Our saleswoman was very informing and had a wonderful personality. She was not overbearing which most people do not like to shop when the sales person is right there. I told her we wanted to look and she gave us our space. She did check back with us. We found a couch but wrong color, so she took us upstairs to look. She looked up all the ones we liked and they were not in stock. The one we liked was not going to be in till May. I am not a patient person, but she talked with me about if that was what I really wanted could I wait. So I am waiting. We shop there a good bit. But we will be back. The Miskelly Room Store is a delightful place to shop for furniture. The Room Store is well stocked, quiet, and they have great selection of furnishings and accessories. I went in for chairs j saw online but happened upon a different pair that was tucked away in the back. The staff is very professional. I have purchased furniture here over the years and it still looks great. They always have great prices and the best people.

I have always bought my furniture from Miskelly but lately its been all about the Roomstore ! Im really finicky so it takes me a few visits to make up my mind. When I say Trent Grantham is the man hes the man. Hes going to patiently explain and answer every question you ask! I so dislike when you go in a furniture store and a sales person see other people walk in their trying to get the next customer. Not Trent this guy was solely engaged, checked on every piece of furniture I was interested in and this way just today this was the two separate times before. Ladies take your husbands or significant others to see Kal at the Room Store to remodel that Man Cave, living room, den and bedroom.

The man who helped me look for the furniture was great. However, the woman behind the counter, Annette, was very rude and had a horrible attitude. I felt rushed and she acted as if she was annoyed. She caught another attitude when I took my time to actually read over my contract. She was the reason I left 2 stars but other than that, the service from the guy who helped was fantastic & they had very beautiful furniture .

Not a good experience. I purchased a dining table & chairs& a longe sofa back in December. I paid to have furniture delivered- I was told dining table would be ordered & would take about 2 weeks. I was good with that. This is March 6th & yesterday they brought my furniture- problem is the dining table set was not what I paid for. So now I’m told it will be July before my product comes in. This is sad. Terrible business on Miskelly part. They have not offered a upgrade or anything-just you can get your money back!

It was wonderful. My boyfriend and I came into the store and we were greeted as soon as we got inside. Our associate, Kal, took care of our needs wonderfully. She asked what we were looking to get and helped us find exactly what we wanted.

I have shopped tons of places but when I came to this store, Daryl jumped up and helped me right away. He checked several bedroom sets for me to see what was in stock. I finally found one that I loved and thankfully it was one of those that was in stock and had all the pieces. It was a great experience and I would definitely do it again!!
