I went in to purchase a new pillow. The staff was extremely helpful. Unfortunately, I can’t remember the name of the woman who assisted me, but she asked me all sorts of questions about how I sleep and the. Had me to lie down (they had protective covers for the pillows). She then proceeded to bring me about a half-a-dozen pillows for me to try. Awesome experience. I now have a pillow that I love and getting some much needed rest!

I spoke to a male associate on the phone early in the day who assured me that a firm TEMPUR-pedic pillow was available to try in store. He was very friendly and encouraged me to come in later in the day. By the time I ran my Saturday errands and arrived at the store, I was helped by Aliyah. She was very friendly and knowledgeable about TEMPUR-pedic pillows in stock. She also sparked my interest in the TEMPUR-pedic mattresses and the weighted blankets. I made a purchase and will return to this location when I need to make another.

He is excellent at his job and worked vary hard to thoroughly explain to me how mattresses are built today to make them more comfortable, supportive and even manage body temperature! This helped me realize that mattresses are an important investment. Tyler eagerly showed me the best deals in the store, and I purchased a pair of great mattresses, an adjustable base (which you have to try!!), bed frame, mattress protectors; all with free delivery. My total savings was $2,285! Highly recommended!
