Maryland Collision Center came highly recommended to me from a friend and they did not disappoint. Getting into an accident is never fun, but MCC made the best of this experience as they truly care and want to help out their customers. Having never been in an accident before, they assisted me throughout the entire process and expedited all of the required material so I wasn’t without a car for an extended period of time. Highly recommend!

I went there to get an estimate on my car damage locate on the front bumper(coming out of place). a guy named Craig came and look at it and he push the bumper back into place make it looks almost perfect. He told me not to worry that the bumper was not going to fall down and if i decided to replace in the future i should bring the car back. they did not charge me anything for what he did and i really appreciated his honesty and kindness.I will recomend this place to anybody.

They do fantastic work. I take all my body work to them. You get what you pay for, with that being said if the body work I had done wasnt paid for by insurance I probably wouldnt have had it done. They dont cut corners and the estimates they give prove that. They are thorough and detailed with all their work. I had a customer vehicle and instead of just going to the factory to replace a part they located the custom shop and got a custom replacement. I appreciate that attention to detail. That type of thing maintains the value of the vehicle. If you want that in a body shot give them a call.

My car was hit while parked outside my house. Maryland Collision Center made the entire process super easy. They even have a tow company there that picked up my car quickly. The repairs were completed in a timely manner and the quality was excellent. I highly recommend these guys

Today was a good day, but it didnt start out that way, I was having a situation with my 2018 Rogue rear bumper, went to Bob Bells Boby & Collision Shop on Eastern Blvd, it was the worst experience ever at 8am.But on my way home my husband said lets go to Maryland Collison Center and from the minute I walked in the door and meant a kind young man by the name of Ian Tormollan, what a wonderful personality and his expertise, I will be telling everyone at my IanTormollan oh yes Ian I will be ordering my new bumper from you guys.Thanks For Your Wonderful Service Ian

I brought my Jeep Wrangler in for service after being rear ended several months ago. I had damage to the rear bumper and the 5th wheel carrier and further damage behind the bumper. The team did a great job, communicated updates as needed and even detailed the vehicle prior to pick up. Really happy with these guys! I’ll be back!

Exceeded my expectations and they shampooed my car seats and really cleaned up my otherwise embarrassingly dirty car. I was surprised and delighted.

Had my bumper replaced here. Price was in line with other estimates I received. My car was done in a day. It was washed and vacuumed. Ian handled the estimate and paperwork with ease. This place is busy.

Performed a collision repair for me a few months ago. Did everything fast and to spec.

I feel like the shop rushed to complete my car in the 3 weeks that they promised my insurance company and myself. On Friday December,21st I picked my vehicle up around lunch time and by dinner time my car was smoking and over heating on my way to work. I called the shop on the side of the road & they asked if I could have it towed to them then finally agreed to have their guy come tow my car there. I am forced to wait till Wednesday for a update on my car because the shop has yet to reach out to me personally. Today is Christmas eve and I have no way to see my family because my rental is returned and they are all full.This is a nightmare & I just want it to be over.

I HIGHLY recommend Maryland Collision Center! My car was hit by another driver and needed quite a bit of work. My car was gone for about a month but they always kept me in the loop with calls! Everyone there is SOOOO nice and knowledgeable! This is the second time I have needed their services and I will always be going to them! 5 stars!

Amazing service. Got into an accident coming from New York. We wanted to get home as soon as possible. They were really honest and considerate people being that were from a different state and we were already having a difficult time. Definitely recommend!!!

Don’t get swindled by this place. Get your car repaired somewhere else. They disabled systems in my car and just left them disabled. They didn’t know how to turn them back. I wasn’t told about these new problems; I had to find them out on my own. So now my car is at the dealership where I should of went to begin with.

Had my wifes Nissan Rogue repaired here. They were very polite, and called us to ask if we wanted a part replaced or not because it wasnt really needed.. instead of just doing it. So it saved us some cash. Very pleased with the paint too, matched perfectly!

The guys at Maryland Collision Center are knowledgeable, courteous, quick and efficient. My car is always ready when it’s supposed to be and looks brand new when I pick it up. Highly Recommended!

Craig and Dale were so helpful when my car was wrecked. They put my front bumper back on for free instead of trying to rip me off!! I didn’t need it to be perfect just functional and that’s exactly what they gave me. Thanks MCC

I did not like this place. I had to come here to get an insurance estimate. I walked up to the counter told them I had an appointment. The guy grunted at me and walked away.😕 I sat down and waited .... and waited all the while listening to them sitting around yucking it up. Got up, called someone over asked if I should come another time. Got a naw come with me. He took some pictures. When he found out I didnt want them to do the work he began a loud rant about how they were the best of the best. I was so creeped I just got out of there.

Craig and Shane went above and beyond to take care of me when someone ran a red light and totaled my CRV. They stayed on top of Erie insurance when they were trying to say it was MY fault, and got everything taken care of! Highly recommended!

Working with Maryland Collision was a unique pleasure in that we had to bring our vehicles in for autobody work and the outcome every single time over many years has been A+. The service was excellent, the follow-up is on-point, workmanship is clearly very skilled and the team is very nice. My wife and I are glad to have a contact like this when we need them. Hopefully not too much in the future (haha). However, when going through an accident it really helps to know that a well-skilled shop like this exists. Finally, a friendly and ethical body shop!!After my car was hit by another driver, I was referred by my insurance company to a body shop that kept my car for almost three months, only to deliver it in an unsafe driving condition (!) and, I later found out, charged my insurance company for work and parts that were not performed or used.My Volvo mechanic referred me to Craig at the Parkville Maryland Collision Center and wow, what another world they have going on over there. Friendly, knowledgable and ethical. They cleaned up the mess the other shop left behind on time and at a fair price.I could not be happier. I never write reviews but I sought this site out because these guys deserve the acknowledgement. Thanks, Craig and MCC - if I ever need body work again, theres no doubt that I will be back.

I had the worst experience today I have ever had at a body shop. I had a delightful experience previously when the father was there at Mudgetts/Maryland Collision Center. He was accurate, accommodating & professional. Although my car was towed to this shop on the 18th of October and it took a few days for the insurance adjuster to approve the repairs, I am just getting my car back. The timing was a little long I was bothered by the fact that I was told my car supposed to be ready weeks ago when I arrived it was not ready because when I arrived to pick it up it was dusty, the widow auto feature was not working correctly & one of the doors lock was sank in. There were many other items that was broken that was in clear view. When I spoke with Shane he told me he did me a favor by not using used parks and he had no time to discuss the poor service I was provided. If you go to this place be sure to check your repairs, be prepared to get poor service & rudeness from Shane the owner.
