If I could do less than a star I would. I truly would. I was assured several times -- at least five -- that they would be finished with a tie rod and control arm replacement that they themselves recommended. Wasnt finished that day but instead around eleven the next day. The problem continued to persist because of the tire they saw was a problem but didnt replace despite the $1400 I was already paying. When I went back despite after talking to this man and being assured a refund by the man I was told otherwise. Thus an argument ensued and when they finally managed to change my tire -- over an hour later -- the problem was fixed with no charge. So to sum it all up at this location they lie to you about times when it will be done and what they said to you about refunds and you have to have an attitude and basically go off on them for them to do what they promised. DO NOT GO TO THIS STORE!!!!!

This business was amazing to deal with. We were 8 hours away from home and needed a rare tire size for our car. Not only did this business have our tire size, they were able to locate an additional tire for us, change both tires, and get us back on the road within a very short amount of time. All staff were excellent and efficient!!

I tried to drop my car off to get an oil change and my tires rotated ( which I bought from here) but was told that they were not doing anything but selling tires this weekend and to come back next week. Then I was strongly reassured that this was all firestones and to not waste my time going to any of them.... come to find out, the other firestones didn’t know what I was talking about and could get to me today. I have been using this place for years but will no longer be using the pearl location!!

Well I had a 10 am appointment this morning. it is now 1:30pm. It was only a oil change and tire rotation and filer replace. The Firestone in Pearl Ms needs to be closed . This is not the first time for this to happen to me .At this Firestone.Really there has no rateing

I honestly don’t know if the staff is short handed or just don’t have the experience. The employees are nice and I can tell that they truly try to help. I’ve been giving them the benefit of the doubt over and over with my vehicle. I had new tires installed and a front end alinement done. It’s been a little under 2 months since this started. The front end wasn’t Alined correctly the first 2 times. I asked them to check and make sure that nothing under the front end needed to be replaced. They said everything was fine and that they had a new very experienced employee do the alinement for the 3rd time. Well everything seemed good for a couple weeks. Then I was following my wife home while she was driving the car and I noticed the car was tracking a little bit sideways going down the road. (The front end was kicked off to the left.) So that was a couple days ago been super busy and wasn’t able to just drop everything and go a full day without the car. Getting ready to go on vacation I go up there to see about getting it corrected and they were slammed and said they couldn’t get to it. So I asked if they could at least rotate my tires because they are starting to cup on the inside tread on both front tires. To keep from wearing those down any more before we go on this trip. (The truck is very drivable. It just isn’t correct and will cause my brand new tires to wear out very quickly) Anyways, rotating the tires is something that should take a shop like that 10 minutes. They wouldn’t do it. So after hearing all of these reasons and excuses getting thrown at me I just told them I needed a refund because it’s just getting to be a little much they told me “to come back next week to get a full refund”. That didn’t make any sense to me when I was already there but whatever. I’ve been patient and they couldn’t take 10 minutes to help me out by rotating my tires for me when they caused the problem in the first place. So now I have to pay someone else to do it.Also bought the extra protection for the tires and their alinement deal for a year.Hopefully they get things straightened out in there soon. I done business with them years ago and they were great with no problems but this time has not went so well. I probably will not do business with again.

Why is it that every firestone takes forever just to do an oil change. They told me it would be like 2 hours so I left and came back, still not done, came back at 6 and they had in bay and still waited another 30 45 minutes. So 12 to 645 to do an oil change. Ridiculous.

God has his way of showing his grace and letting his angels work. Waking up at 6:00 this morning worrying sick about my car, driving around during the hurricane. I got my kids up, afraid of leaving them home asleep, and drove around looking for a place to take my car in for service. I waited until Firestone opened. Thank you God for Grady and Jessica. They are both heaven sent. They will forever have a customer in me. I’m grateful and so very thankful for them on today. Thank you so very much for everything 💛🧸🖤🙏🏽

