I have had my car serviced at Heritage for several years and staff are very professional. Tommy is wonderful and takes a lot of time explaining everything that needs to be done and why. He explains in terms I can understand as I’m not a car person. I always receive my car when promised. Everyone is very helpful.

The work done on my car looks good. The stress, lack of communication and delays involved were terrible. It took two months to get my car back. I paid 2 car payments for a car I could not drive!!!! I was not offered a rental for the inconvenience until about 3 days before my car was finished. Terribly disappointed in a dealer taking that long to fix my car. I feel like I could have taken it to a regular bodyshop and gotten it back faster

Went here to have have my 2018 Chrysler serviced.They said my start stop kept coming on because it has another battery just for the start stop.Well I had it done 290.00 and guess what that same service light is still coming on.I called and left a message and to this day no one has called back .Wont be going back and if you go make SURE you check behind them to see if they actually changed the parts.

I purchase by JEEP Cherokee in April 2020 and in October 2020 was in a bad accident that was not my fault. Heritage took the best care of my vehicle and worked well with the insurance companies. I cannot say enough about Tammi and Darlene. Kuddos to you all your great customer service.

Ed Jones in the service department (along with Amanda) were so incredibly kind, informative and helpful. The repair team made a mistake and both of them worked quickly to get it rectified. My truck was repaired and back in like new condition in a matter of days (it only took a couple days as they had to order parts). I will DEFINITELY be going back to them in the future for my service and repair needs. I cant praise them enough (hopefully this review helps).

Purchased my first Honda from Heritage in Bel Air in November and LOVED the buying experience and LOVE LOVE LOVEEE the car!! My husband wanted to add the salesman to our Christmas list that year, that never happens! My husband hates everything that involves salespeople and negotiations so for him to say that really shows how much we enjoyed the buying experience. Since buying went so well I didnt hesitate to use their body shop. Bel Air doesnt have a body shop so we went to the Parkville location which did. Dropped it off on 9/8 and was told by my insurance company that it should be done on 9/18. 9/18 I called Heritage at 9:07 am asking for an update on the vehicle since I had not heard anything from them since I dropped it off. He, George I believe thought it was painted yesterday but wanted to double check and he would get back to me. He asked if it was white and its not so he might have gotten it confused with another car so him checking on it and getting back to me seemed like a simple task. 2:21 PM still had not heard anything so I called and explained to Darlene and she said she would get back to me. Since I had a bit of drive to pick it up I was concerned if it was done, or would be done that day, I wouldnt make it due to distance and traffic. Called again at 3:30 and Darlene STILL didnt have an update on the progress of my vehicle. If its not gonna be done thats fine but what is the hold up? I had no idea what, if anything, had been done... I just wanted an UPDATE. Called the salesperson I bought the car from he gives me the number for buzzy but that went straight to voicemail. Called my insurance agent around 4, explained the situation and she called me back within 2 min of hanging up with an update. SERIOUSLY!? Why couldnt they tell ME that!!? Someone from Heritage called me back at 5PM with my update the same as what they told the insurance agent an hour earlier. I still dont have my car back so I might be updating this review. What went from a VERY enjoyable experience with a dealership to one of the worst makes me questions my loyalty to Heritage (not Honda - will definitely buy Honda again) in the future.

Got here at 730, first person here my appointment was at 8. They took other cars in before mine and finally at 830 I had to ask when is my vehicle going in. My appointment was at 8, he said right now and grabbed my paperwork. So had I not said something, they would have let me just sit there.

My car is looking brand new after significant damage to my passenger side door. The paint job is beautiful and my car was fully detailed inside and out when I picked it back up. As a mom of two little ones, having the interior vacuumed was almost as good as having the door fixed!

The work ended up being excellent and my car looks great. But the time it takes is off the charts and they tend to make mistakes fairly regularly. In my case, the closed a bay door on my car while they were backing it out of the garage. This after replacing a reservoir of windshield washer fluid that should have been fixed last time I was there. All in all the service is decent, but if you can find another place...do that

Explore other options for the time being.Heritage body shop has floundered from being a good body shop in years past to now earning the least amount of stars possible. I have used the shop twice, and my first rating would be a five stars. I cannot say the same about this latest catastrophe we experienced over the past two months. We brought our vehicle there recently to repair scratches and replace glass. The repair took over a month and still wasn’t completed when we went to pick it. My wife picked it up in the rain with three kids ages 4 and younger. The staff didn’t help her get the car in the rain, instead watched her struggle to load car seats and kids into the van. Roger, the manager, work hard to pay for another rental for us and has resolved every problem as they have come up, but he needs more support from upper management to allow him to run his shop the way that he needs to in order to get it back being to a good shop.Explanation of 3 stars:shop experience as a one star.manager as a four stars,location as a five stars,staff at three stars,communication during the repair as a one star,quality of work at three stars.

