Paying a lot for internet that goes out multiple times a day. Dont feel much like paying for a tech to come out just to replace the router. Signal is good but uncorrectables rocket unexpectedly. Somethings borked somewhere.
Very friendly and very helpful with all your needs. The internet service needs attention but all in all. I believe is helpful.
Wish I could give them less than 1 star. Truly trash service involving both customer and technical support. Never show up on time or tell you to wait 5 minutes and then 40 will pass. Horrible service and company. Would not recommend to anybody unless its their last option.
Technician was poorly trained. Missed the tap that had already been installed here and had to call it in for installation. Then customer service was horrible. I kept getting sent to every department and not given a straight answer. At the end it came down to; that itll take months before someone can do the construction for the tap and the area is not serviceable (neighbors in 100ft proximity have suddenlink). I also kept receiving their promos in my mail which is now viewed as false advertising.
Absolutely the worst company I have ever dealt with. I have requested an outlet relocation 6 times in the last month, have had 6 technicians come to my apartment, and not a single one of them has done anything besides waste my time. Today, I was billed for 3 outlet relocation fees at $80 each, because not only did their technicians not do anything at my apartment, they marked in their system that they had completed the job, whilst telling me they had marked it for a reschedule. Then, when I called customer service about this, they hardly speak any English whatsoever and didn’t understand what my issue was. If you can, steer well clear of doing any business with Suddenlink. How this company gets away with their business practices is truly beyond me.
They need some representatives to just take payments, and others for everything else. The line would go faster.
UPDATE: We quit paying 3 months after no service because only a fool would pay for something they dont have, so they canceled us for nonpayment. I finally got ahold of someone today, and they said they will not refund us due to nonpayment. They said were SOL, and theyll keep billing us and ruining our credit. Class action lawsuit anyone?We havent had service since May 20. We paid for May, June, and July. Suddenlink promised wed be reimbursed when service was restored. Service was never restored, they claim it is, and we mailed back their devices. They charged us for the devices and are STILL BILLING US!!!!!
I went there to try and handle some accounts of a deceased family member. They were beyond helpful and didnt demand all kinds of documentation to handle business.

--They throttle our speeds.We paid for up to 1gb/s, but get maybe about 700mb/s when theyre not throttling us. When they are, it gets as bad as 15mb/s. Theyre not giving us our moneys worth and are picky about what we do, apparently... should be illegal but you know, net neutrality wasnt important and now its legal for them to do this.--Customer service is basically nonexistent.I have been hung up on multiple times, and cant understand a lick of whatever the csrs are saying when i do actually reach one.DO NOTTTTT use them. This is the worst company I have ever had to deal with!!! Not only do they not have operating pay stations, but door has been locked twice earlier than posted, service is often not what is promised as far as speed and dependability, hidden fees make the bill unpredictable even with unlimited extra fee. This business is a SCAM operation!

Have had suddenlink for several years and it is by far the worst company Ive ever dealt with. Customer service is basically there to feed you bullcrap long enough to keep you as a customer. Having to pay almost 200 a month for service that you cant use the way they promise. Ive been told wed get credit for months without service and thats never happened. They schedule maintenance that never shows up(without notification) then want to reschedule weeks out. Absolutely the most ridiculous bussiness model. Going on 2 months of no internet service but they expect you to pay for it. Havent been able to use our tivo box since May and cant return it to the store apparently...service crew has to trade it out...go figure. Something else for them to charge for I guess. If you have any other option go that route. Dont waste your time or money on this company!!!
New customer, have had their internet for about 2 weeks now, doesnt work at all during the day and at night it will work in 10-15 min spurts and go out again for 5-10 min. I do not want to talk to a robot when I call not that I can ever reach anyone, Im not going to pay for something I cannot use.
Suddenlink has many problems with their internet service. I have to call them all the time and tonight I called them and spoke to a human not a machine and they fixed it for like 20 min. There is not alot of internet/cable providers where I live. I wish there was more because Suddenlink does not do a great job. I have had problems with this company for years
DO NOT USE THIS SERVICE!! They promise you a gift card after 3 months of service and then purposely mess up your payment on the 3rd month so they dont have to give you the card. Everything from their app to their customer service is absolute trash. The internet is decent quality but it cuts out so frequently that its not even worth the money I pay for it. The only reason I still have it is because its literally the cheapest option in this area. You get what you pay for I guess.
Paying for 1 gig service, had everything installed yesterday, currently getting 100mbps. if you can get spectrum do yourself a favor and get them instead. suddenlink has awful customer service, no router options/ customization and cant even maintain half the speed i pay for.
The internet speed is great and it’s reliable. I can’t complain about that, but their customer service and their prices are just ridiculous. $130 for just internet is beyond way too much for one monthly service. And if you need a tech, sure, we’ll be there some time next week between 8am and 6pm. And they’re not even from suddenlink. Billing works with no problem. Fiber optics when and where are you? Cable modems are going to out live the space shuttle program

