Gleason Tire and Service is THE BEST!!! Do not hesitate to take your vehicle to them for most services needed! They are very professional and family owned. You will usually be in and out. They have great prices and great customer service. I’m very pleased with everything they have done. I have sent my gf and family here and all is great!

This business is always busy but for a good reason. The family company service is the best automotive repair and the staff are very efficient. This company treats you like they would want to be treated. Their prices are the lowest by far. This business is the best kept secret in Pearl Mississippi. If you need vehicle service, this is your place to go. They treat you with dignity and respect. This is my go to place which allows me eat afterwards.

I contacted Firestone in Brandon, Mavis Tires in Brandon, the Acura Dealership in Ridgeland and Gleason Tire & Service for tires. Of the four businesses I contacted, Gleason Tire & Service was the most prompt, professional, and the most courteous when responding. I purchased 4 Michelin Premier A/S tires from Gleason Tire & Service on 07/30/21. I was very pleased with Gleason Tire & Service. The service and staff are awesome! You cant go wrong with Gleason Tire & Service, they are highly recommended! 👌

My husband and I only come here for any oil changes and tires. They are always friendly and fast. I don’t know why other people complain about the wait because if you go when it is busy it is common sense the wait will be longer. Once they pull your car in it is super quick maybe 15 minutes. People you have to wait your turn. They have personally helped me out in the past when I was in a bind and trusted me to do what I was supposed to do . They care more for the customer than just making money. We have four cars and will always come back.

I went to Gleason yesterday for an oil change and left with a broke hood! So one of the worker “WILEY” or whatever his name is that was supposed to be changing my oil broke my hood cable by snatching on the latch. When I was brought out to my car to “open” my hood he walked off and another worker told him to come fix the problem he caused and he said “it’s not my problem”. Then when brought to the manger’s ( LUKE) attention instead of trying to fix the issue he told me “we’re about to close”. I WILL NEVER RETURN HERE TO SPEND ANOTHER COIN!

January 14th, 2021 @ 8am took my car to get a quick oil change. Left there 2hrs later stopped by walmart in pearl which is literally next door. While on my way home I stopped by barbershop on ridgewood rd to get a hair cut. As I got in car and crunk it started shacking uncontrollably. I contact Gleason & was told the manager would stop by after 5 on his way home to take a look at it. When the manager Luke arrived he was surprised at what he seen. My car was so low on oil he added oil to it & stated he Will have vehicle towed to body shop to get it checked outage next business day. My car was towed to Reeder’s Automotive. After car was throughly checked it was told to me the motor had blown due to not enough oil being put back into the vehicle and it had a major leak. 2 months went by they finally replaced my motor & I got my car back. Few wks later I crunk car to go to work and it was shaking again. I myself had car towed back to Reeder’s Automotive. Come to find out the motor that was replaced was a bad motor which cause the motor to drink all the oil. It has literally taken them 4 1/2 months to replace my motor and I just got my car back last week Aug. 9, 2021. So basically I was without my vehicle from January 2021- August 2021. Luke at Gleason is very very unprofessional & could cared less if the workers change the oil properly or not. I also had a rental that I had to pay in advance that cost me over $5000 & was reimbursed which was a big inconvenience for me. The rental should have been paid for by the company up front instead of my pockets.

I’m not sure if all of the technicians are new guys or not, but the service at Gleason tires is horrible now. I can remember just a couple a years ago I could get an oil change in 30 minutes, now they lie to you about the time it takes to do a simple oil change and they put others before you. If you are expecting to get an oil change in a timely manner go somewhere else because Gleason tires will have you sitting for hours before you’re actually told anything.

Spent 200.00 there for oil change and brake pads. They have aleast vacuum out my car. Even Walmart does that with just oil change.

We had to wait over 2 hours to get a simple oil change they told us it would take 20 more minutes 5 different times

They lied to me about how long the oil change would take. I had an appointment for 10am and it’s now 12:00 and they still have not started. Their service is terrible here. Never comming back. Regardless it took me over 2 hours to get a simple oil change. Service was not good at all

I am a teenage girl, i went here today to have my oil changed. i have a new kia optima and have never once had a problem with it. I went inside, told them what I needed done, and the man went to my car. I saw him walk to my car, turn it on, and then all of a sudden my brake lights started randomly flashing on the car. He popped the hood and the trunk and then the lady at the front desk went outside and was speaking to the man and then came inside and told me she did not know what was wrong with my car... when she had just spoken to the man “working” on it. I asked her to ask him what was wrong and she told me to come outside and informed me that the workers “did not know how to start my car”. which makes no sense because my car is literally just a push start. But i figured maybe I could do it and then they could get my oil changed so I could leave. I went to my car and it said that my “key was not detected” when it was in the car.. as soon as I finally got it to turn on, the lights on the dash started blinking and flashing. My car has never ever done this in the few months that I have had it. I find it very odd that even though I have started my car twice today it suddenly went dead as soon as I went to Gleason and after they got inside my car and started it. The workers not only did something to my car, but as i was in my car trying to figure it out they offered no explanation or advice as to why my car was doing this. The one man that popped the hood and trunk never told me anything that was “wrong”. I called a family member because i was intimidated being a young woman.. the situation was handled with them trying to sell me a new battery because mine “suddenly died” as soon as i pulled on their property.. which once again is very odd. If you are a girl/young woman do not get your oil changed here and i wouldn’t suggest it to anyone at all honestly. It is a common theme for men at car shops to take advantage of women because we do not usually understand cars and then trying to play them for their money and this happened to me today. My car is running perfectly fine now after leaving.

