My husband and I were having back and hip issues and figured we need a new mattress so we went to T&D Furniture and purchased one. We love it!!! Happy clients with happy backs and hips, no more pain for us!! The customer service was AMAZING with a friendly atmosphere. Went in to buy a sectional. I was greeted very politely at the door and directed to where I should start looking. I appreciated that the employees did not hover like some furniture stores do. When I finally found a sectional that I liked, the staff was very helpful in helping me take some measurements and during the sale itself. The prices were fair and I actually got my sectional on a nice sale that made the value even better. Everyone was very nice and explained the policies and charges clearly. When it came time for the sectional to be delivered, the guys who brought it were punctual, polite, and gave ample notice for when they would arrive. Because of COVID they were not able to set the sectional up in my home, but they were very helpful in briefly explaining what I would need to do and the set up was very simple. Overall great experience and would definitely recommend buying from them.

The visit to this store was good was greeted at the door! After looking around, a lizard showed himself and my visit came to a quick end! I didnt want to sit on the beds or the chairs because it could have been a Lizard waiting to greet me! That is the only thing that is keeping me from giving them 5 stars! 🦎👀😳😲🏃

They greet and help you as soon as you walk in the door and will help you find what your looking for.

Very friendly salespeople, they make you feel welcome without pressuring you to buy and a laid-back atmosphere, they dont mind if you sit and try out the furniture. Their prices are lower than Miskellys or Ashleys and are comparable to online prices but you can pick up the same day or they will deliver for you. We bought a standard furniture brand recliner sofa and loveseat for 1299.00 and so far we love them! The building is clean but is not super fancy, but maybe thats a way they keep the prices a little lower, we will definitely go back.

Not as good as Ross but the service is fast and helpful. Much like Ross they have fair prices and good quality. They also have some odd furniture for sale.

Poor customer service! The women working there were on their phones and talking to each other the whole time. We asked a lady a question and her answer was so vague like she didn’t care and didn’t want to do her job. I was going to purchase some items but my fiancé was so upset with the poor customer service that I told him we could leave. He was visibly upset from the service at T&D. We ended up going to Miskelly’s instead and made a $1,347 sale there!

Okay so I go to pick my furniture up at T and D furniture today and five minutes out of the parking lot a car drives up to me and says that my dresser fell off. I call back to the store to let them know and the store manager says that once I’m off the premises it’s my responsibility and that since I signed the paper it was no longer on them. Well my thing is, it looked like it was secure when I left and you hired these people to do this job, loading vehicles probably to secure the items so that they make it to the destination in one piece, how was I suppose to know it was going to come off, this is what they get paid to do and I trusted them to do their job. As hard as it is out here, they expect me to pay for something that their workers were didn’t do properly. I would NOT recommend this place to anyone.

Cheap junk wont last a year

T & D Furniture store has lost some quality about the company. The pieces theyre getting in look like Fred Dollar store and lately have a small selection to choose from.

My couch had a malfunction with the pillow not lining up with the other pillows they took my couch to the company an fixed it I was grateful for that they stand behind their furniture an some company’s don’t they leave u hanging but not TanD furniture

I was greeted genuinely by Kennedy. She was very sweet and patient with me. She was not over bearing or pushy. I will be visiting again, and I highly recommend this place. The furniture is in good quality, and its just perfect for my first house. The prices are reasonable as well.

I was able to get what we needed. The sales associates were nice. I was; however, not happy with the high delivery charge. There was also one lady sitting at a desk that was very unfriendly and nonchalant. I dont know if she normally interacts with customers, but she had her back to me.... just seemed unfriendly! Other than that....my experience was good!

Very nice professional Style never overwhelming of walking around with you they would truly give you time to pick out what you are looking for if you have any questions you can ask any staff member and they are fully knowledgeable on what they are talkin about. I have been shopping here for over 20 years

Good deal on a dresser

I went to the store looking for a living room set the young lady that was working in the store told me that I could not buy the section if I didn’t have a big house and I told her that she don’t know me and she don’t know we’re I live and I know what can fit in my house so I wouldn’t recommend this store to anyone

Got a box spring and it was affordable but I did break it the same day I got it.. My fault obviously.. The staff is friendly as always and helpful as well.. Nice store.. All around a good and inexpensive way to furnish any household needs...

