I had the pleasure of meeting Ms Bonnie. On our first meeting I was a little rude because I wasnt in the mood to deal with anyone and only wanted to browse quietly. To make a long story short, she had me smiling when I left. She won me over! Ms Bonnie was very helpful in my pursuit of finding a dining table to my liking. She never made me feel as if I was wasting her time. Two months later I bought my table from D. Noblin with the assistance of Ms Bonnie. Shes a jewel!

Beautiful Store. Sale Consultant was very professional. Store was set up very nice. Bassett & Lazyboy are some of the best brands available. So many options of leather and fabric. They had thousands of color and pattern options in both. In my opinion, this is the nicest Furniture Store in Mississippi. If you have never been in this DNoblin store, you are missing out!

Bought a recliner back in December of 2020. One month later it started to make a noise ( electric recliner). Serviceman came out and said it needed a motor. Three weeks later I called the store and found out the motor was never ordered. Talking to service member and he said they would place an order for motor. Last week serviceman called and said motor was in and someone would contact me. Still waiting. Soon after making this post I was contacted by dnoblin where they were coming to get my recliner and repair it. So I have upgraded this to a four star and depending on how fast I get my recliner back I could possibly give them a five star. I just wish I didn’t have to make a post in order to get results.Here is an update to my first post.I am totally disappointed in this furniture place. Yes I will give them credit for finally fixing the motor after numerous attempts at contacting them. But here is the kicker. The people that came and took my recliner or someone at the place where they repaired my chair tore a little spot on the leather recliner. When you spend over $1600 for a leather recliner you take care of it. The people that returned my recliner took a picture of the tear and then reported it. After a few weeks I called to find out what they were planning on doing I was told a replacement was ordered when it wasn’t. I was also told someone would contact me ASAP and that has been over a week and a half ago. Please think twice before buying from this place because their customer service needs work on. If things change where I get my chair fixed I might revise this post. But I will not change my comments about the customer service I failed to receive

It was finally time for my wife and I to purchase a new mattress. Referred by very good friends of ours, we stopped by D Noblin. This was our first time visiting the store. We browsed for a moment and then Sommer Masters came over to help. She was very helpful and knowledgeable. She helped us make the best decision on a mattress, some pillows and overall we received a great deal. This will not be our last time at D Noblin.

Last year around this time I purchased a sofa and love seat. The love seat was purchased from the floor, not knowing that I would have problems down the road.One part of the love seat felt as if it was broken around March. I don’t think I called about it until a little later because I was out of town for a while.When I did call it took almost 7 months to get someone out here to pick it up even though a person had come out to check out the problem.First it started out with your part is not in, then it went to we don’t have a pick up or delivery in your area, but when we do we will pick up the love seat.Finally, after I said that I was going to stop paying fir something I can’t use anymore, a pickup was scheduled within a week.It took about a week to fix it and it was returned to me on the first Friday in Feb.When the guys were bringing in the Love Seat, they had the part that couldn’t come off the sofa turned towards my glass stained door and cracked it in several places.I have yet to hear back from D’noblin about my door.I have called several times, but no one has called me in reference to getting my door repaired.I think that is very unprofessional.I have pictures, they have pictures of what occurred and the damages. I hope they do what is right before the glass starts falling out of my door.I strongly feel that I should be given credit for the damaged loveseat that was bought off the floor.I guess I will give the door incident a few more days before I have to do what I know I need to do, since I’m being ignored.

