The best AT&T Store I have ever been to! The young lady helping me was so polite and knowledgeable. I added a line and got an upgrade. I was in and out in less than 10 minutes. Thank you for the great customer service.
I’ve tried to get assistance many different times but this store has never been helpful. They only “sell phone” according to the associate. They can’t help you with your bill, pay your bill, do returns, troubleshoot anything on your phone line. They are useless unless you only want to purchase a new phone. Do not bother going there. I encourage you all to message At&t by implementing a “real At&t” store *associates words* at this location.

Not a very friendly atmosphere once they find out you arent buying a phone. Expect to use a card because there is no cash at this location.

This place give good service to anyone who enters. I highly recommend you going here versus any other in the area because they are the best. I went in to get a phone and they gave me a great deal and I walked out with two instead of one. It smelled like chicken the whole time i was there so i guess that’s a plus too! (Popeyes across the street)
The manager and associates standing in door talking with gentleman. Myself and another guy enter store. She continued to talk as though we didnt exist. Didnt ask if she could help us. When gentleman said something and asked if they where saling phone. Both her and associates acted very unprofessional. Reminder customer pay your salary. Definitely avoid this store, Manager in wrong business, nasty attitude.
The Pearl Store is the Best and I say it enough to all of my friends and family members, Because the 2 people that work there are the Best and one of them is a Manager (Patrick) and the other one is Kay, someone who will go the extra mile for there Customer and I appreciate the both of them for helping me with my phone and Ive been in other stores never received strong Customer Service like that before and I would like to take the time out of my busy schedule and say Thanks again Great Team Work. P.S. if youre looking to seek out a new Manager, my opinion will be Kay khadijah..

AT&T is so frustrating. After multiple problems with their service i finally decided to cancel their services. I rip the provided equipment out of the wall of my apartment and head to the local at&t store. Apparently they cannot cancel subscriptions or take equipment and send me to the corporate AT&T store.After walking in the door they tell me they cannot take my equipment or cancel my subscription either and tell me to call a special number and take all of my stuff to the ups store.After 30 minutes of being on hold I am still outside of the ups store waiting for customer service to pick up.I am aghast and appalled at the lack of care AT&T has for their customers. I will not be going back to any of AT&T’s services and just hope they pick up the phone soon so I can be done with them.Edit: 5 hours on hold no answer. I have to try again in the morning.

I have been there many time for myself a friend with my mother they have the nicest staff that will bent over backwards to help you class A service at all times and I have been to Brandon Jackson Richland and they will not go out of there way to help you i tell everyone to go to pearl
Tried to get a pay as you go SIM card, the girl in turn asked me for my phone number, I told her I didn’t have one that’s why I was there, she then asked if I had the phone with me. I didn’t. She then informed me that if I didn’t have it she wasn’t permitted to sell me one. I said ok and went to Walmart. No questions nothing bought and paid for in less then 2 minutes. This location sucks
Super nice guy at desk. Had to leave the one in Richland because they are extremely slow and ALWAYS out of whatever I need. I will make this store my regular from now on.
The black kid with glasses was helping us vanished, then came back out and avoided us by talking to other members. Thanks a bunch for nothing asshats. Foh. Never using this at&t store again. Ridiculous.

Dropped in because new phone required a smaller SIM. Anthony trimmed the chip for me and made sure it worked before I left. He did a good job of working with multiple customers; even though my issue was not urgent he still made sure it was corrected quickly.

This is the worst store Ive ever dealt with. Besides the young man being very rude it was horrible. I recently bought an ear peiece from this location and it was used once I opened the box when i made it to my office. I then called the store and the young lady stated that they dont but returned items on th floor but obviously this was not true. So she stated that I could bring it back well I did that evening once I got off work when I took it to the store and the young lady saw it she stated that yes it is damaged but i would rather for you to come back in the morning when my manager is in because you shouldnt have to pay the restocking fee. I agreed and said I would be back. I didnt get to get by there the next day but I did go that Friday morning. The young man was really rude saying it wasnt like that and why didnt I see it before it was purchased and that he was not giving me any money back but I could come back at 3 when the manager Orlando comes in. This was truly a horrible experience and Ive actually dealt with other At@T stores and never had an issue.