After 14 days with no cable, it took me 30 minutes on the phone to get a tech sent out. I had to threaten to cancel to get action. However, they did correct the issue within 3 hours.
If you have other choices, do not, I repeat dont get service from this company... into my second week with no internet service and this is the second time this has happened in the last 3 months first time it was out for 3 weeks almost 4.... so far it been out going on it 2nd week. I have had a tech at my home and stated its dead at the pole and now I have a 2nd tech tomorrow that will tell me the same thing. have been contacting the corporate office but yet they can not even tell me anything or even when I may have my services back on.... I think I am going to reevaluate my internet usage and see if I can go with a lower speed if so Im switching to another company

Ive been having a lot of problems lately with my wifi. I have an Amazon echo and I like to play music during the day. So far, in the last few hours its stopped 3 times because it lost connection. It also happens frequently when Im on my laptop. Its very frustrating when Im in the middle of something and it just stops for no reason. Im on the verge of leaving Suddenlink because of this problem.
Guess what? Now comes yet another one star rating for Suddenlink. They’re perfectly named. The internet is out most of the day then suddenly it links back up. That would be lovely the return to service but, even under these rare occasions when we actually do have internet it’s at a mind numbing 0.3 mbps. For those readers who are unaware what a good rate should be, allow me to illustrate. The slowest average internet in the world can be found in Venezuela ( a third world country) where they have a dismal 30.0 mbps internet speed. Now consider that I live in the United States of America in a small city where one would expect better. It has been 2 months since my first call to tech support and less than nothing has Been done to rectify the signal loss. The customer support people are not only worthless at customer service, they’re utterly useless when communicating with technicians who do the actual work at our homes. This may be primarily because they are halfway around the world. if you’re lucky enough to actually reach someone here you’re subjected to lies and deceptions regarding when you might expect them to fix their lines. I suggest that all who have had similar experiences contact their state Attorney Generals office, FCC, and the FTC regarding this company’s inability to provide the services that we pay top dollar for. Perhaps if enough people make noise then Someone might do something.
I signed up for service on April 20, and as of today...26 days later, my service has not worked from day 1. I keep calling the help desk, and they have not been of any help. I had 6 in person appointments, that I took off from work. For (3) of the appointments, they didn’t even bother to show up. For the other (3), they left my home without fully installing the service. They continue to charge me for boxes and service that I do not have. I have never seen cable or customer service this horrible in my life.
AGGRESSIVE/RUDE COLLECTIONS. UNHELPFUL AND UNRESPONSIVE WITH DISPUTE CLAIMSMy husband cancelled our service and paid off the remaining balance. We bought and owned our equipment because we didn’t want a rental fee. We were never asked to turn in our equipment. Three months later we got a bill for $600+ dollars, saying we never paid our equipment fee and for three months of internet use. This is impossible because the machine was unhooked two days after my husband canceled the account.We have called to ask what is going on, and the debt collector is rude and aggressive. One person we spoke with at Suddenlink said they found where my husband cancelled it and that a manager would call us back. A month went by with no contact, second person we spoke with said none of that was said or done, do not know who my husband spoke with and that they would need to get back with us. Again, no contact.
Pay WAY too much for service that has not improved or been upgraded (upgrades at my request). Every power interruption requires :15-:20 for TV to reset. The “straw that broke the camel’s back”...the live stream of my stepson’s college graduation froze and we could not get it back even after resetting everything, turning things off then back on...you get the idea. By the time we did that then finally changed over to my sister in law’s phone, which worked using the Internet on her phone, he had already walked! There is no replay video of the ceremony for us to watch. I had used the same original set up to watch the previous day’s ceremonies to make sure all would work, and it was fine. Had to watch via stream due to his state’s Covid restrictions. I am heart-broken! I WILL be researching other cable systems in the area...if the Internet works. SOOOO done with Suddenlink.