These guys are great. It’s a small shop, but they really do try to get you in and out as quickly as possible. I’ve probably been in there 4-5 times now, and have been pleased with their service and honesty to this point.

They do good work and are reasonably priced. The lady working the counter isnt the friendliest and has a sourpuss attitude but once you get by her, youre good to go.

We stopped here today to get a tire patched. First of all, let me say that I went to another big name place in Pearl and I was told it would be a little wait. 2.5 hrs later my tire was still not looked at it they told me it wasn’t going to be looked at that day. I looked up tire repair and came upon Gleason’s, read all the positive reviews, and decided to stop by. We were greeted promptly and told it would be about 45 mins. Roughly 30mins later we were walking out with a fixed tire for literally 1/2 the price of the other place! Everyone was very nice and busy working. We will be back for future needs!

I dont understand what this place does other than just oil changes and maybe tires. They told me they didnt fix acs and didnt fix oil leaks. So if you need a repair you probably need to go somewhere else.

1st time to use them. They were busy but very efficient so was there less than an hour. Like all shops, they found items that needed attention but they were good things to point out. My car was seriously low on transmission oil and they topped off for not much more than it would have cost me to do myself. Price on the oil change was literally the same amount I pay to do it myself usually so I am sure I will use again. Staff was very friendly.

I took my wifes Acura on Monday. These guys were friendly & quick. The lady at counter was very nice too. They changed the oil, told me what codes meant & even topped off the radiator. So I took my own Yukon today. While rotating tires & oil change, they saw breaks were going bad. All was done very quickly & for an excellent price. Yukon stops great & can definitely feel difference. I got to meet Mr Jackie & Mr Luke. Both nice guys & thanked me for the business.

I was very pleased with geek Gleasons when I had to take my wifes Acura up there to be checked out. They solved a whole bunch of issues including finding out we had a split tire after we just got the brakes done so needless to say even though I dropped a good bit of coinon that day I was very pleased and knew in my heart that I got my moneys worth. those guys went way out of their way to make sure that we were comfortable and understood the whole process and personally I shopped around for better prices and service and couldnt find anything that even holds a candle to Gleasons... They are definitely a blessed business., And is always happy to extend those blessings to their clients

I went to their establishment for a last minute oil change this morning. The lady at the register was very sweet and friendly, and when i asked how long the wait would be she told me it wouldn’t be long at all. I looked at my phone for one moment and they had already gotten my car 😍 Their service is fast and amazing and their prices and quality is GREAT!

Fair, authentic, and affordable. The gentleman at the counter is honest and helps you find what you need. The best part is he isnt a sleepy pushy salesman. He looks out for the customer. Also, from the small amount of price Checking I have done, they are the most inexpensive. Checked prices at 3 places in the area for an oil change, and Gleason was half the price of the other 2. Also checked prices at a few places on tires, and they were the cheapest.

Ive gotten my oil changed here for many years. These people are honest and genuine. They do good work and dont charge an arm and a leg. It isnt fancy. There is no popcorn and fancy plants but they are dependable and plain old nice.

I have to give some stars for mr Gleason for the great work over the years and the very affordable price they offer on oil change. He has always been polite, professional, honest & fair. Sadly Ive changed service providers after moving its just too far to drive...with over 250k miles i try to take care of my vehicle. Minus one star for employee who gunned it around back and slammed on brakes. (4 - 5 months ago) You can test the brakes without gunning it. If that is what he was doing. Even still i did return for future services cause i do trust Gleason.UPDATE:3 hrs later from original reviewits been a few months since ive been by, but wrote this review because google keeps prompting me of the places ive visited. I finally look at the list and of all places Gleason Tire was the only one noteworthy i would recommend & take time to review. They may be okay for Tires and Brakes but dont seem to have a good mechanic there. Was told I had a bad battery but took it to where it was under warranty and they told me the battery was fine had someone else look at it and it was just a loose cable