*****UPDATE*******5/26/19One month later to the day. The worst company I have ever had to deal with. Had someone from their claims department call me, and sent the info they requested. I have emailed her and her supervisor, and even tried to get in touch with corporate and can not get anyone to answer emails, calls, or a voicemail. Your company is a damn joke.Absolutely the worst service and professionalism I have seen. I dropped my truck off on 4-26-19 to this location at 5:30 pm to have some wheels and tires mounted and balanced. The guy asked if I was leaving it overnight? I told him I was and that I would be back to pick it up the following morning. I got a call from them advising that my truck was finished and I could pick it up. I went and picked it up and paid for it. I left and got out of the parking lot and noticed there was a massive dent in the right rear fender on my truck. I called the store and advised the manager of what I found and he asked me to return. As I am pulling into the parking lot the manager was coming out the door and as soon as I opened my door he advised me that dent was already there (due to an accident that I must have had) and that he wasn’t going to do anything about it. I advised him I would just call the police department and let them make a report, to which he replied “you do that, you do not want to mess with our lawyers.” The police department arrived on scene and his whole attitude changed. The officer even advised that my truck had not been in an accident. There is not a scratch on in or around the damaged area and there is no paint transferred or missing. There are two impressions that appear to be from someone’s knees (when they stood on the old tires to get the tires out of the back of the truck) that caved in the panel on my truck. This truck is a week old and this is what I get and the attitude that was given back instead of trying to be professional about this situation. I WILL NOT RETURN FOR ANY SERVICE FROM THEM. Also you may want to find another manager that is more professional.

Have been here with problems several times. I am from out of state and they have always worked to solve my problems or install my new tires and get me back on the road. Will go out of my way to use this shop.

Firestone Pearl is great all Firestones are pricey but their warranties are awesome you pay for what you get

Worst service. Waited 45 minutes to get my vehicle pulled in for an alignment with ONE other vehicle in the shop that wasnt in the alignment bay. Then after waiting 45 minutes I was told they couldnt do an alignment because I needed longer tie rod ends... Dont waste your time here. Very lazy work.

I had an appointment today at 1pm FREE OIL CHANGE per management due to me dropping my car off at 12pm and called near closing and my car was still not ready, get to the location today it’s close and will not open until 6/28/21. I’m not a happy customer! I’ll just pay for my oil change else where at this point!!!!!!

If you dont read any other reviews, please read this one! Took our 1995 Jeep YJ in for new tires. Picked up vehicle, drove home, my husband found a row of gouges on each rim. He is OCD about his jeep and has wiped down his rims every day. These marks were not on there before we had new tires put on. Took it back up there, and both employees already had an attitude before we got there ( l filled out that survey and let them know our problem) They said those marks were caused by running over curbs I tried to explain that we dont park ANYWHERE there are curbs, period. This is part time vehicle. We have never ever had it off road. Curbs would scuff them up not make gouges in them. When I suggested the machine they take tires off and put them on, they stated it was PLASTIC. We left there and I called back for their district managers name and phone # and he would not give it to me. Told me to call Bridgestone. I tried explaining that my husband knows his vehicle and that he doesnt drive up on curbs or park next to curbs. He said I dont have to take phone abuse and hung up on me. What???? Phone abuse because I was disputing what they said. Husband said no telling how many people they have done this to. I am filing a complaint with BBB here, wish I could initiate a class action lawsuit. See attached picture. These are not scuff marks, these are gouges. They also said there was oxidation on the marks but that was some kind of substance that was like soap of some kind. It could be wiped off!!

This Firestone in Pearl on RT 80 is first class. I stopped taking my Genesis to Wilson Hyundai last year because of the absolute poor customer service and mechanical service my car and I received. Since being a customer at Firestone I have sent family and friends there and Jimmy and Philip have provided first class treatment. Grady has worked on my car multiple times and they continue to treat me as if Im their only customer. From simple routine maintenance, to troubleshooting engine issues, I stand by my review that this Firestone location is second to none in the area.

Horrible, wouldnt recommend it to my worst enemy. Asked for a tune up, too busy (3 people inside). Called, same person told me okay and put me on hold, few minutes later she was too busy again and got my info to call me back..still waiting on that call lol..Find somewhere else to go!

Never had a problem until today. They told me put a new distributor on however I found out it was a used one from the parts store. Part store price $242, same part from the same store $479 in their system. Very disappointed.

Saw a bad rating here, but my experience after two services has been great. A simple oil change and an alignment / new set of tires. The counter guys treat you with respect, and so far anyway the work has kept my car in good shape.