I called on Thursday past explaining my problem, I have a few smart TV but I dont have enough bandwidth to enable me to get 2 out of 4 programs Im paying for. The person responding told me to find a different provider and hung up. It appears they have too much business beyond their present capabilities.
The Internet service provided by Suddenlink in Marietta, OH is very bad. When it works, which is about 50% of the time it is extremely slow.Customer service techs are very nice on the phone though. The Internet service is just terrible.
Reached out plenty of times in the past 3-5 months still havent resolved the issues with the internet. Advetise 1 GIG internet in Parkersburg but havnt seen it yet. 200 on good days. Dont worry they still charge you though
The company is a scam in my area of Senecaville,Ohio and we really do not have many options for Providers in the area.My modem is bad and the nearest store for exchange is in St. Parkersburg,Wv call the company and get a computer telling you service is down in the area but know different cause i called when it was working..But know the modem loses power and needs reset but service is out quite often .
We have been customers for nearly two years and in the last month have had so many issues and the customer service team are rude, passive aggressive and continuously point blame at the customers for unresolved technical issues. Escalating the call to the supervisor does nothing as they are just as rude. We have had internet issues for over a week and being told we are still four days from a box truck coming to see if it may be a wiring issue. In a culture where people are working from home and kids are watching streaming apps, how is this even a possibility? So you ask if there is any credit for the week and a half of no service and they said “only if you didnt have internet and we see there is no interruption in your line.”
Suddenlink is the worst company on the planet! If you are thinking about going with their service think otherwise. C a s cable is a much better choice as well as AT&t. Suddenlink is the worst choice possible. If you choose this company you are making a very bad decision. This is coming from someone who is educated and uses the internet all the time. Their internet service is the worst service ever! They have the worst customer service ever! you will notice this when you call in to set up your service and it takes forever to get it set up! They really dont care and they are probably going out of business soon. This is why they offer such good deals because they will be selling their company to someone else soon which will raise your price and tell you youre locked in. UPDATE: After leaving a bad review, they will tell you to go to their social media for help. Need to change name on the account, and the lady there told me that both people would need to be there. After I asked the person on the account to came, I went in to ask about how to fill out the form, but the lady kept saying she can’t help me. And then she told me the form needs to be faxed or mailed in! I kept asking to confirm and told her that suddenlink website told me I can do it at the local office, but she said the website is wrong and I have to mail in or fax in. She’s just not willing to help! What’s the point of asking me to make the person on the account to come to the office if it really can’t be done in the office!???? Unprofessional!!! Really disappointed!
Awful service. Channels that go in and out. Pixelation happens often on many too. Come on! Its 2021 get your act together. Folks,switch over to the local competitor. Their service is very good.

Suddenlink’s customer care is absolutely horrible. I received a “new” modem that I did not request. Came completely used and I don’t want it. I called to have them pick it up and they informed me it would be 60 dollars for them to come pick it up. Unbelievable.I live 30 min away from the main office. Now I have to drive there just to drop off something I didn’t request or want.Awful awful awful service.

