I bought a used BMW a few months ago. They were not upfront with issues the car had such as the break pads being extremely warn. They told us that buying from them was the same as buying from BMW which was not true. Buying a used vehicle from them voids my entire service warranty. My gas tank did not open and I had to get that repaired as well. After the paperwork was signed, my family member went to pick up the car the next day where they only gave him one key and told him they only had one hey to give. I now have to spend another $400 buying a spare.

Brian the Service Manager was as personable, professional and helpful as any customer could hope to encounter.And he dresses as if he were attending the Kentucky Derby.Armando was also a real plus as he explained the situation with photos and a thorough breakdown of my engine leak and what it might mean .And of course the mechanic Roy of Lebanon was quickly brought into the problem and made the temporary adjustments to let me get on my way.A first class operation at Rusnak

After some confusion ordering parts, they rushed to finish work for me so they definitely made the effort and cared about my customer satisfaction. On a 2012 xf I was able to do some stuff with other mechanics yet for certain things it was just simpler to go to them, the workers are friendly, and the manager was super helpful

I think Rusnak has some problems with detail. I would bring my car in 3x to fix a problem with it not charging if you locked the car. Had to take videos to prove, I would always get my car back not fixed and not cleaned. Finally I found Eden she was so helpful and understanding of my problem and fixed it as well as a problem with the windshield. Eden does her job over the top. Kyle was also very helpful and happy to see me. People should be recognized for doing a good job. I can’t give Rusnak itself 5 stars but I would give her 5 stars

Service was solid. F/U great while car was in service. Had an issue with my hatch and they sent my car to the body to be fixed (no cost). Eden was great. My only note is that the car was not really cleaned and it seemed like the air filter should have been replaced.

I have taken my car here for service a few times and I have to say that their customer service is excellent. Eden has taken care of me with the exception of this past visit in which Sandra helped me. Both are very nice and friendly. If you need your vehicle serviced I definitely would recommend you have it done here.

I have gone in several times for maintenance and other items regarding our vehicle. The most recent time, I was helped out by Sandra Navarro. She was extremely professional and attended to our needs, making sure our time at Jaguar was spent efficiently. I have a new Jaguar XF (less than a year old) and a service required light has been illuminated. Contacted Pasadena Jaguar to schedule a service. The day before the appointment the coolant light also comes on, which is perfect timing since I have the service appointment. At the appointment was told that since the mileage is under 16,000 (it was just past 10,000) they dont need to do any service to the vehicle but will add coolant since that came on. The service required message still shows up every time I start the car and I am told that I should wait until the service is completed.Service manager Eden Esparza has been unhelpful in resolving this matter in a manner that would befit the Jaguar brand. As a luxury vehicle I expect more out of its performance and personnel - including gadgets that properly announce maintenance or service when said components scream for them. Ive never had this situation happen with BMW or Mercedes service.So, lets get some service scheduled. Because it seems wild that anyone should have this message showing up for another 6-8 months in a car that is at most 7 months old. I called at 1pm today (4/28) and was told I could expect a reply since they were behind - that did not happen.---Called back April 30 2020 at 9:38am and finally connected with the service department. After a few minutes rehashing the above facts - service should occur this afternoon between 1pm-5pm when someone will take my car in. It seems that the appointment window is rather tentative (like an ISP company) - so Ill update once complete.Apparently the computer can be reset and Ill just need to remember to get my car serviced in Sept or 16K since the car now wont tell me. Im going on a limb but its still the dealers responsibility to contact me at a year for service so I dont see the issue. Service rep I spoke to was Eden - and very not impressed with her interpersonal customer service skills.

Went there to have rework done from Cerritos Jaguar. They did not do the proper updates causing issues with my car. Took my car to Eden at Rusnak Jaguar, she informed me of the concerns causing the problem and took care of it ! Eden provides remarkable service, goes above and beyond expectations!

The actual service on the car was great, as usual! However, I had trouble contacting the service staff. I called the service department five times between 2 and 3 pm and got no answer. When I finally was able to leave a message, my message hadnt been listened to over an hour later.

Put it simply I was received as a frequent guest in a 5-star hotel. I was welcome with everything prepared for the the service, including a loaner car was ready when my insurance & ID were reviewed

Sandra was my service representative and she was truly amazing. Amazing might even be an understatement. I was scheduled for a late morning appointment and needed my car back within a few hours as I had errands to run. It would have been impossible because my car had a long list of stuff to complete. She was able to move my appointment to an earlier time in the morning and complete all of my car’s repair tasks by the time I needed the car back. I also had a few additional requests that she took care of me with the most sweetest of attitudes. She also followed up with me regularly throughout the day even when she was at her lunch break to make sure I will be getting my car back on time. Sandra is what every person in the customer service industry should be like.

Rusnak is a car dealership with a heart! Their service department is fabulous and my family relies on Eden for her outstanding service. Joanna the so called financial manager from this place has the worst customer service ever! She walked in, barely introduced herself, no people skills and was just plain RUDE! She should know what kind of people shes dealing with. Worst experience ever! Jaguar you need to be careful with who you hire because people like Joanna are not good for your business. Because of people like her you lost a good client.

I walked in recently to the Rusnak dealer as I was doing a bit of window shopping. There was a gorgeous Jaguar F-Space British Racing Green in the lot. After admiring the the vehicle Dominic - Sales Consultant approached us to see if we needed any help. First off, Pasadena Rusnak dealer did practice covid safety and everyone were wearing masks. From start to finish everyone was very friendly and made us feel very welcomed. The overall experience was extremely welcomed and later drove off with the Jaguar F-Space. Have owned 4 jaguars and I really appreciate Eden, my service manage. She is the epitome of honesty, thoroughness and hand holding. We’ve recently moved and commute 2 hours to each way to have Eden’s crew do the work in my car. Simply the best.

Impressed with the ease of making service appointment, being met immediately upon arrival, shown to comfortable waiting room, service advisor was constantly in touch, and the speed with which the service was completed (about an hour for an annual service appointment). Car was washed and partially vacuumed which was nice. I have only encountered excellent customer service in all aspects of Rusnak Jaguar.

Quick in quick out for a calibration adjustment. Appt. time was honored, Eden is great and efficient and she follows through, Same old parking scrum however. I thought the remodel was going to fix that. It is a waste of manager time to turn them into parking lot attendants.

Drove a long way from Orange County to Rusnak Pasadena last weekend to purchase a XF and it was worth it. The sale person Eduardo took us to a fun test drive and during the whole transaction he was very helpful and friendly. He explained everything to make us feel comfortable. The finance lady Johanna was also very helpful to offer flexible solutions to let us take the car right the way. She offered a tire and wheel package at a reasonable price too. I had two Mercedes before but now jaguar seems to be a great choice. Overall the experience was smooth and easy. Thank you!

Visited here recently to check out the new all-electric I-Pace. The sales staff were friendly and helpful, and particularly accommodating as my wife and kids were climbing in and out of the car repeatedly to check out the size and seat comfort. Taking off one star because I felt I still knew more about the details of the car from doing a moderate amount of online research than the salespeople knew.

Rusnak greeted me by my name and took care of my car....after experiencing a dealership that treated you as a number. With my problem fixed Rusnak contacted me as promised and I was able to pick-up my car that same day. My problem with my car...it need to have its water pump replaced, which ran my radiator fan run at full speed during normal engine running temperature. So my repair could have been easy to have done in a day...so I may have been fortunate.I would highly recommend dealership for your repairs on our Jaguar.