Gleason Tire & ServiceWent to get my tires rotated and he talked us into getting them balanced. That was ok, & $40.00 per tire. Total--$160.00 plus tax. Then he came out and called my husband back. They came back to the front and called me over; now the tires were, bald, no tread.We needed 4 new tires. I talked to my husband and he said, yes he showed me the tired and they were bald! The owner, I believe said he could give me a deal..$385.96 for 4 new tires, mount & balance. That was reasonable to me, and they were packed not long after we got there. Also, I had previously bought new tires for another car, at a different place and pd over $500.00. I had to go to the bank to get the money, someone from the business was able to take me to my bank. Now this was for a 2007 Lexus ES 350. It shakes at a certain speed, the tires and balance is what it needed, the owner told me...after I pd the girl up front we were fixing to leave, she said to bring it back every 6000 miles and we would get a free rotation. I told her that we would be there, because any free maintenance I would take. A couple of people waiting for their car laughed. Made me think, did I just get take?. My husband said it didnt stop the shaking!!!! Make sure you know what you need & want if you go there...then stick to it!!!! Free advice if you will, LOL.

My wifes tire blew out. 03 chevy Malibu, tire size discontinued. No one had the tire. 15 min before Gleasons closed, I called in slightly Frustrated. Not only did they find my tire, stayed open just to wait for me to get there, but also to do the work as well. They did honest Job. They did not charge extra, they did not give me a hard time. They even bought me a coke Due to the 101 degree heat they are amazing. Id feel comfortable sending my wife up there knowing she will be takin care of. 50 years in business is what the guy told me, And I believe every word. Old school values.

They are great folks that work as fast as they can been know Luke Gleason for awhile. I will always go to them. For all they do for people an they stand behind their work.

If you want your issues fixed and not have to be worried about them trying to convince you to fix more than is needed, this is the place. Took my car to car care clinic on 25 and they said I had 3 leaks in my tire and had to sell me a new one. Took the car to Gleason and he said there were only 2 and $10 later my tire was back to normal. I also could not find my tire key, but Mr. Gleason had an extra and let me have his. Family owned and customer service driven.

I arrived at 6:25am and they had me a new tire on the rim by 6:40. They weren’t even supposed to open until 6:30am. The nite before I arrived at Walmart at 6:47 and asked them if they could put me on a tire because I had a trailer that was broken down and they said no because they couldn’t get it on in 10min even though they weren’t doing anything but cleaning up. It is a good reminder that if you want to do business with the people who care you should support the small businesses.

I use to love Gleason tires but this time o just dont know!! I recently had a baby in February and my mom and husband got me 2 front tires in march! $300 worth for just 2! Im like ok i need them! Went for a oil change! So in april a knot got on the side of my tire! Went to get it fix they said they can not find my lock! I told them yall was the only ones who xhange my tire did you check my black bag they said yes. (They went in my bag the last time without asking)!!! I was now with my 2 month old waiting on them for 2 hrs to fix it!! They told me they got it off im like ok where is my lock.. And how they got it off! They said they found one! It ask is it mine!!! So now its july!(need another tire) and i now went to Lexus Dealership and they me my one of my lock lug is not on my tire!! Im now scared of what could have happened because i have been riding with my infant son in my car!! Mr. Gleason is nice if you go check to make sure everything is ok! That they put everything back! Me and my parents have been a customer for 2 years with 4 differnt cars we are not returning!!!

Ladies BEWARE!!!!I went here today for my First and Last time. All I needed was an oil change, but a guy who was about 511, white male, brown hair and eyes, and black glasses ( if you click on see photos he is the 3rd man on the right in-between the man in the blue shirt and the man in the baseball cap) tried to swindle me out of $139 dollars.I went into the shop and asked for an oil change, and since it was so crowded ( they have a smaller business so the waiting room is Tiny) I walked to a few stores to kill time.While I was in Wal-mart, the lady who was at the front desk called me and told me that I had Wire coming out of my front two tires. I asked her a few questions and she would pause and was very obviously asking someone in the back for more details. At first, I was inclined to believe them because I live in one county, work in another, and attend college in the next I so I rack up tons of mileage. But for whatever reason I decided not to trust them ( Thank GOD!).So I walk back over to the shop, and get my bill. It comes out to be $30.33 when their sign Clearly says that they oil change is $21.99 dollars. This was the final price breakdown: $21.99 for the oil change, $5.00 for extra oil ( even though I drive a 6 cylinder truck), $1.35 for oil disposal, and $1.99 in sales tax. But when you look closely at the receipt he was initially going to charge me $24.99 for the entire service and the taxes were $1.65 and oil disposal 1.35. I guess he decided to nickel and dime me when he realized he wasnt getting $139.00 plus the charge for the oil change.I paid the inflated price, then went to another tire shop. The guy told me he saw NO wires coming out of my tires. They had worn down some, but they were perfectly safe to drive on. So Ladies long story short, Take a MAN with you or simply Check your tires BEFORE you go get an oil change from them. The actual Owner, I heard he was an Honest man, but that is not the case for Everyone that works for him.
