I used this auto body shop when my daughter got into an accident. I live in another state and am so glad I chose this shop. They took care of everything. They arranged to get the car towed to their shop, did a phenomenal job fixing the car and gave it back cleaner than when they originally got it. They are professional, courteous and deserve 10 stars. Did not get any service done here, but when I ordered my meal at a nearby restaurant I was advised that they are covering the meal cost for all first responders as a courtesy. An awesome gesture when getting a meal after a long day at work where I missed my lunch. I will certainly consider their business next time I am in need of auto body services. Sounds like an awesome local business!

When I tell you some of the best customer service and pricing in the business! Please believe it. I went in to get my bumper fixed and realigned. Not only did Todd provide excellent service, he ordered the parts and got it fixed that day!! Unbelievable right!? Job was well done and excellent price! Ive used TJs twice now and both experiences have been pleasant. What a lot of people need to understand is that these body shops are very busy, and just because you might have to wait a little long to get in, or they seem a little busy at the front, doesnt mean they arent good. Ive had two repairs done by them and their work is outstanding - the staff is thorough and professional, and you can tell theyve been at this a long time. Id recommend them to anyone.

They did an excellent job on repairing a rather large dent on our car’s front fender and bumper. They were quick, friendly, and reasonably priced.Others gave them strong recommendations when we were seeking a body shop. I’m glad we listened.Definitely keep them in mind when seeking body work.

Terrible customer service from the lady at the front desk. My husband had called up and inquired about getting an estimate on an easy cash self pay fix for a scratched body molding on our S4 Audi and they said we could come in on Wednesdays for a free estimate. I walked in and simply relayed what my husband had told me from calling there before and the lady near jumped down my throat telling me my husbands an idiot essentially because no one at that shop would say that and that they close at 1pm (I went at 10am) so theres no way they could do it today with another customer in front. I told we didnt need it fixed today we were just coming for a very simple estimate and she still insinuated my husband was wrong and they cant do it. Thankfully there was a nice repair man there who said hed look at it to only find out they dont work on Audis. Never would recommend this place simply on terrible front end customer service. Cant speak for their work but theyd never get our money just based on first impressions. My suggestion, get a nicer customer service person at the front if you want to save face for your business.

Amazing Customer Service and Excellent Quality of Work. Since they are in such demand you need to schedule your visit with them in advance. Ive used them on two separate occasions and would recommend them to anyone.

I cannot recommend this shop enough. Very friendly and professional Ma and Pa type of body shop.I was on vacation when my car needed to go into the shop due to someone hitting my parked vehicle. I was having issues with the tow company. Recognizing that the tow company was terrible, the shop went to my house, fixed the vehicle enough to drive to the shop, and started working on it days before the tow company would have gotten the vehicle to them.

My family and I have used TJs in the past for body work and were happy. My husband took our car to their shop to get an estimate for repairs from an accident and the rude lady at the front desk told my husband that it would cost $25 dollars for an estimate. I had just called their shop not an hour before and nobody said anything about a cost for an estimate. She stated that she would have to pull someone off the floor to give an estimate. My husband told her that he had received another estimate from another shop. She then told my husband to give her the paperwork from the other shop and she would put it in their computer. If thats how TJs does business no thanks!!! I will glady give you a bad review and make sure nobody I know ever uses your company again!!!

Don is my moms neighbor and my car was parked in front of her house and someone drove by and knocked the mirror off my car. The jerk didnt even stop. Don came out got the information off my car so he can go ahead and order a new one for me. He even came over and put a replacement piece of glass on to help me get by until it is fixed. Would never take my car anywhere else....
