I was given the date of a week for the car to be fixed, this was understandable. It then took another week for my car to be returned. After calling everyday for updates as people on the phone told me it was in the assembly line. Found out the day my car was ready that it was not true. They had been waiting for a certain part. I would not have been upset if they did not keep lying to me that the car was in reassembly. If they were waiting for a piece I wish they would have just told me the truth. Overall the work was well done and I was happy that they fixed it well.

I need my vehicle repaired from a minor accident. As luck would have it parts were readily available and my car was returned looking better than it was before the accident. And you cannot tell my car was hit. Good job Camden Auto. 👍

This place was recommended by GEICO. Car was in the shop for a little over a week. Got a call saying my car was ready to be picked up only to get there to see my car the same way it was when I dropped it off. Long story short, I was told they didnt know what happened because the car passed the QC inspection. Fast forward. I was told to leave the car until the next week and someone would call me and they would make sure everything was taken care off. Got a call on Wednesday, picked up car on Friday...the same thing. This time it looks like the pieces were crazy glued together. Was told by Tim that he would order a new part for my car and call me when it was there. I havent heard anything and its been 3 weeks. I am now getting a lawyer involved. By the way, the secretary Taylor was very helpful and nice.

Very professional, car was done four days earlier than promised. Staff very nice and professional.

Initially, I was impressed. Now I might need to have a talk with the state licensing bureau about the low quality, and unsafe work that they perform. They literally let my car go (inspected by their personnel) with a defective seat belt, broken parts, and body panels installed with the black etching primer form the factory on (not painted), various body panels were poorly installed, and they rushed the job. I will not trust that they can safely and correctly perform repairs to my vehicle. I have declined to continue service through my insurance and will likely have the vehicle repaired correctly at another shop where I am familiar with the quality of work. They have nice employees there, but that does not compensate for low quality repairs, poor body gaps, broken seat belts, and other paint defects.

My car was hit by a truck and they made it look like new. The paint match and job were perfect, along with the other repairs. Customer service was also the best Ive had for car repairs.

If I could give this shop zero stars, I would. I got into an accident 2 weeks ago, and this shop was one of Geicos preferred shops, so we initially had no problem taking it there. Well, the shop said my car would be done a week later, which my husband and I thought was a little too quick, especially for all of the damages to my Jeep. Well we went to go pick it up, when my husband drives up and sees it, he notices several things that weren’t fixed correctly including headlights not lined up correctly, paint not done correctly, there was a drip in the paint, body gaps aren’t correct (and those body gaps weren’t there when I got in the accident), and probably a few other things. My husband is a helicopter mechanic for the Army...he knows what he’s looking for and talking about when it comes to body work and things going back together correctly. So, my husband is bringing these things to the the guy at the shops attention and the guy is standing there arguing with him, while he’s in uniform. They kept my car for a few more days and supposedly worked on the things they were supposed to fix. Fast forward to 3 business days later, we get the call to pick it up and things aren’t better. My husband is so frustrated at this point, he just had me pick up the car to get it out of the shop, knowing things are still not fixed correctly. This time we noticed the headlights still are not in correctly, the radiator support was not painted and should have been, there’s a HUGE crack in the shroud that funnels air to the radiator and my drivers seatbelt is not functioning correctly. Needless to say, we WILL NOT take our business back to that shop, the things that need to be fixed are going to be fixed at our preferred shop and will tell every one we can to never take their business there. I have never seen a shop do such poor work and have such terrible customer service!!

Poor customer service. Did not put my front license plate back on my car. When called about it going to state it was in my passenger seat. They then checked and they threw out my license plate. Thank god I got it back. Front desk and manager lacking customer service. No status or call about my car.

Great communication and very professional

I had a great experience at Camden Body! I had some minor repairs done to my front bumper and fender. When I called for an estimate they squeezed me in on very short notice (10 minutes). Zach had the estimates prepared in no time and explained everything they would need to be done. Their price wasn’t the cheapest, but I was impressed with the knowledge and professionalism of the staff. When I went to take my car in for repairs, I was helped right away, even though were busy. Macy provided clear updates by phone throughout the repair process. The repair was completed within three days which was faster than their original. I am very satisfied with the work that was done. Even though I just had some scratches and a minor dent you can’t tell their was any previous damage. The paint work was also excellent, color match is perfect! Overall, I am very pleased with Camden Body. It seems they do a lot of work through Geico, and I can’t speak to how working through that insurance company would be. But as a cash “self-pay” customers I am very happy and would recommend them to anyone.

This is the worst body shop I have ever had to deal with. I will never take my car here, the management staff are so rude. They do incomplete work and lie about this they messed up. I am not just a customer who is making this up or hard to please. I am telling the truth they are the worst body shop I have ever had to deal with and geico suggested I take my car there. I should have never listened to them. I took my car somewhere else to get fix properly. I also had to call my lawyer to deal with matters. They will not be getting away with what they did to me and how they treated me. Just wait and see how the law will be on my side and justice will prevail. They need to really do better and treat there customers like they want to stay in business.