Pay attention to your bill! This company steals their customers money. In August I found out I had a past due. Called in, found out I missed a payment in June. Looked at my bank statement in June and there was definitely a withdrawal from Suddenlink in the amount of my monthly bill.Here it is September, still dont have my money back. I paid the whole bill, past due and current before I caught the mistake. A week after I paid the past due and current balance I have another random balence.So heres the short version: Paid an extra bill. Money has not been returned. I have another monthly charge that showed up 1 week after I paid my balance to 0$ that HAS YET TO BE EXPALINED TO ME. Trust me Ive been calling in everyday and just get, we will look into it and get back with you.......never get back to me.Absolute worst customer service, and have no vaule for their customers. Suddenlink is going to be another Frontier and go bankrupt before too much longer. Its not a hard thing to understand, your customers would rather not deal with you.
Dear Suddenlink, your internet is out once again! Update. Last few weeks the internet is out more than if its working. Outages Everyday.
I would give them 0 stars if I could. I had service with them for 11 months. I never had any problems with the billing aspect. That never increased. My problems were with the service itself. My service never work for more than 4/6 days a month, when it worked at all. It was always out. I would call spend hours on the phone to get hung up on and passed around and lied to. When I would finally reach someone they would schedule a technician to come out, half the time they never showed up. And when they did they showed me on the work day calendar where the appointment was never even made for me like customer service said it was. They would never be able to fix the problem. They would say it’s a problem with the TAP or a problem the wires or the poles and the Maintenance persons would need to fix it. Well one time a tech came out and said their maintenance person for my area in rural Ohio was out for three weeks so it would be at least that long before anything would even be looked at. One time they needed to bring a box truck from West Virginia. They’re just a company full of liars. I cancelled today 10/10/2020, after yet another unsuccessful attempt to fix it yesterday. The recent techs that have come out, 6 In the last three weeks since my service has been completely out since the 9/16/2020, they told me flat out that Suddenlink will not fix this problem. They know it’s been an ongoing issue since January of this year and they will not fix it. They advised me to call and make a report with the Ohio department of commerce and the FCC. Which I’m going to. I have daily videos with time stamps that I have taken every single day for 8 months of my service being out as indicated on the router that I will happily provide to the FCC. They of course cannot compensate your bill anytime you have issues. I was told “we cannot issue a credit until your services have been fully restored” well that never happens is what I replied. I was then told “well if you don’t pay your bills we cannot send out the tech to fix it”. They know we don’t have many options here where I live, of course they’re in no hurry to fix it. They literally just rip people off and charge for services they know they are not providing. It’s nothing more than legal theft. They need to be shut down. There are thousands and thousands of similar reports/complaints. They should be ashamed.
My internet has been down for 3 weeks and still getting the run around. Techs not showing up for appointments and getting EMPTY PROMISES left and right from reps on the phone. All these non-fulfilled appointments and promises have totally messed up my schedule, my life and my wallet. Im heading to the office today I want some definitive answers!! Face to Face😡
The customer service is trash and the fact that almost every single review says this is a disgrace. This shows that suddenlink does not listen to their customers nor care about them, and should be ashamed of themselves and their work ethic. Listen to the voice of the customer because this is how you keep your customers and grow. Glad to get far away from suddenlink.

I forgot to pay my bill on the due date for internet. Instead of reminding me they turned off my service before a full billing cycle and charged me $10 + a late fee to turn it back on. No tech had a service call and they pay other companies to do the work anyway. This company is a capitalist monopoly and should be more regulated since they provide a needed service.

Been a loyal customer for over 5 years. My internet, phone and cable services stopped. I called for a technician and the soonest available is a week away. I explained my daughter has school online and both my husband and I are working from home, internet is extremely important to us. They wouldn’t even bother to help me.
For 5 months we have been having a problem. They have no idea what it is. I have had 4 different techs out to work on it but still having the same problems.
If I could give 0 stars I would. Customer service is horrible. They have increased my bill for no reason 4-5 times over the last year. They make up random fees to charge you for, for example when I signed up I picked an unlimited package, then several months later they decided to start charging $5 for the “unlimited” option, when it used to be included in the price. Then they added a $2.50 “network enhancement” fee, that was later changed to $3.50. Then they upped the base price $10, then another $10. What I agreed to pay $59.99 for I am now being charged $87.49, never once was I notified of an increase, they just put it on the bill. Pretty sure their fee structure is illegal, but they do it anyways. Call CAS, switch and be happy. Suddenlink is literally the worst. When you call customer service to complain they tell you that you had “promotions that expired”. When you mention they are offering higher tier internet to new customers CHEAPER “FOR LIFE”, they tell you to pound sand. Literally one of them advised me to cancel and then renew to “try” to get the better rate. Unbelievable.

