Absolutely wonderful experience!! Very helpful. Tammy was amazing at helping me with my situation and as quickly as possible! They were very nice and worked well to help me to the best of their abilities.

Friendly people BUT make sure you want to switch carriers because not only did I have to pay a restocking fee for the phone, which I knew about... I also had to pay for the initial line - which I paid before I left.Now I am waiting on the final bill like they didnt get enough money from me already....

I had a wonderful experience with Zach today. I had multiple things and he walked me through each part with kindness and was very thorough. I am very pleased and although it took a while, we talked and laughed through the process!!

Call ahead for an appointment unless you want to sit there forever waiting on help. The sales people are a bit pushy, if you come in for a new cellphone they will try and sell you product and service they sell, youre ahead to order online and youll get your stuff usually the next day not counting weekends.

The best customer service interaction that Ive had in many years. Nick and Riley went above and beyond to resolve my issue unlike the Verizon rep who didnt and wouldnt give me the time of day. Would definitely recommend the AT&T store in Parkersburg for all your cell phone needs. I didnt have to wait long but if I did it would have been worth the wait. Thanks again to Nick and Riley!

Handicap entrance was not helpful for person in a wheelchair. For those people in a wheelchair there should be a lower customer service table so that the employer can demonstrate the electronic devices to the customer.

I love at&t as a service but as a business, making serious profit off of people you’d think they’d move things along faster. maybe understaffed but i’ve definitely waited at least 30 minutes the most recent times i’ve came in. maybe dedicate one person to just payments so they can just get in and get out instead of wait on people just browsing.

Very happy with the service I received at AT&T today with Tyler. He very knowledgeable about the equipment and services provided. He went the extra mile to research multiple services and plans. Answered a endless number of questions. He was always friendly and polite. He made changing service plans, phones and provides effort free.

Had alot of questions. Was with sprint and t-mobile merger messed up my service. Tried at another store and they screwed up a phone number. So went in here a corporate store and they were pleasant and fixed everything. Best service Ive had in this field.Will be back.

I bought a new apple 12 phone at the ATT store on Murdoch Ave in Parkersburg.WV. I went to the store to have my new device set up and have all my data transferred to my new phone. I worked with Brent and he was awesome!! Kudos to Brent for his patience, professionalism, and expertise. Brent made the experience seamless and very easy.I also worked with and met the manager Shane. Shane was also extremely helpful and patient with the process. I highly recommend this ATT store for their excellent sales and service. Kudos to Brent and Shane!!!

First negative experience at this store. 1. They no longer transfer old phone info to new phone. With what I pay for cell service, they arent making enough to provide that service? 2. Cryptic information. I call in advance. I need a 5G SIM card, do I need an appointment or can I just swing by and pick it up? You can just stop in (no it will take 10-15 mins to get it setup). When I stop in, 3 employees standing there. One starts helping me. The pace is similar to the sloths in Zootopia. They can scan SIM card because it was never entered into their inventory. I tell the rep, Im in a little time crunch. No noticeable increase in speed. 5G SIM card ready to go, can I have your phone? No. Well it aint going to work unless I put it in (no as in your other SIM will deactivate and not work as soon as the 5G card goes into the system). I take the card and leave. After that, 20 mins goes by and my phone no longer works. Summarizing ending. I install 5G SIM card transfer old phone info to new phone and good to go. One side note, ATT rep, why do you want a 5G SIM card, 5G isnt in this area? Gee...you entire store front is advertising the new 5G S21.....isnt that a little misleading? Good luck if you go here. They do not have your best interests in heart from this experience. I just read previous reviews and notice they all mention names of people that were not there the day I went in. Maybe just picked the wrong day!!!

Such an awesome experience in this store. I was very happy with the service and help that my sales rep provided. Casey was extremely helpful and knowledgeable. AT&T should be proud of having employees like this.

My phone had crashed that morning, and had an appointment in Parkersburg, so stopped by to get help. Nick, was very helpful and kindly. He verified the phone was dead and took all the options to get it running to no avail. He gave excellent customer support by making the phone call to apple since it was a warranty.Phone replacement came the third day.I don’t particularly like AT&T, but Nick made what could have been a very stressful situation so much easier, and my option has softened because of his customer service.

Personally, I do not like AT&T their customer service is sub par at best. Approximately late 2019 I purchased a phone from AT&T Right off the bat I had problems with IT.after using it Approximately 3 months the screen cracked on it. So I take it back to AT&T and Was told since it had no warranty on it they were not ablle to help me.The whole time I used the AT&T phone it was sluggish, slow, double printing, difficult to use. Anyhow, there was nothing they were able to do for me so I was stuck with the phone for the remainder of the 2 year contract, which I believe ends in November.MOST LIKELY WONT USE AT&T AGAIN.