Buzzy was my representative that took care of my car in collisions. He treated me like I was his family member. Very professional and called back in a timely manner. Even called my work which I appreciated because he could not get a hold of me. He was responsive and handled the claim with 100% satisfaction. He took great care of my vehicle, made sure it went to service for a recall and my car was returned very clean and he was very precise. He contacted the insurance company and covered everything. I really appreciate his hard work and I am very fond of his overall worth ethic. Everyone else at the collision department was very kind and helpful. I even requested for someone to take my car around and the gentleman pulled my car around and he did because I was nervous with the tight parking lot. I am so thankful that I took my car there and appreciate the service and professionalism of the staff. I highly recommend this auto shop for any repairs and recommend Buzzy and his crew who took care of my vehicle. I give them a 10 star rating!!! Thank you so much!!!

Worst experience ever!They had my vehicle almost 2 months, I was told 2 weeks. I had to pay out of pocket for the rental,since it took them over a month. The manager was rude and nasty and placed the blame first on my insurance company, then on the technician.The paint job was poor ( they told me to bring it back, they would buff it out - why should I have to !) The inside of the door was still scraped .Furthermore,they inside of my vehicle came back filthy and the interior of my windows had a film that took several scrubbings to remove.Additionally,there were old parts still inside

Brought my Mazda CX-9 in to get my bumper fixed after someone rear-ended my car. I was greeted by Rob who was very professional and friendly. He ordered my part and I was called as soon as the part came in. The body shop called a few days later when the part came in and I dropped off my car. My car was ready on the day that they promised. My car looked brand new with a fresh wash and vacuum. It is not often that you find great customer service. I would definitely recommend this body shop to family and friends.

I recently had my car at MileOne Parkville for repairs following a minor car accident.Everyone I dealt with was courteous and helpful, from the Geico Rep to the Enterprise Rep. When I picked my car up on the day it was predicted to be done, I was thrilled with how great it looked. I would definitely use the service again, if necessary.

Brought the car in Monday, and they finished ordering/receiving 3 major parts, replacing them and repainting them, by Friday afternoon. According to their paper work it took 3 days to repair. The painting was of very high quality finish. They even went as far to notify me, that a damaged part I didnt recognize, was indeed damaged, and they offered to replace it. The final cost was far higher than the estimate given, but their priority was to give the car a high quality result.

I have had the pleasure of getting my car repaired at this location several times as well as my daughters car. The staff was fabulous, the service was excellent and quick. My experience with Mile One Collision Center- Parkville was outstanding. From the ladies at the front desk to the service men everyone was prompt, courteous and professional. My car was ready on the day they promise; when I went back to pick up my car and received my keys, I was even more impress. Not only did the staff continue their excellent customer service but my car looked nice, clean and smelled great. After relatives and friends seen the finish work of Mile One Collision Center- Parkville, it was unbelievable that I was even in an accident... every dent, scratch, paint discoloration was no longer on my car. I purchased my truck from Jeep so I always like to go back there to have My vehicle services. My car was towed to this location on June 14th because an impaired driver hit my parked truck. My insurance company told me not to go here because they will not guarantee the work. I had to claims in each one needing two weeks to be repaired. After 60 days of my car not being completed, my insurance company refused to cover my rental. I have made countless calls and personal visits to see why my vehicle is not ready, to no avail. Admittedly, my insurance company held them up for about at most three weeks but I cant even begin to understand why am going into the third month without my truck. When I last went there demanding answers, the shop manager explained that because my car was towed in, it had other vehicles in front of it for months out. As a loyal customer, I wish they had communicated this upfront so that I could have sent it to another collision center. That way I would be driving my new to me truck instead of this long post. Last Friday August 26th is when it was supposed to be done. As of today, August 29th I havent heard a word from anyone regarding an update or delay. This is so not okay on so many different levels...SMDH.

Worse experience ever. Was sent to this body shop by my insurance company. They repaired the damage from the accident but broke the door handle on one of my doors. They refused to accept responsibility for the damage and was extremely rude, unprofessional and unethical.Additionally, the door they did repair has electrical malfunctions that it did not have even after the accident. If you have a choice...take your business to another body shop/collision center.

Very bad experience. I had my car to repair 2 damages in the bumper, i used my insurance, but the shop never told me that only one of the damages would be covered by the insurance, because the other was a prior damage, i discovered this until i went to pick my car. Plus the customer service were rude, and blaming me for the misunderstanding/miscommunication that they clear have! My worst experience so far with any body shop ever, avoid it.
