The salesman was great and took care of us but no real price break on the mattress purchase or even any sheets thrown in or pillows offered but we did get a frame thats adjustable. I dont know why but I thought we could take it home with us but he assured me if we wanted to drive for a few miles we could go get it ourselves, or wait for 2 days for delivery. The overall experience was okay but it did not make me super excited about coming back for another one. Free pillows and sheets will help. How do you know until you try.

I kept wondering why would the delivery guy assigned kept getting the wrong SKU number and was at my doorstep. I had to make a phone call and email to sort this mess.

Excellent customer service. Today we went in determined to find a new mattress. We were just looking for a firm simple mattress and walked out purchasing a Temperpedic with adjustable base board. My experience at Mattress Firm on Fairmont was amazing! Courtney really took care of us. He took the time in investigating our preference and sleeping habits. I felt confident about my purchase and I would mostly definitely recommend him for future costumers!

My wife and I went in to buy a mattress for our guest room and a mattress for her brother. We werent 100% certain if we wanted a new mattress for our guest room or for our room and just move ours into the guest room. My wife explained everything to Courtney and he took everything she had to say and asked some more questions to get us the mattress we wanted. We liked the presentation and how he explained everything about how we sleep and the way it effects us medically. We decided to upgrade our mattress instead and will be returning to work with Courtney again next year when we need to get our new king size mattress. He was able to get us out the door with our new mattress and my brother in laws mattress with 0 down and 0% interest for the first 12 months. He made shopping for a mattress very easy and we were very pleased with his customer service and information.

Demetris was a Great help! Easy to deal with not real pushy like most places. When he didnt have an answer to my million and one questions he looked it up with just guessing. In and out in about 20 minutes or so with exactly what we were looking for not what he thought we should get. Will definitely recommend him to friends.Now on the price side it was a tad more expensive than I was expecting and while I did get a great deal and was pleased in the end just think beds shouldnt be so darn expensive.

My husband and I just went out to compare mattresses with the intention of comparison shopping at a couple of stores. We had no intention of purchasing at that time. Our intentions were to start in Webster at another mattress company (we had 3 we wanted to visit) and work our way back towards home. We stopped at Mattress Firm first because it happened to be next to a place we ate, so why come back to where you already are.. We really were expecting sales pitches and high pressure to purchase today, follow you like a hawk, rush you off to the next mattress, show you more than what you really wanted to see (you start to confuse them as youve seen way to many) then move you out or leave you permanently, if you didnt decide now because of other customers waiting, as we walked in the door. We were greeted by 2 sales ladies who welcomed us in, asked us what we were looking for and told us they would be with us shortly as they both were with other customers at that moment. We kind of looked at a few, as we semi knew what we wanted, but wanted more information and wanted a test before we settled on a specific one. Ms. Darla was our lady! She listened to what our concerns were of what we have and what we wanted and didnt want, even on our sleep habits and pillows. She immediately went and got a couple of pillows (to fit how we sleep and they were sanitized) for us to carry around to each bed we went to. 1st off, she nailed it with the pillows!!! She explained the ins and outs of the mattresses, how they are made and what they were made off. She explained why each mattress had its pros and cons. Ms. Darla would leave us to lay there for as long as we wanted to toss, turn, relax and talk about how we liked/disliked that particular bed with each other. If there was another shopper in the store, she would greet them, and as were were laying and relaxing, she would walk over to them and get them started on what they were looking for. She did not pressure us one bit!!! Gave us time to talk and move around. We stayed between 3 beds that we liked and kept going back and forth for another try. No matter what question we had, Ms. Darla answered it, even if it wasnt something we wanted to hear. We really had no intentions to buy then and there. We HAD other stores to go to, as this wasnt our first experience in buying mattresses. You shop around different stores, we searched online, we looked at reviews of mattresses, and see who has the best deals. I even had my notes with us and compared them to what she was telling us. We were honest with her up front about that, too. Weve been married over 30 years and I can tell you weve purchased many mattresses. We have never had an experience like we had with Ms. Darla. She told us dont look at the prices, Ive got a deal we can work with. She didnt say if you leave now, I cant give you the offer or sale. She just said nicely The sale goes off Tuesday and Im off the next 2 days, but anyone here can help you if you come back. Needless to say our new mattress and adjustable frame will be in tomorrow!!!! I would highly recommend you start your search here at the Pasadena store on Fairmont and ask for Ms. Darla! Yes, the others can do the same, but we just seem to have a lady who fit our personalities perfectly. If we ever need to replace a mattress on any of our other beds, Mattress Firm and Ms. Darla will be where we go.

After NOT being SATISFIED with 2 mattresses that the salesman kept REASSURING and PRESSURING would work for me, I was denied a refund of over TWO THOUSAND DOLLARS! Then, the salesman thought less of the situation and joked, ”We could sell you a pillow top for your mattress for $100.” I’m NOT happy with this situation at all and now I CANT GET A GOOD NIGHT SLEEP with this HORRIBLE mattress I am now STUCK WITH! If I can give this review zero stars I would!

I love this store. I have bought 5 mattresses from them over the past 10 years and it is always an easy experience. They dont pressure you to buy more than you can afford or upgrade to more expensive products just to make sales.I ask a million questions and roll all over every mattress in the store for hours and they never get aggravated or try to hurry me along. I almost always deal with Demetrius and he is so nice and friendly, that I usually ask for him when I go back. They dont necessarily have rock bottom prices that you cant find anywhere- they seem to be pretty on par with other mattress places, but they usually do give me a slightly better deal that, coupled with great service, keeps me loyal to this particular store.

Mr. Lake did a phenomenal job helping us find the right mattress for the right price. He provided exceptional customer service by answering all of our questions and concerns. I spoke with Ryan on Monday, 5/18/2020, he was very congenial and helpful. I explained what I was looking for and he told me that there was none in stock but they were on order and they would be in on Thursday 5/21/2020.Ryan said he would send me an email where I could pay for the merchandise to hold it. The email was self explanatory and easy to follow.My experience was very satisfactory.

Went to the store on Fairmont Parkway in Pasadena and the salesman Demetrius showed us a mattress to replace the defective mattress that Mattress Firm sold us in July 2020. Was charged a upgrade fee that I said I would pay for but then wanted to and did charge me for a second delivery fee to deliver and haul away their defective mattress claiming that’s all he could do. Well I told him I would NEVER AGAIN BUY FROM MATTRESS FIRM AGAIN. Then had to wait almost 30 minutes to get a receipt for the transaction. Get home and pulled my credit card purchases from the bank. WAS CHARGED TWICE!. Now I have to dispute the charges with their store and bank in the morning when they re-open. My advise to everyone is to take your hard earned money elsewhere if you need a mattress or bed. I’m not a happy customer with them.

It has been a nightmare ordering from Mattress firm. We ordered online and our sales rep Michael Soto gave us a delivery date. Date kept getting pushed back until it had been two months and still no mattress. We cancelled the order but mattress firm didn’t notify the credit card company that the order had been cancelled.So we are still being charged for a mattress we don’t even have. An online rep is never available the 1800 on the website is not working. We went to the store and they tell us that they can’t do anything because it was an online sell. And that we should keep trying online but that everyone is working remotely so it’s hard to get an agent on the chat. So what do we do? Keep paying for a product that was never given to us?

Customer service offered by one of sales rep was amazing she took her time and explained everything about our selection and gave us everything we ask for. She took her time and had lots of patience.
