I have many small items from this company and even a leather Fjords chair. I honestly can say they believe in putting the customer first and good ole fashioned Customer Service. Every time I was in the store, I was greeted by AT LEAST 1 employee (sometimes more) chatting, being friendly, and just being helpful.I have had that Fjords chair now for over 4 years and it still looks brand new. When they told me it was comfortable and would last forever, I trusted them but Im so glad to say that they were 100% right. The leather is still immaculate and our friends and family frequently comment on our beautiful chair.I will definitely be back in the future.

I have visited this store on several occasions, as well as browsed the website. When I say these people have the best customer service ever, I mean that. They literally were with me every step of the way during the process of me selecting a leather color and base color for my new chair. When I had any questions, they gladly helped me and also were eager to get me the best deal they could give me. They truly treat you like you are a member of their family. Although everyone that helped me was incredible, I specifically worked with Barbara. She was patient with me while I took my sweet time deciding on every detail. When you are making a large purchase like this, that is exactly what you need. I have and will continue to recommend The Unwind Company to all my friends and family.

I bought a custom Fjord chair from the Unwind Company. I worked with Chase on this order. He was very knowledgeable, efficient and friendly. There was good communication during the process. It was being made in Europe so it took a while. No suprises. The white glove delivery service worked out great. I am very happy with my experience and purchase. I would not hesitate to purchase from Unwind again the future.

I just purchased my first Stressless Recliner from Toby and his staff at The Unwind Company. Toby introduced me to the Stressless brand and not only is the furniture ergonomically designed to be the most comfortable but it is beautiful as well! The Stressless brand is known for comfort as the recliners have just the right amount of softness and support along with classic styling. I visited their showroom in Pearl, MS and was able to sit in different styles of recliners and view all the different leather colors and options as well. Toby and his staff were very knowledgeable and assisted me in selecting “the perfect recliner”. My Mayfair recliner was delivered within the time frame he quoted and is an absolutely gorgeous addition to my home. I can’t say enough good things about The Unwind Company but don’t just take my word for it, visit their showroom and see for yourself!

I live in FL, and so lucky I discovered this gem of a company in MS! They have an impressive selection of Ekornes Stressless chairs, and I wanted an office chair ASAP... The first chair I ordered was snatched from the warehouse, but I quickly received a friendly call and assistance selecting a similar chair we liked just as much. It was a new model that wasnt even on the website yet... about a week later, I received another call advising about a slight delay in the shipment that was arriving from Ekornes. In addition to a heartfelt apology, they actually recommended issuing me a full refund during this wait (only another week or so, not too long)... I was blown away that I didnt even ask - they were so considerate and didnt want me to have this purchase sitting on my credit card, so recommended the refund and assured me the chair still had my name on it. And it did! The chair arrived last week, and its sheer bliss... it was a true pleasure working with the folks at The Unwind Company, and I highly recommend giving them your business - they are so warm and take excellent care of their customers!!

After Sue and I decided to get serious about getting Stressless chairs we went to area Stressless authorized dealers. They all had a few chairs on display but we felt that we could not afford an expensive pair of chairs by ordered from catalog pictures.I went on line looking for dealers outside Alabama and Florida. I found a dealer in Mississippi that had over forty chairs on display and over 250 chairs in their warehouse. We had never been to Jackson or Pearl Mississippi which is over three-hour Drive from Mobile, Alabama. A long days drive to look at furniture.Sue and I decided to go and it was a great decision. On reaching The Unwind Company and entering we met with Andrew and Trish. After explaining our “mission” to purchase two Stressless Chairs. Andrew and Trish with Southern hospitality and we became “friends” not just customers. Both explained everything from how Stressless is manufactured and why it takes 6-8 weeks to receive the chairs. Sue and I are like most Americans in “we want it NOW!”Now comes the time when Andrew really shines. We finally decide on two chairs in a light green color. We had them put in our SUV and returned to Mobile. Upon arriving home we placed them in our living room. The chair color looked atrocious, did not go with anything we have.The next morning we called Andrew, he fully understood, suggested a camel color set of chairs that we had liked, He informed us that he was going to Fort Walton Beach, Florida and would be happy to drop them off and pick up the ones we had. One problem was they didn’t have the ottomans. I was looking for a new Recliner and decided to come to there showroom.. My old recliner was falling apart and I wanted a Leather recliner that would last.. I decided to Get a Himolla Mosel recliner and was very pleased with the quality, color options, and design.. I decided to get Earth color leather which is very neutral and is a great addition to my living room! Also, did I mention that there customer service is Excellent!

The most disgusting company I have ever dealt with.Received damaged Himolla sofa. Company neither picks up the damaged merchandise nor refunds money nor replaces sofa. Stay away from this fraudulent company.
