Lynn at the PTC store was absolutely wonderful! She answered all of our questions, was full of information/knowledgeable, and made the shopping experience great! We purchased an i8 and cant wait for delivery!
I had an absolutely worst delivery experience with Sleep Number. When buying this mattress, I was told that my old mattress and box-springs will be hauled away. The delivery person gave us a rude shock that there is a stain on the mattress and he will not be able to take it - he said he could only take the box-springs but the not the mattress. I understand that companies have rules and I respect that, but what I cannot understand is how can you not be transparent with your customers at the time of purchase. As the delivery person was installing the mattress, I spoke to multiple people at the delivery department and none of them gave me accurate information. When I called the store, they were totally surprised to know that they had such a rule. As I was trying to figure this issue out, the delivery person - who originally loaded my box-springs into his truck - decided to dump them back in my garage and left without notifying me. I had to engage another company to get these taken out and I had to pay them out of my pocket. This was such a horrible buying experience and an absolute waste of my time.

He found a way to accommodate all of our needs for our perfect Sleep Number bed, and made the purchasing process quick and easy! We are sooooo excited for our Sleep Number, and will refer any we know to Ron!

Now that I had my bed for a while, about a year- let me give a true review! After all the hype and excitement about getting a number bed, let me share with you how I feelabout it today.I wouldn’t buy another one, I definitely paid to much for it- a 360 SE. I don’t sleep any better then I did before I bought it, but again, this is just my review. Take it for what it’s worth (7G)It takes too long to configure to my preferred number which I keep changing cause I can’t get comfortable. The sheets the pillow and cases, anything related to this bed is over priced.I have a split king and I hate it. I feel like I’m on a single and my feet and arms are always sliding in the hole in the middle as I call it . So please let it soak in before you spend a chunk of money. I feel there’s better alternatives out there for a lot less money.I hope this helps. I hope I can save someone some headaches.Sleep well!
We had a great experience choosing our new Sleep Number bed. The staff were all very friendly and knowledgeable about their products. We didn’t feel pressured to buy anything and could have stayed longer to visit more (and perhaps take a nap on an extremely comfortable mattress).
The sales person Cory was a delight to work with. Knowledgeable but without pressure to sell.
Lynn explained all the features of several beds to us. She didn’t rush us or tried to talk us into anyone bed. She listened to what we were interested in and showed us what we might like. I would definitely recommend sleep number.

It was all presented good until the system shut down and the order couldnt be processed. Then 2 days later I get a call saying thanks for your order. I was then displeased to here that my bed wouldnt be delivered for 10 days!!! Just because their system went down! My lower back is hurting and I now have to wait ten days to sleep comfortably. You would think for all the money Im spending for my bed, they would have quicker delivery time. I went and looked for another mattress from another company. So I think Ill be canceling my order. I feel they should have let me know it takes ten days to get your order! Not good!!!

Friendly and well informed sales lady ( Tammy)...store was set up nice and clean...expensive merchandise with a lot of bells and whistles ...if the bed had wheels I think you could drive it to work...bought one ...what can I say?

I purchased two K2 beds from this location last month. After waiting almost two weeks for delivery (mattresses only) and paying $179 in freight, I received the wrong colors. Each bed has the option of denim (which has a dark red border) or lime. I ordered a full in denim and a queen in lime due to the bedding I already own. I received the opposite. I called the store directly and was pushed off to customer care. After waiting 30 minutes on hold, I explained the issue and was offered 2 free pillows. Did I mention that I bought TWO beds? When I was unsure of the kind I wanted, I was asked to do some research and the woman would call me back at 3pm. No call ever came. I called customer service again the following day and waited another 30 minutes on hold. After expressing my frustration, the rep made excuses for the agent who never returned my call. I finally got the pillows ordered (another week before I received them) and was told that the wait time on the phone is because they need more customer service reps. Anyone who knows how much these beds cost knows that Sleep Number can afford to hire more people. The beds are ok but poor customer service after the sale!