Nice furniture but pricey

Nice friendly people. We drove from Grenada to here because they were the closest to us with a good selection of Lazy boy recliners. Purchased one here. Nice size furniture store

We bought 2 pieces of furniture plus a protection plan. They delivered one piece and pushed our mailbox out of place. They never delivered the second piece or let us know it was in. We then found out the piece was in and had been in for 8 days but it would be another week before they could deliver it. We decided to pick it up. It was wrapped in packaging material and was loaded in our family members truck. Once we got home and opened the packaging it was the wrong material. They changed the order WITHOUT notifying us and told us it would be an additional $300 to get the chair with the material we had already picked out and paid for on the receipt. Its been 18 days since they pushed our mailbox out of place and still have not repaired it. They are refusing to refund the protection plan on the chair we are returning. They fumble you through multiple people that cant help but promise the next person you talk to can. Nothing but lies, and deceit. This is still ongoing. The picture is from the day it happened so you can imagine how much better it has gotten since 12-21. You have been warnedupdate 01-13-2020 I had spoken to the owner last week and he offered to get us the chair with the fabric that we had originally paid for only an additional $150. He was nice and agreed to a full refund for the chair and sent someone out to fix the mailbox. He never apologized for the lie that we have proof of. They NEVER contacted us to ok a change in fabric. I agreed to update the review after the refund was complete(which I am doing.) This one, probably honest, mistake turned into a web of lies and accusations against us. My job in a review is to give honest information from my perspective and for the public to decided if it matters to them or not.

Went with my mom to help her pick out a new couch. Ended up looking at mattresses for myself. Came back later with my hubby and Mason himself helped us get fixed up! I always go to D Noblin for all my furniture shopping. They are always so friendly and arent pushy at all. And you cant beat their quality selection of both furniture and mattresses! Dont waste your time at other stores around time. D Noblin and Mattress Firm are your one stop shop!

I loved it! Havent been in there in several years because I always thought they were expensive, however the prices were great, much better than across the street on several items. The service was even better. See Debbie Thomas when you go. I didnt know anyone that works there but she was great! She gave me space to look but was available when I had questions. She even went the extra step and wrapped a small picture I bought with bubble wrap when it was not necessary. I called my mother and sent her by to look as soon as I left and she had a very similar experience. I only rated them 5 stars because theres no 6! Good people and good service at good prices.

Loved my visit to D Noblin. We arrived late in the day, but Debbie Thomas was very courteous, cheerful, knowledgeable, and helpful! There was quite an array of excellent quality furniture, in a variety of colors, but I ordered a sleeper sofa which has to be constructed over the next few weeks. So glad to know there is a store we can get to.

Ive been a customer of D. Noblin Furniture since 2004. Jeff C. was always a pleasure working with over the years. And now, I am enjoying working with Debbie. Great quality and service in a no pressure environment. I have also used the in home design consultation service in the past. My most favorite shopping experience was talking with the owner when purchasing my Bassett Grand Estate dining room furniture years ago.

I love my furniture. We went on a holiday weekend. So it was super busy but the staff were still extremely helpful and we were not forgotten about. Very smooth piece... The worst part was having to be patient for my furniture to arrive. ... If you can afford the delivery .. do it so you dont have the headache of moving it yourself.

In the age of internet shopping, I am so thankful we went to D. Noblin to get our mattresses . Without the expert information we received and the ability to try them out, I’m pretty sure we would have bought the wrong mattress. Their knowledge of the products they sell and the customer service is something I thought was a thing of the past. Even the guys in the back went above and beyond to load our purchases and to be sure went didn’t loose them on the way home. I also went ahead and shopped our mattresses online and they were significantly cheaper at the store.

We have had many great experiences at D. Noblin, but our most recent experience really puts it over the top. We purchased some Bassett furniture for my sons nursery. After purchase we were notified that some of the pieces were back-ordered or otherwise no longer available. A representative from D. Noblin (Heather) spent several hours on the phone with her contact and me to rectify the situation and even secured a reduction in price! Not only that, their delivery team (Jamal and Jermaine) were exceptionally kind and courteous. They even involved my three-year old son by letting him carry some important pieces (i.e., a small empty box). Because of this and many other buying experiences, I will enthusiastically recommend D. Noblin to anyone that will listen!

