I went to get a front end alignment on my truck. They told me it needed nearly $1500.00 in repair, ($600 for parts and $781.00 for labor.) It did need the repair, which my brother and I did. The parts were just over $200.00 and the repair was made in just over 2 hours.I took the truck back a couple of days later and they told me I needed 2 camber alignment kits which would cost $45.00 each and the labor would be $90.00 to install them before the front alignment could be done for an additional $80.00.The also told me the mechanic that worked on my truck should have installed the camber adjustment kit and the lower ball joints were put in wrong and were leaning and the clips were not installed.The mechanical was very upset when I asked him to remove my truck from the rack.I called NAPA, OReillys and Auto-Zone to price a camber adjustment kit for my truck and discovered it was not available at these stores.I took my truck directly to another shop and the front end alignment was done with no issues. The mechanic stated whoever put the ball joints in my truck did a good job so I asked him about the camber adjustment kits. He said camber adjustment kits were not needed for Ford trucks.I cannot and will not trust someone who is being dishonest with me. I will not be back to this shop.

Do not go to this place. They are the shadiest place around. Dont be deceived by the Goodyear name. . broke my sensor told me there were 3 broken. went down to midas guess what . Only one was broken on the tire I just had replaced by Goodyear been there 3 times trying to resolve the situation only to be treated like a fool. Only after I showed that shady manager the video from midas computer showing the only sensor broke was the one on the tire I purchased there . I spent 1230$ on Friday. Tried to get in my pockets today, not happening. will not ever ever go backSo just a follow up on my experience. They did remove my tire and and told me they replaced my pressure monitor and handed me the one out of my tire, supposedly, got about 10 Miles down the road and the tire pressure light comes on again. So now I am at ford dealer and they are telling me there is not a sensor in there at all. So these guys at goodyear told me they replaced only yo take it out and leave me with nothing just to get me out of their shop. NOTICE TO THE OWNER I WILL BE FILING A COMPLAINT AGAINST YOUR STORE WITH THE BETTER BUSINESS BUREAU IN ADDITION TO A CIVIL SIUT FOR MONEY I PAID TO GET MY TIRE PROPERLY RESTORED. I HAVE EVERYTHING ON VIDEO TO BACK MY STORY UP

Take your lunch, a sleeping bag, and dinner gonna be there awhile, and this was on a day the Manager kept telling everyone we’re not busy, but took over an hour to check tire with a small leak in it and still didn’t get put up on rack, got my keys and left. This is why I stopped using them, thought I’d give them a try again, my mistake, take my business elsewhere

I can honestly say this was the best experience I have ever had with any sort of auto repair. They were more than fair, quick, courteous and reasonable. I will definitely be back.

I have used this shop on several occasions. I have had an alternator installed on two different vehicles here, Ive had th he A/C condenser installed on a vehicle here, and Ive bought tires here. The staff is friendly and welcoming. The service is good and prompt. The work is great.I would recommend this shop to anyone.

They need to recheck there staff. Bubba was very rude not helpful at all but African american guy that helped me was a jewel he needs a raise. Greeted with a smile and helped me just fine.the guy that worked on my car was fine too not very friendly but did his work so thats fine. A little slow getting to my van.but all in all it was fine except the one guy makes it bad for the company to get a five star.and Im honest and I do give credit where its due..thanks

I have taken my truck here several times in the past 6 months, and I have had good experiences each time. My husband used to do all of my mechanic work, and before that my dad, but my dad is disabled and my husband passed away. I know a little about vehicles and cant stand it when mechanics just see a woman and ignore everything I say. I have been lied to and brad shotty work done at other local shops, so I was skeptical of Thomas Tire, but they have completed several jobs well.Recently, my parents van started running very rough, so I immediately took it to Thomas Tire where they ran a diagnostic and determined we needed a tune up. They told us it would be a while because they had several vehicles. I called at the end of the day and was told they had done the tune up but discovered another problem and were still working on it. I was immediately skeptical again thinking they were just trying to get more money from me. The next day they called and told me the problem they had discovered, but to my surprise it was a problem they could not fix. They said the tune up was needed, but they could not with good conscience charge me for labor when the van was still running rough. I was so impressed with his honesty and will be recommending his shop to everyone I know.