I am owed a $100 gift card for being a new cable customer when I signed up September 1st. I never received this in the mail. I believe this business lied and never intended to send it. I would not recommend using them because at his point I believe its false advertising. I just want the 100 dollar card I was promised.
I have had 3 boxes in a matter of months. I hot a new one again on 9/8/20. It worked for 2 days. Then all the channels disappeared by 5 local ones. I called them back was goung to be 5 days before they could get someone here. I work until 4. I told them i was not taking off work to be here so they would have to come between 5-8. I got home at 4:10 my neighbor told me they had already been here and knocked on his door and left. I called them back furious this time. Waited on hold for almost an hour. Finally got through the lady said she would have them come tonight. They have not showed up!!!! And they keep charging me $60 for service calls. I am calling CAS tomorrow. Worst provider ever! I have not went a whole month without either the wifi or cable messing up and having to call them.
Past 1 in the afternoon and place is closed during a weekday. Sign said open but door is locked. Someone said they were on lunch. Do they really all take lunch at the same time? Horrible customer service. Even when I try to call the operator isnt in the USA. They dont understand what I want to do.

I have been without internet, the one service I get through Suddenlink, for 15 days now. Ive spoken to almost every overseas call center employee. They keep sending technicians who either dont show up, or show up and magically disappear before I can speak with them. Ive lost a part-time job thanks to this companys carelessness. If i had a better option for internet in my area i would drop SuddenStink right now.
My bill keeps jumping up $20 every so often and I hardly watch CABLE! But in order to have internet, I had to sign up for a “bundle package.” I tried to have my cable cancelled and just have internet and the difference in cost was $4.00! I am NOT happy with Suddenlink! I will not be “shopping around” for better service because I’ve heard the same of other local cable providers. I would rather pay for the individual apps on my devices and still be $100 cheaper than Suddenlink! Not to mention the fact that their digital cable is constantly glitching and poor quality when it comes to multiple TVs in the home- and yes, I pay for that additional feature. So be warned, they’re NOT that great- unless you call an expensive monthly screw a plus. I wouldn’t even give them a star if that was an option. And good luck with getting to speak with a human! Their automated system will cut you off at every turn if you wanna speak to someone who has a pulse.
Went to the Suddenlink Parkersburg office to simply take the sports package off for the summer and exchange a ten year modem for a new one as we were experiencing problems. My bill went from $230 to $315 a month. The office staff told me my bill would raise by $4/month. Now as you can imagine, dealing with them over the phone has been a complete hassle. #disgruntledcustomer....still waiting for the supervisor to call me back....that was a big lie.
If I could give this place negative stars I would. Haven’t had internet since November because of an issue with the “tap” to our pole. Weve been waiting for two months for a tech to come out and fix it. They increased our monthly payment and the. Shut our services off and then they said we’d have to start our wait all over. This place is a joke and worthless. We’ve had them for over two years!
Due to Covid19 capacity at Suddenlink is 8. So if there are 8 inside you must wait outside. The lady that said it, did so in a very hateful tone. Not only once but several times while I was waiting. One patron asked to speak to the office manager & she said, I am the office manager! Suddenlink has become less & less popular around here.... Do you think they ever wonder why????
I have been without cable and internet for two weeks because landscapers dug up my ground cable. Suddenlink couldnt schedule a repair for almost two weeks. The date finally comes and no repairman show up. I went down today to ask why and was told the order had been canceled (???) and they do not know why. I have been waiting on a call back all afternoon to let me know that I actually have a service call scheduled. I will be going back to their office again today I guess. Just unbelievable how hard it is to get the proper techs to come to your house.
If you are here for your customers then get me a refund.my husband called December 3rd to turn off our cable. Suddenlink sent a tech to pick up our TV equipment on the 11th but continued to charge us for cable until the December 23rd! Ive been with them for over 5 years and now for a month and a half Ive been without internet and they keep sending the same guy who says he dont know how to fix the problem and due to covid and my kids doing online school Ive had to run my Hotspot and run my cell bill over 1,000$ so they can do school and they wont fix the problem I wouldnt recommend them to anyone pick another provider and youll be much happier then going with suddenlink
Our cable box recently went bad. Had a guy come over to replace it. He said that he would have to go back to suddenlink and have them send a signal and he would call us back to go through the steps with us. It’s been 2 days. No phone call. Finally got ahold of a customer rep after on hold for 2 hours. Customer rep wasn’t able to help us and said they would send someone else out to fix the problem. Nobody has came out still. Suddenlink is THE worst option. They don’t care about their customers.
My husband and I have had suddenlink since 2008. It has been on the decline for years. The internet is out over half the time as the prices have went up 85 a month. I have had several techs from suddenlink here to try to fix it with no help. They say there is nothing they can do. I had also called to lower the price since the service is terrible with no reductions. Now they charge $75 per tech visit and I had to add a protection plan so yet an additional price and nothing gets resolved. Today, I cancelled the plan. Magically she offered me a $40 a month plan and have a tech here. I declined too little too late. I would recommend steering clear of this service. It’s awful.