As I drove into the shop, I steeled myself for the possibility that I was about to face a large bill to have my front bumper repaired. One of the service people took a look at my car, realized there was a simple, two minute fix, and took care of it for me at no charge. I was very appreciative and grateful that they were so helpful and did not take advantage of me!

Im very please with how my truck turned out!! There wasnt much damage but it is 10 years old. They blended the paint beautifully and you cant even tell anything was done! I’ve gone to many body shops over the years. Many were located far from my home. My insurance company recommended Camden Body shop and I was very impressed. The customer service was exquisite. The people were very friendly and professional. They walked me around my car to assess the damages, explained about how long and how much correcting the damages would cost, gave me a timeline for completion, kept me informed through the process, and best of all cleaned my car when they finished the repairs. When I picked up my car they walked me around the car to make sure I was satisfied and gave me a folder listing the repairs, cost and warranties. I was very impressed. Kudos to Camden Body shop. Oh yeah best of all they were in walking distance from my home.

Very professional, did a great job on the repairs, mostly good with communication but about 3 times said my car would be ready the following day but it wasn’t and they didn’t call to tell me, I had to call for an update. But each time they were apologetic and professional. They have Enterprise rental on premises and Enterprise tried to tell me that my insurance might only cover 3 days of rental (out of 10). I explained it’s not my fault the repairs took longer, called my insurance and they communicated with Enterprise and I did not have to pay anything extra. I’d advise anyone to be clear on what your insurance covers for rentals otherwise Enterprise could have easily overcharged me for no reason. Overall a good experience with Camden Auto

Camden was recommended to me by the insurance company handling my claim. They were professional from start to finish. I was appreciative of a call a few days in to update me on the progress and some things they found that needed to be replaced as part of the accident. In addition, the rental car process was easy and well organized. My only regret is that I didnt ask for an estimate to repair or replace the rust spots on my hood. Im very pleased with the work.

I called to get an estimate on my 2019 Charger hit in a parking lot. I talked to I believe Maisy. She said they could not do an estimate on a GEICO claim. I told her Id pay out of pocket, she said they could not do an estimate. Way to lose a customer Camden Auto body!! I WILL NEVER RECOMMEND THEM TO ANYONE. If someone asks me about them, I will tell the TRUTH how I was treated.

Extremely efficient and friendly staff! The work was completed in a timely manner and to my satisfaction. Very convenient as my insurance had a claim adjuster on site and rental car agency was also on site. I would definitely recommend to anyone needing body work. Rich and the auto technicians at Camden Body of Towson did a superior repair job to my car. They were contracted to repair my front passenger bumper and headlight. The auto tech that worked on my car went above and beyond and repaired my rear bumper that had fallen off the broken brackets. From a different accident. They were kind, courteous and prompt with the repair. I will use them in the future.

I had to take my vehicle to Camden Body of Towson for two separate claims but the same visit. They were able to sort through the logistics of both claims. The work was done where you could not see any damage ever existed. The owner went out of his way to guarantee that I was satisfied. He truly appreciates and values his customers.

Very rude. Recently, I went to the shop to get a free estimate for my SUV. They had advertising everywhere offering free estimates.. The lady at the counter was very short and told me that if I had a claim then I needed to have the insurance company submit it to them. I explained that I was shopping around for estimates so I wasnt sure if I was going to use them. I called my insurance company and they informed me that they said even though Camden is a preferred auto body shop they should have given me an estimate.I didnt get the name of the female but she was an older African American woman-Customer service is HORRIBLE. She ended up asking another man to help. This guy was Caucasian, brown hair and round and he really dismissed me- if he was the boss, I understand why his employee reacted that way. Apologies for given descriptions but I failed to get names.I walked away still not fully understanding why they wouldnt help me. I was rear ended so Im shopping around to resolve an issue that wasnt my fault. It would have been nice if I was met with someone who had more compassion, Someone who listened, someone with a heart. I was okay with then following their policy, I only wish someone would have taken the time to explain it.Would not recommend them to anyone.

Service was quick and great! Rich explained everything very well during the inspection, then they called and texted with updates throughout the process.

Decent job but not the greatest. I needed a new door and new hubcap/wheel from a minor accident. They put in the new door and did some additional painting of adjacent pieces to match. The texture isn’t the same and it looks like they’ve painted a piece of dirt or something as there’s a bump in the paint. They also neglected to do anything about my hubcap/wheel though said they’d send somebody out to take care of it. Even the paperwork has it marked as being done but the guy said they didn’t catch that in their “quality control.”It was a painless process through Geico but I wouldn’t recommend this shop.

I was worried after my accident that my car would never feel the same, but the employees here made me feel right at home. My car looks just like it did when I first bought it, and they even made sure I got into a rental without any hassle. Will definitely be recommending to any friends who need their car repaired!