I am going to elaborate on the review my husband did (Jeremie Todd), and the response that the store posted on his review. To recap, we bought a couch and chair from DNoblin. Our shopping experience from the start was amazing. Cece had helped us and she was great. I honestly had never had a furniture shopping experience like that, but that is where the good experience ended. We ordered a Bassett couch and chair. When the couch was delivered, the delivery truck ran into our mailbox, which knocked it over. Once we made the delivery guy aware, he said he would get with his manager to have someone come out and fix it. Which is fine, we all make mistakes and it didnt damage the mailbox, just uprooted it a bit to where it was unstable. In regards to the mailbox, we had to call them mult times and speak to mult people to FINALLY get someone to come out and fill in our mailbox. In my opinion, we shouldnt have been the one to have to be that persistant to get something fixed that they messed up. On to the chair we ordered. Once it finally came in and we got it home, it was the wrong fabric/color from what we picked out and paid for. My husband contacted the store to let them know it was the wrong fabric, and he was told that the fabric we picked out was $300 more and wasnt part of the promotion. He asked why it was changed without contacting us. This is when my husband was told that his wife (me) okd the changes with Cece. That is an outright lie! This wife DID NOT ok those changes!!! Furthermore, what kind of sense does it make for us to call about it had I been ok with the current fabric/color? At that point, we just wanted to get a refund b/c we were already paying $600 for a chair, and we were not about to pay an addtl $300 for it. It took mult phone calls to mult people to just return the chair and get the refund. They kept saying that I had okd the changes after my husband repeatedly told them that didnt happen. We pulled all of our phone logs from both mine and my husbands cellphones and we can prove not one call incoming or outgoing was received or made by or to the store until we called 3 weeks after our order to get a status on our order. My husband ended up speaking to the owner and got it all settled and we were finally fully refunded. However, they still have yet to admit to making a mistake. They still stand by that they changed the fabric because I okd it when I did not. This outright lie makes me absolutely livid!!!!! I am so glad its settled and we got our money back, b/c if I had to hear one more time that I okd the change, I would lose my mind!!! If I didnt love the couch that we bought so much, I would return that as well, just to not give them any business b/c I dont appreciate them basically calling us a liar. When we repeatedly told them that we were never contacted and they kept saying that we were, that is basically saying we are the ones lying!! I can guarantee you one thing, I will never buy anything from them again! Do with this review what you will. Like I said, our initial experience was great, but you better hope you dont run into any issues b/c they are not well versed on how to handle them.

Brian Little my salesman is more than a salesman. He knows his furniture and explain the materials and workmanship in common terms to me as a protential customers. His suggestions were comfortable, patient, and non intimidating. I was impressed by his attention that he gave me. It took me a while to complete my purchased choice, yet he never rushed me or waved me off. I will recommend DNoblin and Brian to my family and friends.

Horrible management. Me and my wife went in too buy a sectional. Found one we love, spoke to the sales person (which was very nice) and agree on a price and wrote everything down on the sale paper. We went to the bank to get the money that we agree on, then went back to the store and all of sudden that wasnt the correct price!! It was a $500 price increase!! We told the sales person thats not what we agreed on. She went back to the manger and saying they made a mistake, so lets make it right for the customer and give them the price we quoted them. Manager wouldnt allowed it stating sorry we are not doing that. Poor management and we wont be back there!!Also, the taxes and everything was added to the sale. We took a picture of the final sale. Please dont sound like we didnt add the taxes. Management forgot to added it and didnt say anything to the sales person

My wife and I decided to give ourselves a set of combined Lazy Boy recliners (joined together as loveseat) ... we wanted a different fabric from the choices in the showroom and our sales representative Louise took care of having the fabric changed and having the piece delivered to our home in Vicksburg, MS. She was wonderful! She made our drive over to Pearl, MS. worth the trip. She was attentive, fun, and extremely personable. Shes a Great sales technician! For me (the husband) shopping for furniture, even where we live, is not my idea of a good time, if you get my drift .... $6,000.00 Bassett Bench Made bedroom set delivered missing important hardware. It was impossible to assemble the bed. After a month of waiting the situation is resolved. It appeared that Noblin were dragging their feet but in fact it turns out the fault belongs with Bassett. Bassett made Noblin look irresponsible but, it is Bassett that has very poor customer and dealer service. You can trust D Noblin but think twice before choosing Bassett.