Since just starting service, there was an error on our bill. We were being charged for 2 cable boxes despite having only one regular cable box. I called customer service 2 months ago (multiple times) to get this resolved. After numerous calls explaining that we have only ONE box they promised that it would be changed. Nothing. I felt it was all lip service! Since then I have tried calling customer service as well as on-line chat and I cannot get anyone to talk to me. The wait is ungodly long and then they say they will call you back and never call back. Online it says they have no one to answer the chat. This hasn’t been the only issue in the short time we have been customers. That really speaks volumes as to what this company really thinks of their customers.
I have been a loyal Suddenlink customer for years. In the past year or so I can not believe the poor customer service. Recently I was having trouble with my internet connection. The technician came corrected the problem. It was a problem with a connection on the pole outside on the street. He never came in my house. I was charged $60 for a service call. I called the billing department and they said the technician wrote that it was a problem in my home. I don’t believe the technician wrote that. I have escalated my complaint however it is going to take 24-48 for a supervisor to get back with me. I’m done with Suddenlink. Does anyone have a suggestion for a GOOD cable company?

Bad internet. Always lose service.
To expensive I hope another company would come in so they would have to compete for our business...just walked in to pay a bill for someone and they took my temp which is fine. Then the guy asked for my name and I told him who I was here to pay the bill for and he said he needed my name. I told him it was none of his business and he responded then I couldnt pay the bill. I said so be it and I walked out. How dare you Suddenlink if I am there to pay a bill for someone and you dont want me in a area that is not a high security area and you want to Violate my rights as a US citizen I hope you future is full of law suits
I had technicians out to fix my internet connection 5 times and they still couldnt fix the issue. The last tech I had here said hed switch too when I told him Id have to after they couldnt fix it. You always have to spend at least 30 minutes on hold to talk to someone at their call center (no local). I wanted to speak to a local manager but was told at the store that there was never a manager there. I also tried to get my last bill prorated because I wasnt using their internet to work from home, I was using my cells internet and they refused to prorate even when they said they would. I called to disconnect on 7/6 and they wouldnt disconnect until 7/24. I was a 20 year customer but switched after such bad service.
Ive never had or used Suddenlink, so I was eligible for me service deals. They offered, and as of today it still on their website, $50/month for 1GB internet. Sounds good, and how can you screw up just internet? Billing is the answer. I talked to folks that either have, or had their service, and none had good experiences, besides a coworker that was happy they didnt have a download limit.When I initially called to set it up, the guy confirmand the deal and free installation, and said my bill would be around $55/month after taxes and fees, great! 2 1/2 weeks in I call to check on my monthly bill, and was told it would be $73+tax and fees! I argued and got no where. To cancel I had to be transferred to another department and was on hold... While on hold I drove to the local Suddenlink office to make sure I was cancelled... I was still on hold. 1 hour and 7 minutes on hold, the local guy said to hang up, he was talking care of it. If I hadnt gone to the local store, I doubt I would have ever be given the chance to cancel.I was told I will be given a refund for my initial $55 payment. Never again will I try Suddenlink. Been with CAS for 23 years, I guess Ill pay more for local people and better service.
