I have been a cricket customer for almost 10 years and i work around pearl area so have used the pearl cricket several times and its my favorite one them ladies jasmine and shay are the sweeties and kindest cricket employees i have met ...they help me so much with anything i need with my phone or services with yall ...yall need more like these 2 ladies...thank yall so much

Dee and Iona is by far the most unprofessionally individuals ever. They make up their own store policy and refuse to provide something from the company to back up their so called policy. I purchased a phone couldnt send any text messages or use the internet and called customer care still couldnt had to get another phone and was not only charged me a restock but refused to give me my upgrade fee and full refund of the phone so I was shorted $51.95 and was told by the DM that she will not give me my refund and I asked about the policy and she told me it didnt matter. If you want good service I suggest that you go to a location with respoectful people that are not con artist.
