Ok 100% worth going and checking this place out. We got our mattress over a year ago and its been fantastic. The showroom isnt flashy but whats there was excellent quality and the owner was able to answer all out very specific questions about what materials and springs went into the mattress. Im already planning to go back when we set up our guest room. Service and delivery was awesome as well they delivered up to north GA.

The owners of this business really do put customer satisfaction at the top of their list! We have purchased beds from them many times, and this time they bent over backwards to make sure I was happy. We went from a king size bed with a 3 inch store-bought topper on it, to twins on a king size platform. They had to pick up my mattress twice to try to get it soft enough, and the third time was perfection! They wouldnt give up! The fellows that make the mattresses, Brian and Ryan, are the best!

We love Verlo and their staff. We have purchased 5 mattresses from them including a custom they did for our 6’11” son. Plus a really cool Futon with its queen size mattress that our guests love to sleep on. Great customer service!

Great customer service, took the time to explain everything to us. No high pressure sales. All mattress stores should go to Verlo for a learning experience. The products are also great this will be our third mattress.

We love our Verlo mattress and have had it for about 15 years. Yes, so time for a new one! While driving up from southern Florida to our home in Tennessee and wanted to visit and perhaps buy a new mattress from this store. From the moment we walked in and spoke to the store owner we were... underwhelmed.Id be delighted to hear of a returning customer making a special trip to my Verlo store and showing interest in my high end mattresses! Instead, we received a blank stare, oh, he did say hi. Maybe he was busy with other customers but we were his only customers during our hour visit. We had lots of questions as I know technology can change over 15 years. He seemed very put out (mildly said) by us asking questions about the differences in mattress structures, nuances between models, technology advancements, etc. Heck, Im spending one-third of my life in bed so may as well get a good mattress! My wife asked him if he could show her some samples of the structure which meant hed have to be crowbarred away from the desk he was standing behind. He just stood there and pointed like a coach sending in plays from the sideline. Not once did he engage us like a business owner trying to earn repeat business. I think he just wanted us to leave. Maybe he was having a bad day. Im giving the Verlo mattress we have a 5, while giving this guy and his customer service a 1.

Big box stores are hurting them Amazon is hurting them with the mattress in a box and they cannot keep up with the pricing they are priced High. You can have a custom made mattress from them if needed which is the best part.
