I brought in a drone with intermittent video transmission problems to remedy, both Matt and Thomas investigated and tested to duplicate the problem but were unsuccessful in getting the same error. Thats understandable as I could not replicate the problem as seen in the wild. They were both professional and fairly priced for the work. After their attempts, I have not encountered the issue again, so Ill consider it a fix.I will recommend them for future repairs on devices, both Drone and Mobile.

I absolutely loved Heidi (hope I spelled it right) and Matthew! Very cordial, professional and did their jobs amazingly! I went for a fingerprint sensor and it only took about 30mins. I talked with them and joked around, great sense of humor and personalities! Fingerprint sensor works perfectly. The manager I assume was also very understanding and worked promptly to get our orders in as soon as possible. They did the best they could and Im thoroughly pleased!

I had replaced the battery in my iPhone and then attempted to replace the screen myself. However, the home button, ear speaker, and forward facing camera did not work. I took this in to your store and Matt magically fixed these things. He then sealed the phone back up and didnt charge me anything! I am so glad to leave this review. I recently had a not so great experience with a screen replacement, not the repair itself, but the amount of time it took to get it fixed and being told multiple times that it would be ready on different dates, and it kept being moved back. My wife and I have been here several times between the two of us and normally we always have a great experience. Today, 11/19/19, we called around 12:30 to ask if we could come around 6-6:30 that night for a repair and the woman on the phone assured us that we would be able to. So we come in about 6:30 and explain to the woman the repair we are here for (and have already payed for) and she’s looks at us like we’ve committed a crime and says “what do you want me to do about it?” And then realizes what we are talking about and apologies over and over like she knows she messed up. She then tells us she doesn’t have time and it can’t be done unless we leave my phone overnight. I understand that the repair takes time, but we wouldn’t have driven 40 minutes if we haven’t already called and been told the repair could be done. This woman was incredibly rude and abrasive. After this repair we won’t be back if employees are allowed to treat customers this way.However, Matt is great and handled everything perfectly. Very helpful and went above and beyond to make sure everything was taken care of.

I came in because I have recently upgraded to an I Phone 8 and I had used a life proof case and my customers were having a hard time hearing me and I thought something was wrong with the speaker. A sweet lady there (I wish I remembered her name! but she was so awesome) helped me trouble shoot it. called me a few times and cleaned my phone for me and we determined it must the case. I offered to pay for her time and she refused. I cannot tell you what great customer service she gave me. Will definitely use them in the future!

Matt was very professional. He addressed me as soon as I approached the check in, even though he was on the phone, to let me know he would be right with me. Being someone who works in customer service myself, I really appreciated not having to stand their and not know what was going on. Matt finished my phone repair in 30 mins and even put my new case and tempered glass on after suggesting it because this is my 4th repair. Tony (possibly the manager) was there when I came back to get my phone and was very polite . If I ever need phone repairs again or know someone who does I will definitely recommend this place. It’s also conveniently located in Walmart so you can get some needed shopping done while you wait for your repair!

My iPhone 6s was working good, except for a battery that would not keep a charge. I enquired about a battery replacement with iFixandRepair in Pearl, Mississippi. $50 plus tax, battery and labor, and 30 minutes later, my phone was like new. BJ did a great job! She was very mechanically inclined, paying attention to every detail. She would even slightly turn each very tiny screw counter-clockwise to set the thread, and then fasten the screw. BJ had the right tools and the know-how. Thanks!