My husband dropped my car off late Saturday afternoon because the air wasnt working. They were suppose to call the warranty company Monday. Monday afternoon hits and they say they are still waiting for approval. Well, we call the warranty company to see what the hold up is and they said Firestone NEVER CALLED THEM. Ok maybe they just dialed the wrong number but they swore they spoke to someone and were waiting on approval to replace my air compressor and condenser. Tuesday rolls around and our warranty company is asking the usual questions any mechanic should be able to answer. Well, Mike at Firestone HUNG UP ON THEM and has a lady from their office call to tell us our warranty company wants them to do extra stuff that they arent able to do???? My husband calls the warranty company to question it and found out the guy hung up on them. We go get my car and take it to the local GMC dealership and my air compressor and condenser werent even the issue. That would have been thousands of dollars for Firestone to replace these things that were fine. Now I wonder what else they have lied to us about and what else they have been paid to do that YOU didnt even need done! Maybe they have done well for other people but they took my car for THREE days and did nothing...I promise you, we are easy to work with and my husband NEVER yells at people. He was so mad he couldnt even be nice. Not that they need our business but we will never use them again.

I went to this store to purchase a new set of tires (to replace the set that I bought from them the last time I needed tires) I got ignored for about 10 minutes & left. I could understand if they were busy, but they werent. These guys have no clue about customer service, I will NEVER go back there again. Whoever runs this place needs to stop hiring balloon heads. I ended up buying my tires elsewhere.

Imagine being told your alternator was bad and it would total almost 700 dollars for the alternator and battery. Now imagine going down the street and being told the alternator was 100 percent fine and all you needed was 150 dollar battery. Finally, imagine that you have had *thousands* of dollars worth of work done at this same location. Unsettling isnt it? I dont even want to know how much work Ive had done at this shop that was an absolute lie. GET A SECOND OPINION.

Purchased two tires and had to wait four plus hours to have them installed. We had been seated about two and a half hours when another caucasion customer is serviced and on her way and we are still awaiting our vehicle. I will never visit this establishment again. All customers should be treated the same no matter the color of the skin.

Wanted to charge me $30 for an inspection and all I wanted was a brake job. I knew I needed that no need to inspect. Jeez

They seem understaffed. takes hours to swap two tires. They do not seem to do bad work nor are they more expensive than expected. The took a long time.They also have no publicly available water. They have a fountain in the back. this matters after a few hours.edit: they did bad work, above 55 my steering shook dangerously. Had to stop at another firestone where they rebalanced my tires for free. They had done a terrible job. Avoid this shop.

Never, ever use this Firestone. I use Firestone all over the nation, this is by far the bottom of the barrel. Weve bought 4 tires from them, they didnt warranty, made excuses. No worries, we were down and I needed my truck rolling so I ate it and bought 4 new tires.Brought the same van in for an oil change, then it started leaking oil. Brought it back, they said the rear main seal needed replacing and we had t bring it to a different shop. Brought it to Vicksburg, Pearl didnt tighten the drain bolt tight enough, LOL.Then today, our battery we just bought went dead, 2nd time, 2nd battery wont hold a charge. They say they cant find where we got the 2nd one, because it was warranty, duh, and said it was our alternator, $480 to fix. Had my employee pick up the van, we had a job at Oreilles in Brandon, so, we bring it there, test the alternator, 100% good. Oreilles gets the money.This Firestone is the WORST, and I always use Firestone franchises, NEVER again for Pearl, theyre a joke!

I have been a long time customer at firestone. I will continue to use them for my tires but will not use them anymore for my minor jobs like oil changes or other small issues. This is 2018 who drops off car for oil changes any more. I showed up at 7:00 am on a Saturday to just have oil change the guy at the counter ask me if im dropping it off because there are 4 tire changes ahead of me. I took my business some where else. You would think they would have someone there that just handles this type of work. I understand this is not a set of 800 dollar tires and just a measly oil change . If you don’t want to do oil changes don’t do them we as customers hate to waste your time.Follow up to my first review for firestone in pearl ms. My wife takes her car back to them two weeks later to get her oil changed after I told her I wasn’t using them again and I was going somewhere else. She gets done the same way I did they do not have time to change the oil today they told her. Firestone you just lost two good customers. When I use to go in there in the past I was always told we are busy but we will work you in for a oil change. Not that we don’t have time today.

My husband bought tires from them and had an appointment set for 10 oclock today... it took firestone over 4 hours to put the tires on his truck. He was there at 10 and they did not pull his truck in the shop till 12 to start the work. They dont not finish till after 2 oclock. They did not seem to care what to ever at how long they were taking. The customer service team in the lobby is very unprofessional. We will NEVER use this company again.