I was in the store for 20 minutes and no one came to assist me. I ended up asking where the product was that I wanted, get the tags and purchase the items on my own.

My son found the perfect bedroom set at T&D. The staff were super helpful throughout the entire process. From the friendliness of staff all they way to the gentlemen that delivered, they were fabulous!!

The store had great deals! Only complaint is we had to go wait on line just to get help, but it was busy and I wouldnt expect that on a slower day. The store loaded and tiee everything down so we didnt have to. Definitely recommend for those needing good furniture on a budget

I promise the new bed they sold me already had bed bugs in it. My house never had anything in it and the only thing that had it on it was the only bed i just happened to buy from them. Watch your wood products and your mattress. Look for tiny black spots on the furniture. I know mine had it on it when i got it home. I just didnt think nothing of it until it was to late. I called and they told me there was no way. The pest man said he knows it came from that specific furniture. We had to throw it away.

Ultimately, all furniture stores are warehouses. Some are doctored up to look less like one. But, T & D is not one of those stores. Im sure your experience here is going to depend upon who your salesperson is and the quality of furniture youre looking for. If youre looking for starter furniture, this is a good place to look.

I dont think they have practiced social distance since the guy salesperson wanted to be all in my space. I dont know if I will ever go back. I felt so bad that I went to another furniture store and purchased 3 recliners and a sofa.Horrible horrific way to treat a customer.

She was able toto explain every detail about the furniture. I highly recommend her for a promotion and a management position.

I liked T&D and bought a metal bunk bed with futon bottom and mattress then a box springs and mattress for sons twin bed in October 2013. Unfortunately, they were infested with bed bugs which started coming out and especially infiltrating my sons room a lot and were fully developing in the futon mattress for daughters room. Now had to move out a lot of things, throw the mattresses and box springs away and going thru specialized pest control procedures which I have the responsibility to pay for and not the apartment complex. Some say I should have had T&D pick up the bed items but I had to move quickly and threw them in our dumpster so my apartment could be treated. Unfortunately will not buy bedding there any longer because of the possibility of bed bugs. I liked their service.

Purchased a mattress on 6/29/18. By December it was horrible to sleep on. Clearly a manufacturers defect. Brought it back and was told they couldn’t warranty it bc there were stains on it that mostly were on it when we purchased it. Will never darken the door of this place ever again.

Everything seemed ok as I bought a floor model recliner for a whopping $10.00 discount. (Seemed like it should have been more since everyone has sat in it for no-telling how long)This was @12:30 and @ 5:00 i realized that i left my wallet there.MY QUESTION IS....WHY DID THE CLERK NOT CALL ME TO LET ME KNOW? SHE HAD MY PHONE NUMBER...I actually do know why but I wont say it. She said it all with the grin on her face when I picked it up.Because of this I dont know that Ill go back there.

T & D have several bad reviews below. I have made several purchases from T & D since their store on highway 80. I dont find any of the below remarks to be true. T & D has nice furniture at a reasonable price. Thanks T & D!

I havent shopped here in yrs! I went to look for a mattress for my son and the customer service was horrible! The first sales person had no idea what I was asking for and walked off bc she didnt know! The second associate was no better! She rolled her eyes and then said we only hv twin sizes for that! I left and went up the street and it was like I was in another state!!!!So nice!!! So T&D goodbye!!!

These guys were very friendly to me when I went in there. They took note of what I was looking for and even offered up a few suggestions. Ill be going back to them again next time Im in need of more furniture.

The salespeople were ok. They didnt bug us which was a big plus in theirfavor. The furniture was kinda cheap quality but affordable for a studentgoing out on his own. We had to wait to get what he wanted but it turnedout ok. You get what you pay for and we were ok with the quality for theprice. First experience with T & D I bought a dining set and couch... The staff was nothing like I imagined they would be..They really lack professionalism, enthusiastic employees ..I was in the store over 35 mins before anyone even acknowledged me...When I ran into one of the ladies from the commercial and told her I was not pleased with the customer service, she said they were understaffed??! Quite the contrary several ppl were standing around talking, staring profusely at me yet not asking if I needed assistance...When I asked if i could get a discount possibly, she said hmmmm...noooo very rudely.. I spent 1k .... if I were to rate their customer service id give a 1 ...but their furniture is awesome, plenty to choose from, just dont expect anybody to be professional, helpful or nice...
