Don’t waste your money here! I told the salesman I needed a soft mattress, tried a couple and bought the one he recommended. It got delivered the next day and I called and requested to return it. It was rock hard, but he assured me that it was brand new out of the factory, give it 3 weeks. Not only did it not soften up, at all, it got a dip in the middle of the mattress. Within 3 weeks! I called to let them know I wanted to return it because I couldn’t use it, and they have to send the truck to pick it up, costs $99 and 10% restock fee. Long story short, the truck took a week before they had time to get it, it had a spot of dirt on it by the time they came from sitting in the garage, they refused to take it back, now I’m out $700. Should have just bought a mattress out of a box at Walmart!

Our mattress was 7 years old. It was dipped in the middle and it was causing back pain. We would have loved to buy a Purple but truly didnt want to spend that much money. After Ms. Cheryl had us test out a couple of mattresses and looking at the prices I was convinced there was no way wed be able to stay with our budget of about $500. And I thought you had to have box springs. I told Cheryl that and she was great. She worked to find a king size memory foam mattress that was on a great sale and they were running a promo for a free adjustable base. We didnt pay for delivery so the final bill was $533.93. This turned out to be a great shopping experience.

The staff was helpful and accommodating. My girlfriend and I tested out many mattresses, many times, for at least an hour or more. We decided on one and had it delivered. The delivery crew was polite and professional.However, I found that my mattress didn’t seem right. It had some waves in it. I figured “perhaps that’s from shipping and it’ll settle out.” Unfortunately, it didn’t.I gave it over two months, and finally called the store. I explained that I believe I got a defective mattress, and sent a few pictures, and in no time I was scheduled to have a replacement delivered (called on Thursday- replacement scheduled for Monday).I’m hoping the new mattress will be as comfortable as the one we tested in the store. If not, I have faith in the manager at this branch to assist in doing an exchange for another model. Although I haven’t been completely pleased with the comfort of the mattress I originally received, I’m quite happy with the way they have handled my particular case.

I went to Mattress Firm in Peachtree City, Ga. to purchase a mattress for my new adjustable bed base I’d already purchased. The salesman Michael Beck was awesome. Dont believe their promises that you can return this mattress if you do they charge you fees both for returning the mattress and then for bringing you the new one. They promise you everything 120 days no worries exchange it if you dont like it with no problem all you do is pay the difference. that is not true they are going to charge you fees if you are not satisfied with the mattress

The professional representatives at this location are very knowledgeable about all mattresses in the store. They listened and knew exactly where to guide me as a slide sleeper. I visited this location multiple times and was given the attention and care I needed to make a decision . No aggressive salesman just informative information . I previously convinced myself that I had to get a firm mattress but my final decision was the opposite. They honored my online coupon and their prices are very competitive, actually lower for the mattress I chose. I chose a hybrid Beautyrest and cant wait for it to be delivered. Not happy! Had a wonderful experience in the store, we were so excited to get our first brand new mattress and it’s been nothing but disappointment ever since!! Sales rep has been unprofessional with my fiancé since we left the store. We first were told our mattress would be delivered on the 2nd. Then when the 2nd rolled around, he was told it wouldn’t be here until the 7th. NO explanation for the 5 day delay! Now it’s the 7th and he was told this morning that it will be tomorrow the 8th...what is going on?! We will not be making future purchases from Mattress Firm because this has felt very shady. Act like you’re our best friend in the store and then are unprofessional and false information after the transaction is completed. smh
