Great phone service. It was easy to get a new phone with service but transferring from different phone provider was a headache. Family plans are priced about the same as other places.

The guybwas very nice but boost service and connection isnt what it use to be maybe its just Mississippi stores ..use to be fine service before when I lived in Florida.no problems at all...

I cant believe they charge you $3 to walk in there store to pay your bill. They also refuses to unlock there phone so you cant take it with you to another provider thats better than them like cricket who doesnt charge you extra to pay your bill and has way better service and the employee dont know anything when asked a question at boost....they just sit in the stores playing on there own phones getting paid to do nothing. I need a job like that.....seriously!!

I needed someone to show me how to work my new phone. And could not them to help me with it.
