Very thorough knowledgeable associate by the name of Raymond was exactly what I needed. He didn’t hesitate with assisting me on all parts of purchasing my new mattress, king bedroom set, and living room sectional. To make it even better, Raymond was a pleasure to conduct business with, and he had a few “dad” jokes for entertainment. Next time I come back, Raymond will definitely be the associate that I choose do conduct business with.

Our salesman, Mark, was so patient with us. We asked tons of questions and changed our minds a few times. We are so thrilled with our purchase and can hardly wait for the delivery!

We bought a brand new bedroom set before we moved to Texas. Got here and within a month, the bed collapsed one morning. It was a manufacturing defect because when we examined it, the screws that were pre-drilled in the frame had dislodged and also one of the boards underneath the bed broke. Called because it was obviously still under manufacturers warranty. We wanted a refund for the bed but they insisted on sending us a new frame. When we informed them we moved to Texas, they still insisted. So we wait a month and finally the customer service rep says that the new frame is on the way. Well another month goes by and NOTHING. We called to find out they apparently still sent it to our old address in Mississippi, even though they were fully aware we moved. She even confirmed our Texas address before they allegedly sent the frame. So now we have to wait another month for them to send it again. Honestly, this would have been so simple of we couldve just gotten a refund for the defective bed. I feel like theyve been giving us the run around on purpose in hopes that we will just get tired and give up. Ill never purchase another piece of furniture from this place again. Consider this review a parting gift. For what we paid for this bed, we couldve gotten better quality and superior customer service elsewhere.

I showed her a photo of the items I was interested in and she took it from there. The experience was great we where greeted at the door. I ask could we look around and of we needed anything we eould let them know. The nice lady ask could she give me a card I said yes and she left us alone. My husband and I looked and found what we wanted and we really wasnt going to buy now but the experience was calm and easy. We have a few more things to get so we will be back.

Terrible experience! I paid 4k plus for furniture and the recliner broke the 3rd week... I was shock to find out that my recliner was made in Viet Nam, furthermore,I filed a claim in May- spoke to Tiffany from customer care. She explained the the parts will be in the end of September. My chair has been stuck in the recline position since May. Current date July 30

I purchased a five year furniture protection plan in February 2017 on my living room suite. My sofa got tore by my pet and I have tried calling the warranty company, which told me they did not show my purchase and I keep getting voice mails in customer care. Dont buy a warranty you will waste your money.

We went in after shopping online looking and had a wonderful associate that was named Brenda. She took us and showed and explained our options and made sure when it would come in if not available to see if would meet our needs. She also did not high pressure sale us anything. I have purchased a few items at Miskellys before without a problem. This time I felt someone mistreated. I was assisted by Gail and Kaye Lynn. I bought a display dining table from the floor because they didnt have any more units. I was told I would have to take it apart myself and somehow carry it to my car.Later a member of management said it couldnt go out through the fron door and it should be taken to warehouse, wrapped and ready for me to pick up.As a customer I should have never been told to bring my own tools to remove the tables legs. I shouldnt have had to get on my knees to disassemble the table with my own hands as they have enough employees and resources to do it.I should only have to wait to pick it up because Miskellys customer service should have taken care of the rest. Its important to mention the table was at regular price even though it was the display piece.

Truly the best furniture store ever!! Came in needing a recliner as a last minute Father’s Day gift, and Christopher was happy to assist us while also giving us any information we needed on the different recliners available for same day delivery. Literally 45 minutes later we were home with the recliner safe it in it’s shipping box! Recliner is amazing quality and was well packed with the upmost care! Hubby was beyond thrilled upon seeing his gift, and is currently lounging away in it!! I went to the store to buy a recliner for my father. The salesperson was absolutely wonderful. It took me about 15 minutes, or less, to find the recliner I wanted to purchase. The transaction was flawless. Then I went to the area to pick up the recliner. After waiting there MORE THAN AN HOUR, it was very disappointing to find out that they didn’t have any in stock. The salesperson had checked inventory before I bought the recliner and said there was one in stock. I immediately requested and was given a full refund. That was terrible customer service after the sale. I have furnished my entire house from Miskelly, but I’m not sure I’ll go back there.

I called the Pearl store about purchasing a couch and two chairs. I spoke with Sam. He was very knowledgeable and helpful. I placed an order and told him we would probably come by In a couple of days to look at it and make sure it was what I wanted. We were able to go the next day. When we went in the store a man met us and I told him I had been dealing with Sam. He said he knew his partner Sean was there and he would get him. We waited and waited a good while. I finally went over and asked for Sam again and the salesman I asked happened to be Sean. Anyway evidently the other guy never told him. Sean was more than helpful and knowledgeable. He helped me decide what to get and what accent chair went well with my sofa and recliner. Thank you Sam and Sean. Disappointed in the service from the other guy. I felt like since he wasn’t the one making the sale he didn’t care if we got help.
