a easier or this quick of a transfer. I am never someone who leaves reviews, but I felt compelled to do so. This women was truly a god sent and I had to let it be know just how truly I appreciated her help. Again her name is Sammi and anyone who is not tech savvy rest assured she will make this a painless experience for you.

Some of the employees are nice. At first we were thrilled with sprint & my kids enjoyed if until we soon learned that the sales representative that set up our service wasnt very honest. Its obvious to us at this point that he was just trying to get his commision. After several exuses from the staff there, including that he was usually thorough, a sprint customer care representative told us that regardless of their terms and conditions, it is not ok for an employee or sales representative to be unhonest, not thoroughly explain things, and mislead customers. After explaining to the staff here she told me that, they just threw me around the Bush . Now they expect me to jump through hoops. Definetly switching my service elsewhere and shouldnt be expected to pay for this last month. Will be filing a BBB complaint. If you have an issue with this store and them not quoting you correct prices, insurance info, or service agreements, dont expect them to honor what they told you or fix it. They are not honest and will use any exuse to not make it right. Thats really bad customer service.

Samantha was the most knowledgeable and honest sales person I spoke with my entire journey and I went to all the carriers. My experience at this store was amazing the manager even came over and spoke with me to reassure I was in good hands here at sprint. My bill is half what I paid at Verizon and I have an extra phone and an ipad. My recommendation goes to this store hands down.

Brent and his staff are by far the most knowledgeable cell phone staff I have ever encountered, they were not only able to answer all of my questions they were also so friendly and personable and they cut me a great deal on my cell phone bill and saved me TONS compared to what I was paying at Verizon.

I went in today after work to see if I could get a quick upgrade on my phone before picking my son up from practice ... needless to say I had a fantastic experience! The girl that helped me was great (although I can’t remember her name) she was fast and efficient... I knew what I wanted she wasn’t trying to push extra things on me (I currently have 6 lines with an iPad) She explained everything to me and helped me get a case and screen protector! I hope she knows I appreciate her service today!

I was stuck with an iphone x that that was broken and $250 to fix. Went to Pike St store, the staff there always treated me great, so thought i would see what they would do before paying computer shop to fix it. Michael was right on it when and got there and ended up getting a new phone. It still cost me, but Michael saved me money over the repair bill with a new phone and a credit to boot! I have used this location many times and their staff is always the absolute most helpful and knowledgeable. I tried the Grand. Enteral Ave store once and the staff there was terrible compared to Pike St staff. If you ever have a problem or a need i would highly recommend this Sprint location over any others. Thanks Michael for saving the day, and an additional thanks to Nikki for her cheerful support!

So I do not live in the area out there for a family event. I was supposed to be going to a Walmart that was in the area I saw the Sprint store and my son and I was like lets stop by for a few questions. Thats when I met Mike and Stefhany all i can say is wow. I had such a great experience there! Ive been with Sprint for approximately 20 years and Ive dealt with a lot of customer service reps but these two are the best Ive come across. I was blown away by their product knowledge and their superior customer service. I never made it to Walmart but I walked of sprint with some products that will make my life easier and a little bit more enjoyable. I want to thank Mike and Stefhany for the awesome experience and I will be stopping by again when I come into town.
