Worst place to buy a car. They sent car to be inspected before we left with it. Well so much for a legit inspection. Come to find out there were no headlights at all. They had been stripped out, horn didnt work. Had wrong size battery in it. And they told us nothing about it. Just let us leave with it like that. Car will not stay running. The cars they sell are flood cars, repos,or whatever they can get their hands on. They do not inspect the cars to make sure nothing is wrong with them. They get them and throw them out to be sold. Please be cautious if you go here

The people are super friend even with it being tax season, he was apologetic for the expected wait and made it a point to acknowledge that we were waiting... I watched him complete 4 transactions while we waited and David is a great sales person to handle all these clients and will do his best to make sure you drive off in a great vehicle with a smile on his face...

After being a long time customer with these guys, they decided to pick my car up. Yes I was two months behind, but could have paid that to them the next day. Oh now they want a repo fee as well. Sounds like a shady business if you ask me...doesn’t look like they want to keep their customers, just make some money off them and screw them!

I bought a truck from this place, and about 8 months later the transmission went out. I called and spoke to Gary, and he actually went out of the way to finance me a rebuilt transmission! If it wasnt for him doing that I would have had to let the truck go including 3k down and 8 months of payments! I recommend this place

Bought SUV about 6 months ago. Still runs great. We were hesitant at first on buying. After purchasing it would not start the next day. They gladly towed it back and fixed, at no charge to us. Have not had a problem since. Would recommend this place.

Saw a post on facebook marketplace with my truck in it while it was already sold to me not by this place. They posted it twice when i told them it was already sold and at my house right now! I dont know why they want to post pictures of sold vehicles already just so they can tell you that they have something else instead that you can buy! Even the miles they put on the post were not the original miles!! Scamm!

This has to be the worst car lot in the Houston area!! My husband and I walk in there to do business with them because they repoed his car for some crazy $600 charge they came up with after he put down a $1500 down payment. So we get the right amount of money to give them to get the car back which was the $600 and $300 car note. So all together we had $900 to get the car back in our possession. We get there and we end up having to talk to some guy named Jordan, but if you look around some dude has the confederate flag posted on his desk as soon as we walk in the door, so we walk to the back to Jordan desk and this man had a statue of a figure with a rifle pointing outward on his desk...wait thats not all I look at the things on his desk, I see a huge opened pocket knife just sitting freely by his keyboard where everyone can see...WHAT TYPE OF ESTABLISHMENT IS THIS!!! HOW UNPROFESSIONAL AND INSULTING. So my husband begin to talk to him saying had the money ($900) and this guy says, your balance is $1469 to get the full car back!!!! So we figure out the the towing company (his friend, which he stated) charged him $500 to tow a car!!!! Thats purely trying to get over on someone!! Ive never heard of a towing fee of $500!! Thats absurd!!! So my husband asked so your going to try and get over on me like that and then Jordan gets even ruder, saying how about you pay the total car off and get out my office. Remind you this came from out the blue. He started yelling, being belligerent (knife still sitting on desk by his hand) with us when we simply was trying to work something out...Now my husband has them sitting on his credit for them wanting to get over on him!!! Why would we pay another down payment to get our car back!!! These people are nuts!!! BEWARE DO NOT GO HERE!!!! Im thinking about call the better business bureau on there asses!!! They need to be shut completely down!!!

This place is full of thieves. After a heart attack i fell behind on my notes. My vehicle was repossessed and i was fine with that. when i went to get my belongings out of the truck things went bad fast. Most of my belonging had been stolen by employees of the lot. They were aggressive and police had to be called. Dont buy here!The lot refused to replace the items stolen and I am currently seeking legal council

Keep your receipts, they say you haven’t paid and then they tow your car and make you pay for the towing and then get the car back and resell it AFTER you have paid a good amount on it and have done numerous repairs. My car came with a golf cart battery. However I didn’t trade it in because I had invested enough money and I knew they wanted me to give it back so they can sell it again and make more money. Look the other way

I wish I could leave a review with no stars whatsoever. Buying a car from here started off nice, until after 2 weeks and I have had to put about as much money into repairs as we paid for the car. Now I understand buying used cars off of lots are always a risk, but the risk my family has been put in does not compare nor make it acceptable. I would never buy from this place and I would never refer this poor excuse of a business to anyone including my worst enemy.

Unfortunately, I had to come again to pay my sons car note... its been 2 months and the treatment is worse. I walk in and no one says one word. I sit down after a moment and finally, the blonde guy to the right says, matter-of-factly, okay. I told him that Im here to make a payment for my son. He points to the rude, dark-haired big dude in the back. I explain that Im not in any mode for him to disrespect me again. Neither guy in the front offered any help...I left. I told my son to not ask me to ever help him get his payments in on time. These people are unprofessional!