My mother canceled her Suddenlink to go to another service. Suddenlink said they canceled her because she did not pay her bill. They did not cancel her she canceled them then they put a Collection agency on her and convince my mother that she owed him $100. My mother calls me in a state. If Suddenlink is going to make people pay money they don’t owe them an upset a lady that’s 91 to the point where she’s in tears on the phone because she’s always paid her bill and sometimes ahead of time and trying to convince her she’s going to have bad credit. I call this harassment I turned in equipment myself and had a paper of everything that we turned in you did not cancel my mother she canceled you.😡
The absolute worst customer service Ive ever experienced anywhere. Very difficult to reach by phone and long lines when youre forced to go in person. A few weeks ago I called tech support because someone had gotten my password and I wanted to change it and got a representative in Egypt that recommended that I ASSAULT my neighbor, I said excuse me, thats not legal in my country. He said no, verbally assault them. I said thats not legal either. I said are you telling me as a representative of Sudden link to go and verbally assault my neighbor as a solution to me asking for a new password ? He said absolutely I would verbally assault them.Youve got to be kidding me?
Waiting on hold for over an hour called before their listed close time held for and hour they closed and left my call in the que. Been without services now for 3 days. And I paid the bill! Mind blowing.. horrible customer service
I havent had service for 3 months now. I have called so many times. I been lied to put off told someone would be out to fix the problem. Had 6 or 7 technicians out and told me the same thing was wrong but they wont send a lineman out to fix the tap. All lies
Trying to get ahold of a real person to speak to is impossible! Suddenlink has POOR customer relations. Its aggravating! They take your money and then dont respond when trying to contact them! I am going to switch service, it cant be any worse. Maybe they should rethink their business practices!!
Absolutely the worst costumer service I’ve ever had. We had an outage in my area and they didn’t send anyone to fix it for 6 days. Finally they show up and when I called they informed me they would be reimbursing me for the week missed. After my bill went through I noticed they did not reimburse me. So I called and I talked to a VERY rude “supervisor” and she informed me over and over my account said “no outage”...I informed her I had proof of a text message stating the outage, and to go back on recorded calls of the man who informed me of the refund and she would not listen. I’ve never had so much trouble with an internet service and everytime I seem to have an issue, nothing gets resolved. I won’t be going with this service much longer, especially if I’m paying for WiFi I’m not getting due to outages then being told there wasn’t any outages.Absolutely ridiculous.
For their internet service is slow and they like to take advantage of people.
I am currently on hold for the 5th time today after being disconnected numerous times. The one time I talked to a person, he dropped my call. If I can ever get through to the company, Im canceling & NEVER using this service again! I wouldnt take it if it was free! Terrible!
The worst, worst, WORST people I have ever dealt with in a service industry. Unprofessional, nasty, condescending. And - hand on a Gideon Bible and any other symbol or document that might inspire a person to make an honest statement - Suddenlink has incorrectly and infuriatingly billed me for more than $500. ... One add: I was a Suddenlink customer at four different addresses for 15 years.
When you FINALLY GET to someone to set up an appt for tech support they are friendly. HATE HATE HATE the automated system you can NEVER reach someone and if you choose option to have them call back if you dont answer phone on 2nd ring YOU HAVE TO START ALL OVER. i JUST WANT A TECH TO COME OUT AND FIX MY CABLE AND INTERNET SERVICE IF IT IS MY PROBLEM OR FIX IT THERE HAVE HAD PROBLEM FOR A MONTH AND OTHERS IN COMPLEX HAS TO (THOUGHT IT WAS TV GOING BAD) i AM LOOKING INTO OTHER MEANS OF CABLE AND INTERNET. THIS STINKS.

Am I able to walk into the Parkersburg store and talk with someone. I work from home and my internet goes out 30 times a day and I was told today it’s my last warning and I may lose my job. I need to talk to someone face to face
